We looked ar 8 other facilities in Southeast Denver before choosing Harvard Square. From the moment we walked in, it resonated like home. There is a warm atmosphere, the staff is exceptionally welcoming amd helpful. The dining area is bright, airy and not institutional, and open from 7am-7pm, so residents can eat whenever they are hungry. The food is wonderful, and there are abundant weekly activities. The mixed population of assisted/ independent living makes for a vibrant, engaged community. This is my mom's first week in residence, and my heart is light, confident we made the right choice.

I live 365 miles away from Garden Valley but I know Dad is in good hands! The staff are very responsive and my experience with Admin has been great! I'd say the staff is the main reason we chose this place. Dad has been sick so he's not really participating in activities although the community has plenty for the residents to do. My Dad loves the food there! I'm hoping that he starts feeling better soon so that he can enjoy his stay!

From the second my husband and I entered Atrium Village, we sensed and we saw the caring, professionalism, and (frankly) the pleasure in living and working there. The residents and staff were like family. David [removed], Director of Sales/Mktg, was an absolute pleasure to talk with! He did not rush us or act like he was too busy. He listened with his heart, asked questions, offered suggestions and next steps for consideration, toured the entire facility with us, and introduced us to staff. The grounds, rooms, halls, and large activity spaces were fresh, bright, cheerful, and maintained very well. I loved that there were no odors anywhere! We especially appreciated that the Executive Director, Reuben [removed], shared with us how medical services are coordinated at this facility. This experience makes me confident that this place is the best place for Dad.

Caring and friendly staff. Very clean. Price is told up front and stayed the same when signing papers.

My Mom is back home now. She was at Brookdale for respite care. Things were great and they went very well when she was there. We did not have any complaints with the staff or the facility while she was there.

First one to call, acted interested in my business. Everyone else called the next day or later.

My mother in law lives in independent living. She loves the activities there. She has participated in discussion groups and also the New Year's Eve gathering. We're really pleased with the facility. We didn't know she would get involved with the residents or the staff there.

I think that overall it has been a good experience. I think the staff is really responsive to the residents. I would say that the only area of improvement could be better response times from the different departments. It is not bad, but could be improved. Otherwise I think it is great and would recommend this place to anybody.

Very pleased and very happy with EVERYTHING about this facility .

They are very, very friendly. The dining room is very nice and that is father's favorite place. We haven't gotten him involved in many of the activities, but it is nice to know that they are there if he changes his mind. He gets along with all the staff members, so it is a positive experience.

Some of the apartments need updating. I like the staff the most, they're great. The cafeteria food is not great and it needs improvement. The food is not very good there.

everything we experienced as we transitioned mom into blossom valley went extremely well and she is very happy to be there. thanks to Jackie at a place for mom and Rhonda at blossom valley!!

The place is beautiful. It is super clean. They provide tons of care and the activities are great. The grounds are well kept and the place is just beautiful.

The staff is just phenomenal. They take care of the residents as best as can be done. They are friendly and attentive. They know the residents' needs. I can not think of any improvements. I am totally happy with them.

We had been touring several facilities....Cedar Creek felt like a community....The residents and staff were friendly, smiling and welcoming. The comlimentary lunch was delicious! The servers knew the residents by name and I overheard some good TLC as the ordering was taking place. The point system for care plans sounds sensible. I want to know what I am paying for and this detailed approach creates a clear list of the care being provided for mom. She deserves the best. Mom is moving in! Madera County is so very fortunate to have a beautiful and well managed senior housing community like Cedar Creek!

The building has been redone so it's pretty good. My friend is in independent living so it's not a lot of care they provide. They could be better when serving continental breakfast. If she is not down there early she does not get to eat and that will result to her getting 1 meal.

I think that The Seville serves really good meals. They are open to questions and concerns. They are right there to visit with and to help the residents with what they need. They check-up on them. It's really good.

They are very, very, very nice people there.

I just think the staff and their friendliness is top rate. The staff is great. I'm so thrilled with this place. When you walk in you're greeted by the staff.

It is pretty good there. They need a little upgrading. It could be a little cleaner and the lighting in the hallway is not good. It can be a hazard.
