We chose this facility because of the spacious surrounding, there are a lot of trees and it feels open. The room sizes here are really good, I compared it to others and it was at least 100-200 more per sq ft. I did not know going in that it is 2 meals a day rather than 3. I would tell others the prices vary widely based on how close you are to the center of the facility. Overall, I would recommend.

Like the location like the studio room just needs to be clean up. Perfect for my husband and his doggie have a little patio area for his dog . Good price range . Very friendly staff . Answer my questions. Draw back parking .

Great tour. Guide was engaged with us and gave us a thorough walk through. Common areas are pleasing. Studio apt. too small, one bedroom okay. Would prefer making my own meals and on my own schedule, though.

Very nice and clean love the size of the rooms Affordable.I love that Little pets are welcome And location is close by . Draw back unfurnished. They will help with that. If needed . Good on line presentation . Took the time to listen to my concerns.

The staff was more than helpful, and during the time our loved one was there he really enjoyed it. Everyone there was friendly and on a professional level. We do know they offered a wide range of activities. Before COVID they had movie nights, day trips, and live entertainment come in and play the piano.

We chose this facility because it fit more of what we were looking for for mom. The staff was willing to work with us as far as getting her here, they were very helpful and went out of their way. The staff was just absolutely wonderful and all of the residents here seemed to be genuinely happy. I would definitely recommend.

They were very accommodating, understanding and helpful. Our loved one needed to relocate within the facility within a month, she needed a higher level of care. They were all very accommodating with that process.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly. The background staff are amazing. They are caring, and it I feel comfortable with my loved one here. The only negative I have about this community is I wish they had more food options for different diets and restricted meal options, specifically diabetes.

Such a beautiful community in a great location! The amenities and customer service are above and beyond! Brandywine provides excellent care to their residents and the fact that they have 24hr nursing on site is an added bonus! Was very impressed when I visited this community!

We have been very happy with our experience with The Bellingham at Orchard Memory Care. What really stuck out to us was the friendliness of the staff and the residents and the fact that they didn't have anything to hide. The best part about this community so far would be how much the staff members do for the residents. My sister loves the piano and during covid, they made sure she had access to one. They really care about their residents and take the time to form relationships. I would absolutely recommend.

The care services are awesome, and due to COVID they have had to cut back on the activities. They also offer the extended family care, so we are able to have assistance without being there. Our loved one gets help bathing, taking her medicine and walking every day to get socialization. They now can go to the dining room, but if they don't want to they can still get the food delivered to their rooms.

I have had a great experience at Gresham Manor. All of the staff members have been very nice and friendly to us and we have no issues with them at all. With COVID going on, we are in our rooms a lot. Before COVID, they had quite a few activities for residents to choose from. They do a great job with cleaning. I would recommend.

I feel the community was the best around. The only problem I had is that they didn't want to give me a refund due to my loved one passing early in the month. The staff were very friendly to the residents and families.

[name removed] was very responsive to my emails and then called me so I could ask my many questions. Her answers gave me the info I needed to move forward; she was very helpful.

We chose Carmel Place because of the location and the value for your money. The apartment sizes here were very nice, it had a kitchen area, den, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Before COVID, they had a very nice variety of activities to keep residents busy. The manager and the lady who sits up front are amazing, anytime you call them no matter what time of day it is, they are able to help you. I would recommend the community.

Vallejo Hills it is a nice place for your loved one to stay. The community is tranquil, The nursing staff has been great to deal with. The food has been good, and the room is excellent for my loved one.

We chose Avamere at Oak Park because of the location and the fact that we were able to move my mom and my dad into the same room together. The room sizes here are nice and spacious. We ate here a few times before COVID, they do have a nice variety of food on the menu and residents are able to order different things if they do not like what is being served. The best part about the community is the interaction they get to have with all of the residents and staff members. I would recommend.

Appreciate shower aides' says help. Food is surprisingly good and on time. Looking forward to hairdresser and bus service. Building is clean inside and out. Our housekeeping is excellent. Staff is friendly and cheerful and responds to me when I press pendant for help. Building is large enough to get walking exercise year-round.

I toured three other facilities in my area for my mother and Avamere just felt right. [name removed] gave a wonderful tour and was very informative and you could really tell she loves her job. Now that my mom is living there, it has been challenging moving her and because of covid-19 but I know she has been well taken care of. Thanks to [name removed] and her staff I know her needs are being met and they all bend over backwards to make her feel safe, secure and well-loved. The facility is as gorgeous as her apartment. The place is really setting the bar hiigh!
