My mother enjoys all of the caregivers. The office staff is friendly. The food is good. Unfortunately, it almost always arrives cold to the room. The facility is kept up nice. It would be nice if they could hire more staff. We have recommended Avamere to friends.

I'm not sure they have enough staff to assist with the assisted living community. Nothing critical though. It is a nice place, friendly, warmth in nature. I would recommend this community. I believe they have handled COVID very well, and this is a high point for me.

This community is overall great and they go out out of their way to help the residence. Room sizes are decent size my loved has a studio. They are getting their food in their rooms and it can come cold sometimes. I would definitely recommend this community

In general we loved this community, except the food. There was about two options to choose from, however it was fine for what it was. Everything else was so much better which is why we chose it. The care services were ala cart and the people they had available were great.

My father has been a resident for 5 years, and I have had quite a few visit to the facility. My interactions with the residents and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Avamere at Wenatchee has taken great care of my father. Whenever questions come up, the staff is very prompt with returning calls. The facility is very clean and the grounds are kept up nicely. Prior to pandemic, there were a lot of activities for the residents. During this covid-19, we appreciate the efforts to keep residents safe and family is informed. Wonderful Community. Shout out to [name removed] for going above and beyond with helping not only my husband and I, but the time she takes to interact with my father.

I don't care for some of the meals, but we all have all different tastes. People including the staff are wonderful and understanding of the needs. hopefully this virus will be over sometime soon so we can be all together again.

Astor House is very nice. People are very friendly. During regular times we have lots of activities including bus trips to various places.

My wife and I have lived here two years and have enjoyed our stay. The management and staff are hardworking and very friendly.

I enjoy living here. Before covid-19 there was a lot to do. Even now we have many activities. The staff is very friendly and I call this “ home”.

I chose a Astor House because the food was great. Staff is good, efficient and friendly. Activities have greatly improved in the past 6 months.

I toured this community and felt right at home [name removed] was very helpful and accommodating. I was not really ready to make a move, but when I do I will put Garden Valley as my first choice.

We chose Harvard Park Retirement because the value for your money and the friendliness of the staff members. The room sizes here were very good and spacious. The best part about the community was how friendly everybody was, my dad was able to blend in and make friends in the short time he was here. I would recommend it.

I would say that Mill Creek is a nice community. The grounds are nice as well. This is a community that you should interview. The food is not good, in my loved on'es opinion, This has been the only complaint.

I would say the community was a decent place. I wish the food had a little more variety for my loved one. The room for my loved one is nice, and small. It is a good space for my loved one and it works for her. There is a kitchenette, but no stove.

I would recommend to check out this community. Some of the staff don't communicate well with each other or me. I feel that some staff are not trained about what they are doing. I get confused due to getting different answers from the staff. Overall I am happy with this community. Most of the nurses are going above and beyond to assist my loved one.
