Excellent tour with Robert Coe. Facility meets all the basic needs for my father & the price is reasonable. Waiting list is minimal at this time. The assisted living care is a bonus, especially as it is in the same building. Definitely under consideration as a possibility for my father.

We chose this community for my friend because they just have so many things to do. Some of the activities they offer are art class, movies and a beauty shop. They have occupational therapy and physical therapy on site. Across the street is the Goodwin House, which has a pool. All The Fountains residents get to go swimming at no cost to them. They provide free transport to go to doctor appointment and even to go get groceries. When a resident moves in they ask if you would like to have a party to show your friends where you are staying. My friend chose to have a party and over 40 friends showed up and the entire party was completely free of cost to my friend. While at the party some of the guest actually became interested in the community and the staff offered to give tours and answered any questions. The Fountains is by far the best value when it comes to location and the care services they offer. The sales reps do not try and sell you on how much money and how this is the right choice. They show you where you money is going and they show you why it’s the right choice. They show The Fountains as a lifestyle and not a business. The staff was really good in letting us know that the first month it is hard for a lot of residents to adjust and is usually the hardest part of the move in. My friend moved in and we did not get one phone call during this first month. The building is really nice and very well maintained. There is 9 floors of which there is 3 floors of assisted living and the rest is independent living. I would recommend The Fountains to everyone. I was actually talking to my husband about it as well.

Plenty of activities they have drill teams and music events, the food is excellent I was satisfied every time I ate their. The people are really friendly, good location and value. I have no complaints.

6/9 - Says no current openings within our budget for a couple of months. Does have openings in the West Seattle and Renton locations. West Seattle looks good, Renton won't really work. Point Defiance beautiful grounds. Like the travel program. Most everything included.

We toured Rogue Vally and really, really liked it. I;ve eaten the food there and it is wonderful and the residents are friendly.

The Fountains provided terrific service and support; but Mom decided she did not want to move away from her home area.

Of the ones we have seen in Vacaville, Merrill Gardens best fits our needs.

This is the one we think Dad would approve of the most.

Had a great time and the place feels like home. Enjoyed the lunch and tour. The resident we ate with was deliteful and the rest were very friendly. They are tied with Chateau Bothell Landing for the best place we've seen so far.

Very nice facility! Comparable to Carolina Estates. Had a very nice lunch. Food was delicious.

I have been there several times. People are great! Staff is wonderful!!

I met with the Directors. Nice and light and bright. Like the atmosphere and saw that they are very accomindating. They offered a three day pampering stay to my mom. She is considering taking advantage of that.

I really liked this place. the Director showed me many units, and gave me detailed floor plans and even a building floor plan! My parents could move into a 2BR as independent and assisted living could be added without them needing to move. (Memory care is available if needed & would require a move.) Medication could be managed from independent living. Their transportation is very flexible. I met several residents and they were all smiles. The meal selections were great. Everything was clean and nice.

What a wonderful and helpful tour with the help of director and Donna,I'm beginning to feel better about makeing a choice for her.The facility is great.

We were impressed with ML and are thinking it a good option for us. It has most of the emenities on our list. The only problem we have, is furnishing the apartment.
