Very nice facility. Larger community. Surrounding neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. A bit outside of our price point.

[name removed] was very informative. Great tour. I felt very relaxed their. I was excited to hear about there green ware ceramics, [name removed] use to teach these type of classes in her home. She also is very involved with jewelry making and they have some type of that there along with painting. [name removed] would enjoy the jewelry making as well since he make men's as well as citing and polishing gems. [name removed] is an accordion player. He use to play in many bands and travel around the state. He would totally enjoy the polka music when it comes for a concert there. The loves all kind of music. I spoke with a few residents there and it just feels like the right fit for them. It is less than 5 miles from our home which is a huge plus as well.

We are very pleased with this place. Strongly considering it. Love the rain forest and the terraces overlooking at the rain forest.

Loved it. Dining rooms were beautiful, setting was beautiful, rooms were perfect, social activities were ideal. Staff was super lovely. #1 on my list.

Absolutely loved this place. It's just like the Atria in California, where my mother currently lives. My top pic of the day. It was also very close to my apt, which puts it on the plus side.

I loved this place and thought it would be an excellent fit for my mother. Although she is still very much not interested, the next step would be to schedule a lunch with one of the residents.

People at the residence are very friendly and concerned. My husband receives the help he needs and likes his caregivers . Place is well cared for and maintained The nursing staff is excellent and on top of his medications. The activities could be upgraded to meet more intellectual Challenge. However he enjoys His room . The dining room is very pleasant. Food is good and there is a large selection.. Overall I am pleased and relaxed my Husband is well care for.

My parents have lived here now for over a year. Dad in their Skilled Nursing and Mom in their independent living. This was the initial reason they moved there so they can be together. Mom is able to visit with Dad and bring him out to the ponds, to the large dining room for independent residents and the outings they can go together. Dad isn’t completely restricted to the “nursing home” which no one wants to be. BUT it is actually pretty nice- super large rooms and very caring staff. Mom loves the food and has been able to be herself again playing bridge and joining groups there. We do have the community helping her with medications and walking the dog which is super helpful that she doesn’t have to move out to AL to receive these services. We can add more as needs progress as well. We have looked and looked and if you have parents with changing/ different needs this is the place to be. Or even if you want a place for any needs that may arise no need to pay a lot more just to have assisted living, this community can help with most assistance needed as long as it can be scheduled. they work so well with the residents and just really show their compassion. Love it!!

The staff here has been going beyond my expectations and is very helpful. They are very accommodating and they made it possible for my Mother to move in a few days earlier than expected. The administrator here, [Removed], has been wonderful to work with. When my mom moved in, all of the staff members helped us as much as they could. If I ever have any issues I bring it up with [Removed] and she gets back to me right away. The weekend staff is okay and I feel like they could be more attentive. I would recommend this community.

I chose this place with my parents and once I explained what I needed with the sales director, price wise for both of my parents to have a 2 bedroom place, they were very, very helpful. Even just to help me with the price, they took off the second person charge and allowed me to have the 2 bedroom for my parents for the price of one. They’ve been great. The staff is absolutely easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. They’re so patient with my parents. When we first started touring there, [Removed] (the sales person) was never pushy and always accommodating. The food is great, my parents love it, and I eat there all the time with my own family. It’s only $10 for me to eat there and they have Sunday brunch so most of the time we don’t even have to go out to a restaurant. They keep everything very clean. If we need maintenance, it all happens so fast and I’ve been impressed. There’s always staff walking around and checking on things. There are so many activities that it’s hard to keep up with. There’s a movie room, wine and cheese and happy hours, a game room, arts and crafts, and they’ll bring in people to do lectures. The activities schedule is just full. They even have Tai Chi and exercise classes and it’s all included in the price. There’s a greenbelt area in the back of the community where you can do some golfing and there are walking paths and gardens. It just doesn’t feel like you’re in a residential area. Every floor has an ambassador that comes down to help everyone move in and see if anyone needs anything, and they’re very nice and helpful. They have a military service wall as well and they’re putting my dad’s plaque up, which the whole family loves. Honestly, they’re getting more here than I ever expected and the price is so great. My parents can age in place, so if they have to do assisted living then they don’t have to move and it can all happen here. There’s a critical care unit on the 3rd floor so if need be then they can stay there if something were to happen and it’s all in the same facility. I was overwhelmed with all of the good stuff they have. I would highly recommend them.

After looking online I realized I didn’t want to tour anywhere else. This is the best place for my husband and I. It’s definitely more than I expected. Everyone here is very friendly and personable. If we ever need any help, all we have to do is look out of our door and someone is there. They even know everyone’s name. The food is excellent and they have a lot of variety. They offer good portions and offer 2nd helpings if you’re still hungry. For breakfast its continental, lunch/dinner there are 3 meal options to pick from, and they never forget about snack and desserts. The rooms are spotless and the staff clean, do the laundry, and take out the trash 1 time a week. Our apartment is big and spacious with plenty of storage area with a full-sized kitchen. For activities, there is a nice scenic pond to walk around, political clubs, movie clubs, bingo night, all sorts of things everyone’s taste. They even have a jewelry come in every 2 weeks and do free cleanings or they take your jewelry and fix it then bring it back in 2 weeks. Not only do I recommend this community, but I have been to my friends.

Big thanks to [name removed] for making my mother’s move in go so smoothly. The community is so welcoming and friendly. The are so many activities to keep residents engaged. Mom gives thumbs up for the delicious meals. I heartily reccomend Washington Township Senior Living to any family when a loved one needs assisted living.

My loved ones are loving it there at HarborChase of Shorewood. They are the friendliest people you would ever meet. I'm talking about everybody even the residents are friendly. I was just there and they were saying how much they love it there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a very clean and comfy home. I have had lunch there and the food is good. They offer variety and choices. They have a bistro bar where they also serve food. They just had a Packer party at the Bistro this past Sunday. They post a daily list of activities that they post everywhere. The staff takes them to do their exercise therapy. They were just telling me about the transportation they provide to take them to wherever they need to go. They went to the store, Dr. appointments and wherever else. They have a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a putting green. They provided glasses for when they had the solar eclipse. They moved into an apartment together. I decorated it with all of their beautiful things that they had in their home. It looks like a Better Homes In Garden Magazine model home. It is beautiful and they said it feels like home.

We are still settling into our new apt but things are all falling into place. We like our 2 bedrooms 2 baths and the staff has been great helping us with the little things like our TV. We enjoy going to the dining room which is beautiful there are table clothes on the tables and the staff is great as are the menu choices and there is also a cafe if you wanted something different. They have a really nice laundry room and lots of different activities, we've even been to one of their outdoor concerts in the beautiful garden area and brought a friend as well.

I found Five Star to be exactly that and more. The staff couldn't be more friendly and caring if they were angels from heaven. The residents all seemed very happy to be there. Lovely surroundings, beautiful environment, every amenity you cold ask for.

The indoor atrium is beautiful. What a lovely location to live in. Did not have a tour. I was there for presentation.

Brookdale Meridian Lakewood is a very nice community. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant for family members coming to visit their loved one. My father in law is being well taken care of by the staff and they are very attentive to his care needs. At this time of his life, they are making sure he is comfortable. The food they serve at mealtime looks very appealing. The grounds are very beautiful and well-kept.
