My husband enjoyed his time here before having a medical issue that caused him to have been in the hospital for a time. He had been starting to participate in activities and socializing with other residents. He seemed to be enjoying the food. Anytime I had been there the community was clean very well light and very comfortable with the temperature. The staff is friendly and kind.

Loved Harbor Chase and think it may be the perfect set up for my parents! [ could not show us a 2 bedroom unit, but there are people moving out of one sometime in August, so she is going to call us as soon as we can go look at it. Looking forward to seeing it!

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available for all of the residents. It was just not the right budget in the end decision for my mother so we had to pick something else for her.

I have been impressed with the staff at this community and the quality of care they have been providing my mother. They are always trying to encourage her to come to the exercise classes as well as other activities. I have had a chance to try some of the meals they had provided and have no complaints about them. I am happy with her experience so far and would recommend it to anyone.

My mom likes being here. She likes the staff a lot, they are really nice and caring to her and everyone else. They take good care of her. She likes the trips they take them on. We picked them because they are a newer facility, cheaper, and in a good location for the family.

My wife and I were impressed with the tour we took. The place was clean and the staff and residents were all very friendly. They had a nice dining area and it was arranged nicely. the apts were a bit smaller than we were looking for but we would recommend this place to anyone looking.

This community was very nice clean very well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly answered all my questions seemed quite knowledgeable. It would have been a good fit for them However the price was out of my parents budget.

A very pleasant visit; well maintained building; the grounds were lovely. The staff seemed energized. The space of the facility was surprisingly huge. The large communal areas reminded me of a hotel. I looked at 2 apartments which seem well laid out; surprised there was no wi-fi in the apartments though there was wi-fi in common areas. The fitness area was small; no pool. There was variety in the lectures, group activities (visits to NYC museums and places of interest in NYC) which appealed to me. The staff is eager to listen to residents and develop programs the residents are interested in.

I have only lived here a short time and things are going fine. They offer daily activities and trips out. They keep the community clean. The staff have been helpful and friendly. I would recommend this community.

I like this community for care. The staff is caring and attentive. The community has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. The menu is nice, but a little fancy. The activities are nice and we like that she is just getting involved with the nice activities that are offered. We would like that they have the church services that we were informed on. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care and to see the cost is for the care of a loved one.

I got a good tour of this community. It was not in a convenient location for me. The resident who were around were less ambulatory and not that engaged. I wanted to see residents who were at the same level as my mom in orders to interact.

The facility is very nice. There are plenty of activities to participate in such as yoga and other exercise classes. There are some problem with their service in the dining room in particular. They are not fully staffed, so it would be helpful for them to hire more staff.

This looked like a nice community when we toured it. Mom did not like that the assisted living residents were in their own area and did not associate with the independent living residents. The people I met were nice and the community seemed clean.

This community was nice. It was not what we wanted. We wanted something more up and out perky to see more of a cheerful enviroment. The staff were very nice. The community is clean, but not what we were looking for. i suggest families see this community for the care of a loved one.

We looked at this community when searching for a senior community for my husband. It was nice but a little too expensive and far out of the area we preferred to stay in.

Mom seems to be enjoying living at Bella Vista. The staff are good at keeping us updated on how she is doing. They offer daily activities and trips out. The food is good and they keep the community clean. Mom is pleased with everything and that is what is important.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Five Star. The staff are wonderful, patient, attentive and seem to interact well with here. She does not like the food. They do offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.

My sister went on the tour, but she said that things were good. The community was nice and clean. We liked the layout of the place. The people that took her on the tour was knowledgeable and they were nice.

My mother seems to be doing well here at this community. She is still adjusting a bit, but I know she is in a good place. They have a very caring and accommodating staff; they have been very helpful. There were one or two surprises, but all is well. This is a great community, and I would definitely recommend this community.

The HarborChase was a very nice place with very nice staff. What we did not like was that it was blended assisted living and memory care. We were looking for something dedicated to memory care. I did, however, like all of the interaction between the caregivers and residents,
