The staff is very attentive and the faculty is very nice. The food can be bland. My father tells me that the weekend meals are lesser quality in terms of execution than weekday meals. Weekend waitstaff is not as skillful.

The residents. Everyone is so friendly and we get together for activities and games. Someone is sick or hurt we all pitch in. Food. The cooks don't read the menu or the food orders so we don't get what is on the menu or what we ordered.

I would highly recommend it.

Very nice place but issues with staff turnover and clinical knowledge are deficiencies. Meds not given on time. Loosing meds. Food not on time, not producing meals that are on the menus, only offering a sandwich multiple times. Not enough staff to take orders and deliver food. Facilities staff is great and the administration staff is nice and helpful.

The residents were all so friendly and spoke highly of the staff - that was the main reason for choosing The Brooks. The meals are very limited. Only 4 options are low sodium so meal time becomes very monotonous. Menu changes every 6 months.

This place is nice inside and people and staff are friendly. There's a lot of turnover. And one of the main things we're paying for is the food and it has not been stellar. They have meetings where residents have stated what their concerns are and what they want, but things have not improved. In fact, food options and availability have declined since my dad has been there. We've also had a few instances where they mess up processing his payment then email incessantly even after he's explained their error to them. We are considering other options as a result of these issues.

It is a very friendly environment. Staff always speaks and this seems to be contagious because everyone speaks to one another The room sizes were above our expectations. Lots of activity with refreshments served.

StoneCreek of Littleton is a beautiful facility. My dad says that he loves being able to live there. The staff is friendly and they all know my dad's name. The food is high-quality and my dad enjoys it. I am very glad that I found StoneCreek of Littleton Assisted Living.

I have been extremely disappointed with the medical alert system. The signal does not connect in the bathroom area, and is sporadic in the other areas. The response time is less than ideal. The food is delicious, but the servings are extremely large. I have to imagine there is a lot of wasted food. The staff is friendly, and for the most part things are great. Would recommend, especially when medical alert system is corrected.

This is a very comfortable place to live. I have only been here a short time so it is difficult to know what long term will be. The staff seems very knowledgeable, polite and caring. I am pleased with the location of the facility.

My loved one was previously a resident at StoneCreek of Flying Horse and the facility was great overall. However, it wasn't the right fit for my loved one. I would recommend this facility to others, depending on the needs of their loved one.

Small number of residents. The admin staff I met when I chose this site was amazing and many of the caregivers too but there has been many staff changes since then. The cleanliness is better than other locations and remains constant. The care givers are very kind. The house cleaning staff is excellent. The admin organizational skills are terrible in regard to family nights and group events. Dates & times quite often not accurate or not relayed & reminded to the tenants for attending. The entry staff either ignores you or are not congenial when asked a question. The dining room lacks consistent organization, the menu doesn't change enough and the food isn't generally very tasty.

My loved one is a resident at Tech Ridge Oaks N. Austin and overall the experience has been good. The staff is good. There is a pretty big turnover, but a decent percentage that have stayed for over a year. The food is good. The activities have been pretty lame, I wish they would have more entertainment. Once or twice a month, a musician usually comes in. There is a newer Activities Director and she is definitely more friendly and seems to be trying to make improvements. They do have a family night which they go all out on. It's very nice, but I'd personally prefer they spend the money on the residents' entertainment. As for the value for cost, I think this facility is on the higher side. But it has quite a few open rooms, they seem to have a challenge keeping residents. Our mom has dementia and we do not feel it would be good moving her chasing a perfect location. She is still semi adjusted to this move, over a year later. I think the high point of this facility is the employees. They seem to be very kind. They have just selected the 3rd facility director.

It would have been helpful to have a written list of the employee titles/shifts and a description of their duties. There were three shifts per day. Certain shifts handled different aspects of the laundry. It was confusing sometimes to know what to expect from the caregivers versus other staff.

I would recommend this community to anyone who may be looking for a new home. I do not participate in the activities myself but we sure have a lot of options. The food is not the best quality and portions are smaller than I would like but other than that it’s a great place to live.

If you're thinking of moving here it is a great place to be. the residents and staff are great. The staff are very helpful to get your problems solved in a timely manner. I feel safe and very comfortable here.

The close proximity to my home was a key factor in placing my brother here. I can be there quickly or even multiple times in a day if needed. The warm atmosphere of Harvest far exceeds other facilities nearby. adequate staffing is always a concern as well as training of said staff.

We received a call from the facility today about an incident with my father-in-law last night. Anytime that they have any concerns they reach out to us. It is a huge value to us because they know his typical schedule and if he deviates from it, they see it as something to watch out for. I have never eaten there, but I saw a lot of residents eating and they seemed to enjoy it. From my perspective they had a great variety of options that they offered. It seems like they have a lot of great activity options, including Veterans meals. It is a little expensive, but the apartment is very nice. I would live there if I could. I have really appreciated the management and front desk staff because they know my father-in-laws health issues and are mindful of that. He can get very angry because of the dementia. They let us know if it gets really bad or they have concerns but they have enough experience with that type of thing that it doesn't faze them.

I would recommend Double Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care to a friend.

It's very clean, good meals, and friendly staff. I would recommend Clear Fork Senior living to others.
