Very nice community. We are no longer considering this one. Memory care rooms are small. Sales staff are high pressure.

So far we are very impressed. The staff has been great, very friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints about the care services. We also really like the feel of the community, it has a homey atmosphere, very warm and friendly. Also the food is very good.

So far so good we are very happy. Very clean. The cleanliness and look of the place really stood out. The food is excellent. Mom has yet to find the right bridge partner. I can't think of anything as of yet that could be improved.

We are very pleased with our choice to move Dad to Huntington for respite care! The staff has been exceptionally caring and accomodating. The staff is well trained in Alzheimer's care and are helping us learn how to best care for Dad too. The facility is very nice, secure, the food is wonderful, and the activities seem to be very good for Dad in helping him to be more social. We toured many places and Huntington was a shining star among them in overall quality and value. We'd highly recommend.

I like the cleanliness, the dining area, the personalization. They do call you if anything out of the ordinary happens. In the beginning I was bugging them all the time. They were very nice and they put up with me. They advised me and set me in the right direction. I think they need more men's activities. They have a lot of women's things there like needle craft. They're trying to get a men's card came going and trying to get more men together. To compensate in the meantime, dad plays poker with one of the aids. Everything works - they take of everything. It's 2 year private pay and you have to be under $26000 when you go on medicaid. Other wise they don't keep you. That rule I don't like but they have seminars there to talk about this. It was cool that they take the extra step. They bugged me to come and they had a law firm come and explain everything. It was really helpful. The nurses are good too. They all know me and him. real personal that way. We're really happy with this place.

we stayed there for a couple of weeks. management did everything promised + more, the personell was super nice. we left because my wife who has alz did not like the place. because of her alz is the reason we moved there in the first place. we have 2 dogs but they made an exception to their 1 dog rule and even put a gate in back so we could let the dogs out to use the bathroom. the food was good. there is a lot of activities in house and trips to town, mountains, casinos etc. (some have a fee.) i would recommend this if you are in need of a independent living facility.

I haven’t been there yet but I talked to him every day and I’ve talked to him every day for 12 years. His family visits him and they like it very much, he says he is very happy there, he’s having the New York Times delivered and had me sign him up for a book delivery service; he didn’t bring all of his books from his apartment and he should have. Another friend who talks to him at least 5 times a week and has been there and says it's very nice. He had a couple bad times with his heart the first month so he was in the hospital just over night, he’s settled down now and its perfectly fine, he hooked up to HBO in addition to regular TV, he’s done a couple of the things, they have a cocktail hour once a week, he’s not the most social person in the world, I told him to start his own book club but they may already have one there. He loves the linen service he says he’s spoiled. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a place.

This place is amazing. Not only the staff working there but the people really care. This one is top on my list. This place is perfect....

Ryan was awesome. This is a very nice facility, but I need a secure Alzheimer facility for my Dad. I wish I could afford the private pay to place my Dad here. I will certainly recommend this facility.

Excellent facility. Higher price, but lots of activities, good apartment layouts, and they were very interested in working with us to accommodate Dad's needs. I want to schedule a second visit for next week.

I liked this facility alot. It is new and the studios are spacious (competition here is the 1 bedroom at Aspenwood). There are some great public spaces. One concern it is alittle on the upscale for my mother but some of the residents I saw looked like she could relate to. This is certainly in the running.

Great place. Has everything a senior would need. Just a short distant for where our son lives. This place is at the top of our list.

It's a beautiful place! It's a senior apartment building and it's really expensive but it's worth it. I'm busy all the time. I didn't realize that I could work so much in retirement. They take people on trips, shopping, everything! I'm truly amazed at it and I'm too busy playing golf. I haven't found anything yet to improve on. The experience right now, on a 1 to 10 basis, is a 10. I like the idea that I don't have to mow grass or wash windows or shovel snow.

We chose this community because it was conveniently located for our family. The Park is a new community that provides a very good environment. It is just lovely throughout the entire community. We really feel like it is the right fit for us.

Emerald City is what I call this place From the moment we walk in we knew this was the place for my mom it was so bright and airy. The friendliest people at the front desk waiting to help you, and point you in the direction of where you need to go. The rooms are a good size, and other things that come with it. The staff in personalized living is always there to help you if needed. Great locations many shops in the area. This November 2013 will be 3 years. The rain forest is like paradise. (YOU MUST SEE THIS PLACE)

We chose this community because of the reputation of Huntington Place. When I visited the community I was very pleased with the reception I received and the quality of the staff and community. I was pleasantly surprised that it was within our budget and was really the best community in the area. I am very pleased with the overall community and quality of care. They have very good communication between our family and the care of our mother. We get called and told about what is going on rather then us trying to find out, so they really do include us in the care. We are very happy with Huntington Place and would recommend it to anyone.

We have visited this property twice and really liked the amenities. This property is currently your first choice. I need to read more about the management company and review the pricing based on our needs.

After visiting several communities my mother picked the Arvada Meridian because the people were the friendliest and made her feel welcome. She also enjoys the food so much she no longer wants to go anywhere else to eat. Chef Michael is truly a gift to this community. The staff has been very helpful and patient. They also have Personalized Living for the residents so they can stay in place longer. We feel lucky that the Meridian has made my mother feel so at home after leaving her home that she had built and had lived in for 56 years.

Staff friendly. Very clean, like programs and the different stations, (clothes, jewelry, work bench,etc.).
