For what it costs it was outstanding. There were a lot of activities going on. She raved about the food, the food was really good. The staff was really nice. It was a very good place. I can't think of anything that could be done better or improved.

Very nice. Newer facility, everything was indoors. Everything was included in the one price which was a very good thing, but mentioned because everything was included, it might be about the same. Meals, housekeeping, services was included in the price. Good service, nice people work there. Had lunch, food was really good. Mom liked the place better out of the two they visited, but was worried about her budget.

Housekeeping is here when it's supposed to be and they do a good job. They have a chef and the food is excellent, and we have options, about five different things to choose from. The activities could use a little more variety, maybe. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is also very friendly and they learned my name right away. This place has a really nice feeling about it. It feels like home.

My loved one is very happy at this community. They treat her very well, and the staff is great. Her apartment is great and, she is liking the dining facility. She doesn’t have any complaints.

Attended this tour and was very impressed. We are trying to get her to the location to attend a dance and further tour.

Melanie has been the most in-touch contact. However, getting info on their rates was like pulling teeth. It seems like a wonderful facility but rates beyond my budget.

My mom is enjoying Glenwood Place. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is clean. I have to admit that I know you get what you pay for, but the services seem to be quite pricey. However, that maybe be because it's located in the northwest.

We toured this community when we were looking into a senior community for my Dad. It was a nice looking place, and everyone seemed very friendly. This place seemed to have a higher percentage of residents who were in need of assistance, and Dad was interested in community that was more focused on independent living.

My favorite. Nice large 1 bedroom 745 Sq ft. Very friendly staff and great location. Very bright and cheerful. Staff was great. Think Dad would be happy here.

Really liked the Sony studio film decour and it was clean and spacious. Very close to the senior center for more activities. Rooms larger and nice.

My mom is in the Springs and they are taking very good care of her. One of the things that I like is that they don't assume you are going downhill, they actually try to get you back on your feet. I am totally happy with what they are doing.

Toured this facility for my mom. It was light, bright, open, welcoming, and friendly. There was a lot of activity on a Sunday morning, plenty of staff members and active residents. The menu looks like it would please anybody. Two different entrees are offered for each meal. The Activity Calendar lists 8 activities for each day! I can't imagine Mom living anywhere else. (If you're not familiar with this part of town, it's in a good neighborhood. 50 year old ranch style homes are owned by honest, hard working people. The facility is right next to a large community church. )

They've been great, it was a hard move, she moved from her own home to there. They have more activities that she can do. I've eaten there, and she's pretty happy with it, and the dining is open all day, except maybe 45 minutes between breakfast and lunch, and she can pick anything off of the menu whenever she wants. Its a beautiful dining room with cloth napkins. We were really impressed with the staff, and she is in independent living and she wanted a little kitchen which she had. When we first took her to see it, we went on a casino night and she met people and played bingo and made friends. They are very responsive to the peoples needs. There was a problem with her heater when we moved her in and they ordered a new heater and installed it that day. They are very nice and help with groceries and that kind of thing, they are just really good.

We really liked them a lot. If we could have transplanted them and brought them up more North, we would have gone there. The people were really friendly, and it was a little bigger.

This was a very nice place, my Mom was here for 2 years before her needs advanced beyond what they could provide. Everyone was friendly, and it created a very nice social atmosphere. The care that they did provide was good, although there was not much care available after dinner time, and Mom ended up needing more 24 hour care as her dementia advanced.

This facility is very clean - looks brand new. Cathy provided information and tour. The staff was very friendly and greeted residents by name. A lot of activities provided and restaurant looked very nice too. One bedroom included stove and refrigerator. Only drawback noticed was shower only - no tub.

I would highly recommend Glenwood Place. The staff there are friendly and wonderful. They make every effort to call residents by name and to meet them where they are!

Toured several retirement communities in the area for my 85 year old dad. Chose Harvard Square because they seemed genuinely friendly and seemed to offer good value and nice living/assistance options. The food is also excellent. We have not been disappointed (much to my surprise). Dad likes it a lot, as do I. Staff is very caring and friendly. Residents are nice and like to get out & meet each other, yet respect others' desire for privacy. The staff offers lots and lots to do. There's a nice library, a beautiful sunny deck, and nice walking paths/park nearby. The assistance staff is very nice and helpful as well. I am really happy we chose Harvard Square.

My dad used to live here and it was great. It was a real good value. The people were great and the activities were very good too but my father needed a greater level of care than they could provide. I would rate them fives across the board! They had great food and good space. Dad had a one bedroom apartment. It was really nice and affordable.

I would recommend it to anyone. I am just really impressed. I went to every place in the area. They were the most expensive, but it is really clean and everyone is so happy. They are smiling and the food is good - I ate there too. I really liked how the resident were treated. It is new and there is always so much going on. They do bingo and activities. This is a big difference from where she was before.
