Our experience has been great! The staff have been wonderful. Gerry has felt safe and well-cared for. The few questions that we have had have been easily resolved. I cannot say enough about how hard the staff works. They are thoughtful and quickly get to know the residents.

The owner and the staff I was really pleased how they handled things and helped my dad out for the short time he was there. I wouldnt have asked for anyone if I had too,

Things are very well, it is a good place and no improvements needed.

I am very happy with them so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. So far it's working out well. I would rate them very highly, and I don't have any specific complaints at this point.

Very nice. Spacious casitas and villas, some with upgrades. Great way to downsize and enjoy independent living with availability of assisted living and skilled nursing through neighboring facility.

When we were met by Vivian, outstanding service and great attitude very welcoming. They have know my mom in less than a month perfectly and all of us by name.

My mom has memory problems and she needs reminders for meds and showering. She is able to live at Lake Shore with in house assistance. She loves to have her dog and her furniture. The staff is supportive and kind. She could use more reminders on activities. She cannot manage a calender so she misses activities unless another resident reminds her.

My Mom is there for over 2 months and we looked at a lot of places, until we found the Andara, which is a terrific place for the value.They offer lots of activcities. Great place with lots of amenities. The staff couldn't be nicer to us and they provided tremendous help in transitioning mu mom over there. We are very happy and give the Andara five stars.

My mom called Redwood Heights home for the past 8 1/2 years. She loved to sit in her bright, well lit room, watching tv or looking out the windows. The staff gave her lots of attention which she loved. If something was not the way that she wanted it, she would tell either the aides or even the director. Her reasonable demands were always met. With family in the area, she did not participate in all of the activities that were offered, but did love the twice a week bingo games. The resident bus was available for trips to the doctors and this aspect was much appreciated by the family. The facilities are very well kept and inviting, especially the large dining room. There are a variety of menu options offered at each meal, all prepared by their excellent chef. Redwood Heights is the type of assistant living location that definitely can be called home.

Mom has been a resident at Emerld Pond for 2 weeks now. And she is extremely happy with her studio apartment, the management , food. She says she wished she had moved there years ago. Everyone is so kind and friendly.

My short experience with Emeritus was a pleasant one. although my brother was rejected by your program due to his age of 61, i was very satisfied with the staff and the director Joyce Perkins who was extremely helpful in my difficult situation with my brother who suffers from Dementia at such a younger age of 61. I am disappointed that the situation with my brother and the facility didn't work out due to a corporate decision to have him leave. the care nurses and the entire staff was professional.

My mother is happy at Atrium Village, and her apartment is one of the best accommodations we found. She is thrilled to be living in a small one bedroom apartment having her privacy while have the comfort of knowing that she has help when needed. The food, in her opinion, is wonderful. The welcome and orientation process was nothing that was promised. My mother had to figure out dinner seating and how things work on her own, which is one of the things we had specifically asked about during our interviews. We just received our first bill the day before it was due (no notice to post it electronically), and it had a late fee for February which was actually paid in January (well before the due date). I would recommend this place, but suggest that you realize the promises for a smooth transition and what they will do for your parent were not actual experiences we had. We have spent the past month trying to figure things out. The staff (front desk and security) are wonderful.

Zack was very thorough, knowledgeable & caring. His empathy & understanding was very helpful in making a difficult step more approachable. The facility was sparkling clean, staff friendly and familiar with residents. They have thought of everything & provide a warm, homey environment.

We are very happy with the Silverado, they are very responsive and caring. The community is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The value care and services are very good.

We don't have any concerns. It's clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have been very caring and helpful. We are pleased with them. It's working out well so far.

We toured a number of communities trying to find the best home for him. My father chose Harvard Square after he found out that some of his neighbors were residents there. He is living in the "independent" area of the community and should things change, he won't have to move again. Harvard Square offers a great friendly environment with a variety of social activities. There is a shuttle for doctors' appointments and other outings; great food, which he raves about. He does have the ability to cook in his own kitchen, but loves the chef's food so much, he probably won't cook. Not only is it delicious, there is a great variety. My father still drives and is still able to enjoy his standing activities of golf and worship, as he always did. What we love about Harvard is that my father is close to his old neighborhood, is safe and secure, which gives us peace of mind. This community was a little more expensive than others we toured but fell within his budget. My father loves Harvard Square.
