We did not choose this community as it was a little farther away than the one we did choose. The staff during the tour were very nice and knowledgable. We did not get a chance to try the food but it did offer the same amenities as the other community.

The tour of The Fountains at Washington House was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and they were able to address all of my concerns. The community is very nice and clean. We didn't like that it had very little outdoor space. We prefer the light and own private access to our home.

Overall I'am satisfied with my father's move to this community, but there are minor concerns I have. He is doing pretty well. They do a good job with keeping the community well-kept, but I do have to ask the staff to change his sheets. There are many activities offered for the residents. He is pleased with the food, the meals are nice. I know he is safe and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

My mother in law is doing very well here at this community. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The staff is great, they are very willing to help. They offer great meals, she is pleased with the food. They do a good job of keeping the community well maintained. There are activities offered, but I wish they would encourage her more to participate. Overall I know she is receiving good care. I would recommend this community.

My mom is much happier and has a positive feeling now. I am satisfied with the staff, facility, and quality of care. I find that it is kept clean and Mom really enjoys her meals, she is happy with the variety. After moving my mom in there was a billing issue. The care price went up after moving in, after some time this was resolved. Overall, they are doing the best they can.

SInce moving into this community my dad is settling in nicely. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. There are daily activities that he has not yet started to enjoy, however we hope once he is more comfortable he will participate. I would recommend this community.

Nothing negative to say about this community. The staff is extremely friendly. Seville is clean and the food is great! Mom seems to be happy and that is what matters most.

the seating routine in the dining room is far from good. If you don't have at least 3 other people , you will have to wait until 3 singles come along. The wait is not only cruel when you are hungry but also embarrasing to just sit and hope someone comes along to eat with.

My parents are doing fabulous at this community, they really love the place. They are taking very good care of my parents. We have had a few situations and if they weren't at this community, I think they might have ended up in the hospital. The community looks outstanding, they keep their room and the facility spotless. The staff is amazing. They do offer activities for the residents. The food is wonderful, they have a really great selection of foods. They are in good hands and I would recommend it.

My cousin is doing well at here at this community. I do not live in same state as her, but from what she has told, she is being taken care of very well. They are treating her good and she is comfortable. I know she is safe and in good hands. Overall everything is working out very well and we are pleased.

This community is very maintained and clean. The staff are all compassionate and give the best personalized care for Mom. Meals are very good and very nutritional. There are activities available but my mom prefers live music and for her condition, it is a positive effect. The residents carry a help button around their necks which is helpful but we have to fix Mom's pressure so she can use it correct. This community is an excellent organization and structured and I would definitely recommend this community.

My mom enjoyed the time spent here at this community. Mom's room was cleaned weekly and the inside of the community is clean too. The outside could use more attention, I did notice a lot of junk which made the community seem unsightly. The food was above average and fresh with variety. The staff are so helpful and lovely. My mom didn't seem interested in the activities that were offered. Based off the cost it was all good but I would recommend a plan if able to do things better.

The community is very clean and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming to my guests. I have a kitchen in my room but 2 meals are provided daily so I take advantage of the amazing food like filet mignon. I do wish they had smoothies or fresh juice available. I like to join yoga, group meetings, and other activities. I would recommend this community for the amazing home feeling, my friend is now thinking of living here too!

I was very impressed with my tour at this community. Everything was very nice and clean.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They showed my the community and it is very wonderful looking. My only issue was the price, it was a bit expensive for myself. It is a nice facility, I would recommend for anyone to go take a look.

Emerald Pond is a very nice place, I would definitely recommend it! It's clean, and everyone seems very friendly.

My sister is doing well at this community and I am pleased with everything they have done for us. They keep the community very clean, it is very nice and well-kept. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful. She has tried out a few new activities. They offer many through out the week. The food is good, she enjoys the meals. It has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

This facility was very nice as was the staff. We did choose a different one mainly because of the location as it was closer to family

Very nice place but in dire need of changing all corridor soiled carpets that lead to rooms. Would only consider corner deluxe studios which are larger only if corridor carpets were replaced or street bungalows (was not able to see how they were inside but only ones with full kitchen!). Would also look into rooms accessible from fountain courtyard on ground floor for entrance privacy nice view. Did not see many people similar to my mothers profile at dining room lunch time (shes younger no physical limitations active). Also surprised facility did not have a folder containing photos of rooms and rest of place. All I got was a price list menu and activity sheet.

We have been very pleased so far. They have been very happy with the food. I personally think there are little things the community could do better with, they could vacuum the hallway a little better. There could have been a little more orientation. Everyone is very friendly, but it's a bit of a transition.
