I have already recommend Bay Pointe to others. I have been very impressed with the community. My loved one's room and bathroom has been very clean, when I've visited. They do a good job at the care of my loved one. My loved one doesn't participate; however, they have lots of activities available for the residents. The courtyard has trees and they have pleasant views from the resident's rooms. There are large bay windows and provide great light for the residents in their rooms as well. Bay Pointe has foot care services. They are transparent and provide a balance sheet of the services provided each month. The staff are upbeat, attentive, and are outgoing towards the residents and family.

We did not really get a chance to experience the community, it was under construction and the day before our loved one was supposed to move in decided they did not want to. However we were able to go there and have a couple of meals which were great, and the apartment that was newly renovated and finished would of been a perfect fit for her. The parts of the community that were complete were very much, but one thing that stood out to us having no prior experience were the staff the were so incredible.

We chose Longmont Regent because they had a great apartment available and the manger [name removed] when she gave us the tour was incredibly helpful. The staff have been really amazing with him and have made it a good experience. The apartment he has is nice and has been recently re-done. They are in the process of redoing the common areas, the dining room is done and it is beautiful. I would recommend to others looking.
