It was a darn fine place! The people and management were good. It was well maintained, and everything seemed to run smoothly. The chef, and the food was good. They seemed pretty comparable to other places. It was beautiful, and well maintained. I couldn't have been happier. I would give them a ten out of five.

Overall our experience with Carmel Place has been a very good one, I would give them high marks across the board! The people that we worked with were very friendly and helpful!

My father is living at Brookdale Queen Anne and they are doing very well with him. They were really good at finding a unit that would work well for him. He moved from the country, and they found him one that had trees in the view, a lot of pictures on the wall, etc. The only small criticism I would have is that because he didn't live here in Seattle, there was a little confusion in getting his medication set up. This is a minor criticism and was the only part of the experience that did not go as smoothly as I thought it could have. Other than that it has been good. It has been a big adjustment for my dad but he has adjusted and is doing well.

There is nothing we have to complain about. They have accommodated us and bent over backwards to get my loved one into a nice facility. If she needs to call on them for anything they are just right there.

I toured this facility while looking into care options for a loved one. Carmel Place is very nice looking, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional. I also their pricing structure was very easy to understand and accommodating. It's not quite all-inclusive pricing, but it is very close.

My mother entered Pacific Regent for inpatient rehab after an injury left her in severe pain and unable to stand and walk. The care team was hard working, competent, warm, and of good humor. This included the cleaning staff, nurses and aides, doctor, staff who dispensed medicines, and bath aides. The occupational and physical therapists were excellent. They kept my Mom working harder and harder as she recovered, very good at sensing what she needed. They helped her regain confidence and learn how to move more safely. My mother enjoyed interacting with the staff and chose to eat in the rehab dining room with other patients as she felt stronger. She chose to return to Pacific Regent for outpatient rehab. All services were covered by Medicare and supplemental insurance except for a haircut.

They have done well with everything we have asked, including helping protect my mom who is there. I give them five-stars on general helpfulness. My wife says they go out of their way to help us. Recommended for anybody.

Sherry was excellent! The facility was clean and friendly. Sherry showed us some rooms in both the assisted living and in memory care. We got to meet some of the staff and even talk to residents of the community. Sherry invited my mom and I to lunch so I could show her the community and get her evaluated by a nurse to determine the level of care my mom needs. In all I was very impressed and think I found the place for my mom to live.

I love it. I don't have any major complaints at this point. I am probably the youngest resident here. I think the majority of the residents are in their 80's or 90's, though they are all friendly enough.

It's been just fine I would give them a five. I don't have any complaints. Everyone has different preferences in food, but no complaint really. I am happy here.

I think it is a very well managed place. The person who is the head of the facility is an incredibly compassionate and caring person and does a good job. The staff is kind to the residents. I think overall it was a great place.

The residents seem happy and friendly. The food is really good. There are lots of activities that many residents attend. The only thing that I think they could have done better is better orientation and intake of my mother. She was moving in from out of state and had never seen the facility until the day she moved in, and they didn't have a tour for her and the orientation was later. For several days she kept saying she didn't know where anything was. Once they met with her they were very nice, though, and she has settled in and is happy.

They keep the grounds nice. It is more like an part meant than a care center. It is vey homey.

I thought Andara was a really nice place to for my loved one to stay at. It was a very meticulous facility and the staff was really well-trained. It was a good experience. Definitely a five-star rating.

They have lots and lots of activities. They are posted everywhere. The place seems really nice and the staff is very nice.

This place is awesome! The people that run this community are so nice and they have great activities. The residents I have talked with are happy there....the dining experience is something that my mother loves.

I have no complaints about Brookdale Mill Creek and any that we have had have been attended to quickly. For instance her shower-head was broken when she moved in but they got it replaced that day. I do think they should have caught that before she moved in but I am glad they resolved the issue so quickly. The food is amazing at this facility and the dining service is wonderful. The staff is lovely and its really nice to see them interact with the residents. She couldn't be happier here!

I have only been on the tour of Garden Valley, but fell in love with the place right off! I haven't had the chance to use the services of the home yet, but all the staff from the managers to head of house keeping were fantastic. I came home that night, to think about it, and called the next morning to start the ball rolling. Within 2 days I had my apartment. Now I am trying to finish up some loose ends, and planning my move to Roseburg, OR. I am very excited to become a resident there.

It is a unique facility with the respect that it does not appear to be a memory care facility though it is. It feels much more like a home you live in. It feels much more like an apartment than a hospital. The food is good and the facility is excellent.

We really liked it at Pelican Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. Mom went to church there, she played bingo, etc. The staff was so caring. They visited her at the hospital when she got sick and even fed her lunch to her. It was just a wonderful experience at this facility. I loved it and mom loved it too.
