Nothing is perfect but overall, we have found things to be very nice here. Most of the staff is kind, pleasant and helpful. There are definitely some "standout" employees that make living here really nice. Though my Mom has spent most of her time her in bed or in and out of the hospital, it feels like home to her which was a huge hurdle to overcome.

Good location. Residents did not appear very happy. Cafeteria is 24/7 which is unusual. The apartment is nice and updated with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Even has a fireplace. The building, including the Lobby, is not very welcoming and is almost too quiet. Not much activity going on. Overall, OK but not quite perfect.

I enjoyed my visit here very much. [name removed] was very nice and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. Residents seemed happy. It was in a difficult location I think for my dad, not really close to anyone. The apartment was nice size. They planned to get new carpet and paint. Had home health are on site that we could contract with. Overall very positive.

You have great nurses and CNAs who really have a caring giving attitude There needs to be better communication about the residents between the nurses and CNAs, med tech, dining shift change

My mother is much happier at The Bellingham at Orchard. She needed more help and encouragement than she was previously receiving at her former assisted living residence and she receives that support now.

Lots of activities! A bistro, swimming pool, and theater!! A certain smell in the lobby. [Name removed], Sales Mgr, was not available, but I got a lot of good info from her associate. Furnishings in need of update.

We loved this place because it’s nice, well maintained, and within our budget. The only downside is the they don’t provide memory care, which we may need down the road. Still keeping it near the top of a our list.

This is an older facility with narrow halls, but nice apartments. It offers 3 meals a day, 7 days a week with delivery is needed. My only concern is the front desk is open only 7am - 8pm.

It was nice. Grounds were nice. I am keeping this one in mind to take my parents back for a tour also

[Name removed] was good. Very grand feel to the lobby. 4x week happy hour is perfect for [name removed]. Residents everywhere-busy place. Large apartment. Large place (too large for good care?) Salon upstairs. Directive License?

Mom & I were able to attend and event with lunch & very much enjoyed the residents & staff. The food was excellent & the facility was very nice. We liked the salon feature & Mom was excited to see exercise equipment.

Cojir bought this community from Brookdale and nothing has changed in that it is still a wonderful place for my mom and dad. They have a two bedroom/two bath unit. Problem is the billing hasn't kicked in and we haven't paid rent for going on three months for my dad. They managed to deduct rent for two months for my mom from their checking account but we don't know why there is a holdup deducting for my dad or how we should pay directly. The accountant (who is the same one they had when it was Brookdale) is telling us there will be no late fees but we just want to see some movement in the finance department. They need an eBilling tab and a website for that matter for people to make payments

I’m writing this as a daughter whose parents are at the community. People are friendly and very accommodating. I’ve heard residents say ill spouses are well taken care of. The biggest problem is the food. It’s understandable that a low sodium diet is necessary, but to have chicken and beef over-cooked and dry is not. My parents go out to eat rather than eat there. No variety of food, and poorly prepared. My mother is starting to refuse to eat there due to some meals being so poor. Residents complained to my parents about the boring and tasteless food. I felt the spaghetti was good, and desserts are tasty as well. Breakfasts are very good as one can order what is desired . This is a shame as the location and apartments are very nice. Not many travel trips as folks get tired after a few hours. But the shuttle takes people to appointments, and shopping.

Overall this seems to be a great place. I am taking one star off the overall rating because my parent's apartment has had a leaky bathroom sink for weeks now and it has not yet been repaired. But other than that, it is clean, the staff is very friendly, it is more affordable than some other places in the area, the food is pretty good, and they have a lot of activities.

This facility was clean, friendly and welcoming. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. There is a plethora of activities of many kinds. The residents with whom we interacted seemed very engaged and generally happy. The facility also has relationships with external organizations such as the private school located across the street. These relationships seem to provide even broader opportunities for facility residents to interact with people outside the four walls.

Management is wonderful at Gresham Manor. They are problem solvers and interested in every ones well-being. Have met many great people with whom I garden, walk, play cards and dine. I am very happy I chose Gresham Manor.

Liked the warm feeling but did not like the segregated dining areas. Liked the PT facility. Rooms are very small and some too far from elevator.Liked the way t hey have doctors available to see you there with an exam room
