The activities seemed better under former ownership. The employees are very kind to my mom. They know the residents by name and are familiar with their interests. The food needs some major improvements. I wish they would hire more employees because the people they have are expected to do an awful lot.

I was very impressed during the week I was in town. But, cleanliness seems to have deteriorated since I was there. Again, this is what my family member reports. I would suggest the responsible adult build a relationship with one of the top managers. Otherwise, I've not been happy with the response time taken to get questions answered and tasks completed. My family member says the food is fine, but bland. While they have an in-house PT, there isn't any facilities or equipment for residents to use. PT is held in their room or hallway. +They are adding access to an in-house doctor as a PCP, which eliminates need to leave the facility to get care. If you're in the area and can stop by to monitor things, I think it's a good place. +It's a smaller community so staff gets to know the residents.

The facility has been renovated recently. It is now bright and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.

Overall it is a nice older facility with good staff. We wish the shuttle service territory was a little larger. The room sizes are adequate and the amenities are excellent.

The process to moving our mom in was smooth and our family felt well-supported. Our mom is pleased and comfortable living at Cogir.

Excellent staff. Both [name removed] and [name removed] have went above and beyond to take care of my mom! Room sizes - They are average. They have completed a lot of upgrades over the last year.

My cousin needed emergency placement coming out of the hospital. We had already started reviewing facilities, and so we decided to try Cedar Village. It’s been a blessing for us. The care staff is incredibly kind, willing to help and compassionate. The office staff bent over backwards to help facilitate this quick move. Since I live 1,600 miles away, I’ve depended on the entire staff to secure a healthy way of life for my cousin. They respond to my inquiries promptly, try hard to accommodate his requests, and step in when I need information. The staff has developed a friendly relationship with my cousin, and treat him like family. The facility has recently remodeled and is well done. Even when construction was under way, the facility and patient rooms were clean. I would recommend you taking time to see for yourself.

It's a nice place for the aging family members that may need assistance or just to minimize responsibilities and be covered. My one concern is clarity of offerings when talking to representative. They will give a positive answer to something that they don't do and it at the time could be important to you and your decision. ONLY TRUST WHATS WRITTEN..

Like most Memory Care places, Inspira Gateway has a lot of staff turn over. So it lacks "consistency of care" for their residents. Some of the items in the "Daily Care Plan" do NOT get done! They want to have ALL residents on the SAME meds for constipation and diarrhea; thus ignoring "Patient Centered Care." Having said that, there are a FEW staff members who are good about being kind, personable, and thorough...

This is a for profit facility. Rates go up 8 % annually. Memory care is great but expensive. Its a nice place. The staff are very kind. I have learned a lot about assisted living organizations, and if I had to do it again, I would definitely find a not for profit place for my parents.

For the most part the facility and staff were very supportive. It's a place to go if you're still and active person and want to see what it's like to live in an assisted living facility. The exercise room was extremely lacking. I wasn't involved in the activities but there wasn't anything that they had that I was interested in.

Basically, everything is good. My only problem was paying my monthly bill. Lack of knowledge - billed for two months plus almost an additional $[fee removed] instead of one regular month, and lack of knowledge by person responsible here.

We are so happy with moms care. It was quite an adjustment for mom and the family going from one-on-one at home but the staff was very helpful and patient with us during transition.

Everyone here is so nice. It has been very easy for me to make friends. I enjoy the friendships that I have made in the dining room & in the activity room. The food has been good. It seems everyone just get along with each other.

Love concierge 24/7 smiling face and greeting when to you arrive. Always find a solution same day parent loves hanging out lobby.

Overall we are happy with Cadence-Mooresville and the care our mother has received. Whenever we had concerns, mostly about mom's adjustment, the staff listened and helped us to help her. She has settled in now and is well cared for.

My mom lived at Cogir for several years she was given terrific care and made lasting friendships. Many of the staff became like family. I highly recommend this community.

I would recommend them. The director, nurses etc moved in and out, but the caregivers were wonderful. They loved mom and all the residents- even the difficult ones. [name removed]is the office manager and she has been there 10 or 15 years. She really keeps the place going. We were attracted to them because they were north of Seattle - I moved to Redmond. They were pet friendly - mom loved dogs. Facility was bright and clean and, of course, it was memory care so mom never escaped

Studio Royale is a nice place. My godmother could no longer do some things on her own at her home. [name removed] was able to help me with the process of getting an apartment and care for my godmother. I would recommend Studio Royale to anyone who is looking for place for their love one.

I would say his overall experience has been good. He has not complained about the cleanliness or the staff, they have been great based on my experience with them. He enjoys most meals, but has said that service is slow at times. He has participated in activities and has enjoyed them. I would say that the value of cost is ok as long as the cost increases are minimal.
