Care for seniors who very high. They have lots of activities but they don't lend well to people who aren't as mobile.

I did go to Comforts of Home in Hudson for a tour and I was very impressed with it. I liked the layout, the apartments are very nice. My Aunt does live there already, and the Lobby is nice. I didn't get a chance to eat in their dining room, but would really like to. Staff is great and the location was in a wooded area and it just seemed inviting.

Everything is working out fine for mom and dad. Everyone here is very nice and their care has been wonderful. I am very happy that A Place for Mom was able to help us.

The food is excellent. It's been good, it's been a completely different experience than we had before at a different community.

The parents had wanted to stay in their home until...something happened. Then we had to scramble. The folks at the Solana have made the transition (if you can call it that) as easy as we could have imagined. Senior staff is committed to meeting our needs. Without exception, the people who work there have been pleasant and engaged. We have seen very little incompetence or failure to follow up once the right people knew what we wanted. (The [removed] follow up to be sure.)

It was very nice and probably a little more upscale even, than the place we chose. We chose the other place really based upon the location because it's so convenient to where we live. This would be a 30 minute drive to Germantown. What the Solana does offer that's different is they don't offer a full meal plan. It's a little more expensive per month but they only offers you 1 meals per day or something. I can't remember exactly but I know it was not all 3 meals a day. You can purchase more meals if you want. They have a couple of different wings for whatever type of care is needed - independent, assisted, and dementia care.

Moving my mother from another state has proven to be a smooth transition. From our first visit to Washington Township Senior Living my mother was happy. I had not seen her smile for months. Once she realized my choice for her was 5 minutes away from our home she was completely on board. The staff is attentive, there are plenty of activities and the management team is responsive to our requests. I have made a good choice for my mothers' care at this time of her life.

The apartment is very nice. I have only work with [name removed] and that has been a pleasure. [name removed] has been wonderful. I really like my apartment a d am happy to be here.

The tour was shorter and less detailed than other facilities. However, I do recommend Huntington Place for assisted living and memory care. I have cared for many residents there during my career as a home health nurse and observed excellent care of the residents.

CIEL has been nice. My day is adjusting as well as my mom. We have been there for about two months and things are settling nicely. They are very welcoming and work with the families and help to ensure comfort. I'd say a welcoming packet or the handbook right away would be helpful. It took us a bit to get that.

Medication management should improve, they hired a new nurse. There's a nice view with a balcony and it's relatively quiet. Main Positive is: apartment with a nice view including balcony. Main Negative was: not unusual for specific medications to be missing, or incorrect dosage, when distributed mornings and evenings

The staff is friendly They are helpful and are attentive to residents needs. U do feel comfortable leaving after a visit that your parent is not alone. They do try to include and introduce each of the residents

I would say. Ownership just changed so we will see. Food could use improvement. Larger bust for transportation should be increased. I would recommend to others

The resident care is very good. The food is very good. The common areas and rooms are well taken care of. They are clean and modern. I would recommend to others.

The food has not been the best but now it is under new management- CIEL- so I think it will get better. I would recommend to others.

It's an extremely friendly place to live. The staff is great and since hit has changed management companies the food is much better.

Following a change in executive leadership last year, the facility has seen a noticeable decline in management effectiveness. In January, rates increased significantly with no apparent improvements in services or amenities to justify the added cost. The facility continues to accept new residents without hiring adequate medical staff to support the growing demand, leaving an otherwise excellent care team stretched thin. Additionally, the facility went without a housekeeper for several weeks, resulting in resident apartments going uncleaned — a gap that fell on family members and medical staff to fill. To be clear, the care staff themselves are, for the most part, dedicated and hardworking. The concerns here are squarely with executive leadership and operational management, whose decisions are having a real impact on resident care and family trust.

The community is somewhat active. Often residents are waiting as people walk in to see who is getting visited. The food is really good. The staff is fantastic. I definitely would recommend Brookdale Dogwood Creek for anyone needing unassisted, assisted or memory care.

[name removed] who gave me the tour was very knowledgeable. The facility was nice, but nothing really wowed me.

VSL, which is now CIEL, seems to be a very nice place. The people seem nice and friendly. The cost, although obscene, is lower than many other places. My spouse has been there since [Date Removed]. Currently, she is in a rehab after breaking a hip falling out of bed.
