The staff is caring and attentive, facility is well maintained and clean, residents are generally happy and look out for one another. Our dad raves about the food. Good partnership with the nursing team on medication adjustments, etc.

I am currently a resident at The Montecito and my experience at this facility has been very good so far! The staff is awesome. They are always happy, very helpful and prompt. They go above and beyond to be helpful. The housekeeping is thorough and they are always on time. The food is delicious. I have not participated in any of the activities as of yet. I would recommend The Montecito to others, in fact I have already!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Pines and overall her experience at this facility has been good so far. The staff is wonderful, attentive and nice. The housekeeping is fine and does a good job. The activities are plentiful and are enjoyable. The food quality is average. Overall, I would recommend The Pines to family and friends.

What we like the most about the Cogir at The Quarry is the friendliness of the staff in both the MC and other areas we are in. Residents both in MC and other areas seem happy and actively involved with what is happening around them

It is a great value for the cost involved. We picked this community because of the proximity to his sister, as well as hospital and veterans services. Price was a huge selling point.

The staff members that work at the Cadence at Clemmons really works well together to make the place feel like a home for the residents there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall, its been a great move for Mom, she is happy and feels safe. The facility and grounds are not as clean and maintained as I would like. Other than that, I think it is a good value. It was my Mom's 1st choice. We had other facilities I liked a bit more but she loved the Seville (and still does).

I would have happily left 5 stars instead of 4. However when I was introduced to the building manager I was taken by surprise. She wore jeans with holes in the legs, and flip flops. Not even sure she combed her hair that morning. She paid very little attention to anything I had to say. Apparently her phone was of more importance than I was. She kept checking it and texted several times. She never made eye contact with me either. I had to repeat myself several times. I was increasing becoming angry. If it hadn't been for little gal that was doing the sales I would have walked out. She actually listened to what I said. She was very kind and helpful. I at least owed her the respect of finishing the meeting. i had already made my mind up to a No! They do have beautiful rooms, with beautiful views. I really was sold on moving in until I met the building manager.

Very welcoming, architecture is set up to be home like. Doing ok with activities, cater to most groups. Soup is good. Cooks need to taste the food. It's hard to please everyone, but it can be done. [name removed] soup is proven, I can tell when someone else Cooks the soup.

We had one incident with a fall where we didn't feel the staff responded appropriately. The food has been less than impressive however a new food staff has been hired and it seems to be getting better. Overall it isn't bad, it's been an adjustment from living entirely independently to living in a facility but over all it has been good!

Our family had an in person tour with Cogir at The Narrows and it was very nice but seemed to more centered on independent living. Also they had no built in AC in the apartment rooms.

Older community in need of updates/ maintenance. Large apartments,many with patios or balconies, lots of activities. Nice outdoor space for visiting. It was the choice of family member who would reside there.

Our family had an in person tour with Cogir on Napa Road Assisted Living and it was a lovely community and tour experience but it was a bit too large, almost like a hospital so it wasn't the right place for our loved one

We've loved the facility in general, I'd say they weren't really prepared for welcoming someone from out of state and I wished they would have been more organized when getting them acquainted to the facility. They said they connected them with a buddy, but that never happened. It's also very expensive and things aren't as perfect as I'd expect with how much it costs. Such as late with meds or missing showers. No showers for the first 2 weeks etc.

I'd say overall it's good. There is no perfect place or one that would provide care as good as an immediate family member, but as care facilities go Cogir is good. There have been some missteps & misunderstandings which got corrected or cleared up, but overall the experience has been good/average of what to be expected of any care facility.

We picked this community, because of the proximity to my home. I would recommend to others, it's one of the best.

Our family had an in person tour with Cadence Chandler and Cadence was just way too big for mom and she would have had to be in memory care already based on their criteria(which would be more than she currently needs). For clearly independent, active seniors, Cadence is a great place.

I found that the staff is very caring there and the activities are plentiful. There is a good week rounded variety that my loved one can choose from. I'm always greeted with a smile and treated with respect and so is my mom. I'm so happy she had found a place she can call her home and has so many new friends and activities to do.

My mother is currently a resident at Holiday Longmont Regent. The staff at this facility is fantastic! They are always on top of every situation, caring and relatable. The housekeeping needs improvement. The guest eating area and windows were quite dirty the last time I was there. Need more attention to detail! The meals are decent. I would recommend Holiday Longmont Regent to others as long as they stay at a reasonable price.
