The communication is good between the staff and the family. They are quick to get back to us if we have any questions. The food could be better it's not as good as they made it out to be. I would recommend this community to others

It's a good place. I would put my loved one there again. But I do think Covid presented challenges because you can't go in to visit. The director lacked communication skills, which presented more challenges. The rest of the staff was great. The lady who answers the phone is wonderful. They did provide adequate communication about my loved one's treatments, but I wish they could have provided more. Especially during Covid when you're not allowed to visit, I wish they had some sort of online portal for families to know more what's going on.

This community is an independent living but it would be nice to have someone who could help with minor medical issues. The communication is above average between the staff and our family. They have a newsletter packet that is given out weekly. I would recommend this community to others

Our experience so far has been really good, and they are doing the best they can given the circumstances. They are still doing small activities, I like to participate in the bible studies and my wife likes to do her own things. It is a great place to live, the staff are very friendly and really go out of their way for you. They do a great job keening up with apartments whether that is cleaning or maintenance, and anytime you need help with something they are their right away.

The staff is friendly. The meals are being delivered to the rooms of the residents. The residents do have the option to go to the dining room. The staff is very good to work with. There is an email if anything changes. They are allowing visits with a mask to see your loved one.

I would recommend the community. The staff and cleanliness are two things that stand out to me about Harvard Park Retirement. The staff is great at communication.

During the short time my parents were in here they enjoyed their time. We chose this facility at the time because of the value for the money and the needs that we had at the moment. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The residents were very friendly and my mom really appreciated that. It is a nice place I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Garden Valley because it was in her home community and they had larger apartments with outdoor patios and decks. I would also tell others that they are very pet friendly. Overall it has been a great experience, I would highly recommend.

They just had a huge change in staff. One of the things is that they allow the residents to smoke in their rooms, and sometimes it smells like smoke in the buildings. The activities director is great.

We chose The Garden Club because we thought at the time it was a 5 on all the above, but covid has messed with the ratings some. Her apartment size is great, but I have not seen the rest. I think the food does need improvement, they provide a lot of cold foods like sandwiches for main meals my mom says. I know they are doing the best they can under the circumstances and I would recommend them.

Due to covid they are having the meals delivered to their rooms, but the food quality is not impressive especially for what we are paying for.

This is a very friendly community. The staff is friendly as well.

I would recommend you check it out. The value for the money, friendly staff is good. The rooms are nice with porches or decks and some have views of the woods. This is a huge plus for us.

We chose Clearwater Springs because of the location, it was very convenient to family and also because they allow you to transition to medicaid after a year. It was a little more expensive but the smartest choice. One concern we have had is just because it is corporate, you have to advocate for things. They have had quite a few employees spreading covid around as well. But they are very friendly and helpful to my mother in law. She has not been able to experience everything she has wanted to so it is a little hard to asses, but we have been pleased so far.

A nice place but out of our budget.

I chose Harvard Park Retirement mainly because of the location. The apartment sizes here are good compared to some others I looked into. The best part about the community is not having to do any cooking or snow shoveling. It is a smaller community and has some unique features.

We have had a good experience so far at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living. They do a good job keeping track of what the family and the residents want and need. They have also been good with communication during covid as well as following procedures. I would recommend to others looking.
