They have done really well with meeting my aunt's needs. Any time I have something that needs to be done I can just call them and I get an immediate response and have whatever it is taken care of right away.

I cant think of any improvements needed at Brookdale Stock Ranch Road. The staff have been extremely friendly and caring. They have gone out of their way to introduce my mother-in-law to new people. She is German so they have introduced her to other German residents. Any questions we have to ask they are there to answer. My mother-in-law just loves it. She has transitioned really well here. It is a real nice population of people and she feels comfortable with the residents. Her studio apartment is just the perfect size for her. She has really made it home there.

Harvard Square Senior Living is a warm, friendly facility where each resident is treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff works with those goals in mind. The food is tasty and nutritious and served resturant style. Transportation is weii planned to meet a variety of needs for the residents. I am pleased with my choice to live here in the independent living apartments.

Well, my loved one has not moved in to the place yet, but I think they are all very friendly people. Also the facility is very clean, as are all the people there. All the residents seem to be very happy at The Quarry.

They always answered our questions. I was always able to call and reach someone and get an answer, so that was good. It's hard to say what they could improve on, maybe just a little more variety in the food choices. In general, we are happy with it.

Our father came to The Springs at Pacific Regent a few nights ago as a hospice patient with a number of ailments, including dementia, and no longer being able to walk. This facility welcomed him with dignity, kindness, and compassion, and we will forever be grateful for all the staff there, and how they made his last few days comfortable.

We really like it. They have been real good to my loved one. I think they have gone over and above beyond what most places would do. They have been very flexible and have treated us very well, as well as my loved one.

Employees at Brookdale seem very patient and freindly with my parents.

They have made the whole thing pretty easy, as far as moving in and getting my husband settled. However, we are moving him at the end of the month because they do not accept medicaid.

Everybody we have dealt with has gone out of their way to answer any questions and correct anything that was not communicated. They are very thorough about that. They all seem to genuinely care about every resident. We were especially impressed by the food services manager who stopped by and personally made sure that everyone's meal was what they were looking for.

They are constantly trying to make sure my mom is happy and her needs are met. There are a couple things that they charge for that I do not think they should, it should be included in the care package. But they are pretty responsive to any needs my mom has. They use a company for the medications and it's pretty expensive. Guests meals are pretty expensive too.

We have made a lot of friends at Garden Valley. Everyone here has been wonderful. We have no complaints and would certainly recommend them.

I wish there was a food category because it would get a 5. They have healthy meals that are really good and that is huge. I cannot say enough good things, it is bright and there is just a positive atmosphere. The employees and most of the residents are friendly.

Harvard Square has been a wonderful experience for my family. We live out of town and had to coordinate long distance, and the staff was very helpful and very much on top of things. My sister felt very good about the facility when she toured it - the residents were active and happy, and not sitting around in wheelchairs. We also are not sure what level of care my mom will need as time goes by, and Harvard Square can provide whatever level she needs, which we are very happy about so she does not have to move again.

Well I think the staff was very professional and supportive.

They are very kind and worked very hard to get my mother comfortable and doing things within the home. They did not just leave her to herself, but made sure that she was involved and took really good care of her. It was a very good experience all the way around.

I am currently living at Studio Royale and it is a very good place. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the food is great. It has been a little tough making the transition and just getting used to being taken care of the way I am here, but they have all been great.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. The gals at the front desk are always friendly and I do not know how they do it but they remember everyone's name. Also love that animals are made welcome in the community.

My mother is thriving there with all the people to talk to and the food is excellent! Management really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel good and feel welcomed!

It's very wonderful and very friendly. It's worth the value. My grandma thinks its fabulous. i think they have a good range and there is enough activities to stay busy.. She loves it. she loves the walking trails. The managers and staff are nice. The food is amazing. overall a nice experience.
