My mother is very happy at Brookdale Stock Ranch Road. The only thing I have not been totally happy with is that they promised me when we were checking them out that Walgreens would deliver her medication to her there, and that has turned out not to be the case. They have worked to accommodate a solution for us though. Other than that everything has been great.

I think all four of the managers are fantastic. The rest of the staff are very good. The food is very good. The really do try hard to keep the facility nice and smelling good. I'm just happy that I moved here from California. The management cooperates. They try hard to give you what you need and what you want. Everything is nice and calm. I'm just really happy I moved here. It has been a fantastic experience.

After breaking her hip my mother required a stay in an assisted living facility. We had been concerned about her living alone and saw that she was becoming more socially isolated as she was driving less and many of her friends were in the same situation. We looked at facilities with an eye on transitioning from assisted to independent living within the same facility. I was really depressed after the first few facilities we toured. Yes, they were clean and the staff was pleasant, but they just had that "nursing home" feel. Then we toured Andara. Even though it was almost brand new it was being renovated (this was during the transition from Arte to Andara). The facility looks more like a luxury resort than a Senior facility while maintaining a feeling of warmth. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, professional, and caring. We couldn't sign the paperwork fast enough! The first day Mom was in Assisted they sent an Ambassador" who took her to the beautiful dining room for lunch, sat her at her table and introduced her to her group of friends. That night I stopped by at 6:45 pm to visit thinking Mom would be back in her room since she went to dinner at 4:45. There she sat in the dining room with her table of friends, all of them smiling and chatting away. I left thinking it was good for her to socialize and went home with a smile on MY face. Andara has in house PT and OT so mom was able to complete that without having to be transported elsewhere. The therapist was so caring and compassionate and constantly communicated with me. I voiced my concern that Mom needed to venture out a bit more and had encouraged her to go to the exercise classes on the days she didn't have therapy to no avail. Deanna the therapist picked up on this and told Mom she should go exercise on the off days. Guess who went the next day! Again, another opportunity to socialize. When it came time to be released from Assisted we had a long "family council". Of course Mom hate the thought of giving up her home. But we asked her why she wanted to return to a life of eating alone everyday? We got her to just "look" at some apartments on the Independent side. When she saw how clean, modern and spacious they were she said she would "give it a try"!! One year later we know we made the right choice. Mom is so happy there. The entire staff is so courteous and professional. They truly care about each resident. Andara is smaller than other facilities do it is easier to keep tabs on everyone. One I was concerned when I could not reach Mom by phone several times. I called the friendly front desk lady who assured me she had just seen Mom go by on her way to Bingo! That's another thing--Mom swore she had no interest in Bingo--now she goes to that every day! So between walking to 3 meals daily in the Dining room, Bingo upstairs daily and daily exercise she gets up and moves much more than she did at home. There are plenty of activities and field trips outside the facility to appeal to everyone. Residents can be as active as they desire. Our final hurdle was getting Mom to surrender her car. Again, we urged her to just "try" the shuttle that takes residents to a different shopping facility each day. She loved it. Again, going with others as opposed to going alone. Much safer too which relieves her children. Andara also has a "limo" (actually a bright red Cadillac!) which can be scheduled to take Mom to doctor appointments when one of us is not available. I cannot say enough kind things about Andara. I feel Mom is in a much better place socially, physically, and mentally than she was a year ago. Please tour this facility if you are looking for Senior Living for your loved one!

We moved our mom into Sunridge last month and have found the staff to be wonderful in the support they offer the residents. I have found the residents to be friendly and there is a lot of interaction between them. The studio apt my mom now lives in is clean and comfortable. She seems to be settling in nicely.

It's a very nice facility. We were pleased that there was a room available when we needed one. They provided the levels of care that we wanted. They adapted to the care she needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The one issue was that my brother didn't feel like all the fine print of the details were clear. If your leaving the community you have to pay for the 2 weeks after you leave. There was a lack of clarity with the initial paper work and the agreement. Overall, we were pleased.

Our mom was 91 and incredibly opinionated and independent, and wanted everything her way. We had been trying to get her to move in for several months. They did a lot of attempting to get her to move in, including bringing the occasional meal to her house. She wouldn't do it, until one day she called and said she needed to do it now. They were able to move her in immediately, and even offered to go pick her up and move her in right away, as we were in another state when she called. They were Superb. I think she thought she was moving into a hotel and wanted immediate room service. The care she got here was just fine. I wish she had chosen to avail herself of their services, while she was there, but she only came out once or twice. From the experience, I learned a lot, and I would choose to do it the same if I had it to do over again.

It has been wonderful so far for my mother. The Stratford is excellent. The facility is always very clean. They offer a variety of activities to keep the residents busy and entertained. The value is excellent for what you get here. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They do an excellent job at caring for my mother. I would recommend this community to anyone. It's an excellent place.

My mother at first was not very pleased about moving in to Brookdale Manteca, but they made her feel very welcome, very comfortable, and very happy. I honestly can not even think of anything where they could do better. They have really been perfect all around.

It has worked out really well. It has been perfect for my dad because he's able to socialize now. He's just so happy. My mom is getting use to it. She's getting out of her room and participating in the activities. A lot of the isolation my parents had has improved. They have 3 meals a day. The staff cleans the room once a week. It's a friendly place. We're very happy with the Redwood Heights Assisted Living.

We have had a very positive experience with Vineyard Place. They do a really good job proactively communicating with us to keep us informed on how things are going. We went there after shopping around several other places that would fit my mothers budget and Vineyard Place was able to do so. For the value they are truly excellent and I would highly recommend them.

It's wonderful for my father, he feels very comfortable and safe there. The keep me informed of his care plan. Everything is very clean, and the activities are great. Very happy!

The Orchard Park is a very nice place. I would recommend it. I been here for about a month. They are very helpful. They helped me hang up my pictures and set up my TV. Everyone is very nice. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. My experience has been very good. The facility is very clean. The staff and residents are friendly. It is also an excellent value. Everything is 5 stars here. It's nice.

Very nice people who really are involved with their community. We planb on tourin gthis place in May_June with my dad. We have put this on the top of our list. David is wonderful and very knowledgable.

Everyone at Longmont Regent has really been magnificent to us! I can not say enough about the staff. They are so friendly, caring, and helpful. It is a very frightening experience to go through this with a parent and they made me feel that he would be very safe and cared for, which as a daughter of a World War 2 vet was very comforting and good to know. Everything has been wonderful. They call me regularly to let me know how he is doing which I really appreciate. They have really been wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Everybody makes it as easy as possible to get started. They continue to be a high quality facility. Harvard Square is a great community. It has a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The care takers do a very good job at taking care of the residents. The cost is a reasonable price. I rated the value 4 stars. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars because I think this is a wonderful assisted living community.

Very pleased. Food is excellent. I have only positive things to say about Emerald Pond. Everyone is friendly, It's very clean, The value is great, The care Services are good, and they have a numerous amount of activities. They have Bingo, Bible Studies, Chapels, Sing Alongs, and Exercise such as walking. I rate everything 5 stars. My mother is very pleased living at Emerald Pond. I'm glad she is happy here.

All the caregivers and other staff at Glenwood Place have been patient, friendly, and happy. We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness They have been doing a great job. They have been very attentive She is really happy there. The facility is very clean well kept.
