I would tell others that are looking into Huntington Place for their loves ones that they really work well with the obstacles that families face in this type of situation. The staff members have been great with communication to the families. I would definitely recommend them.

It sounds good to begin with. In the beginning expectations were set and not met over time. They over promise and under delivered. They have a lot of activities offered but they seem hit or miss to be handled and carried out. So sometimes people are standing and waiting for exercise class to begin and no staff show up to run the class. It seems inconsistent. The food is good quality and variety.

I like the facility and have had no problem with my stay here.

HarborChase is absolutely beautiful, it is expensive but completely worth it. It is very clean, and the sales coordinator while we were touring was amazing. She was on top of everything, she was always available and was great at explaining anything we had questions on.

It's a great place. It's very nice. Most of the staff I really like. My loved one likes the food. They have plenty of activities. I highly recommend it.

Our first impression of HarborChase was amazing, it is brand new. It is like walking into a swanky hotel in New York, just beautiful. With it being newer they are still working through some kinks but there is a lot of potential. The dining experience is great, the residents get to eat off a menu and there are happy hours everyday. Even with turnovers the staff are doing their best to accommodating each residents as an individuals. The staff members are very nice, the community is very clean and they really try to build a community atmosphere. Overall we are pleased and we would definitely recommend to other families to come check out HarborChase.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are good at getting things set up for your loved one. The community is willing to assist your loved ones getting settled into the community as well. The food is good for the residents.

My loved one is very comfortable here. Everyone is super friendly, and helpful. The safety is wonderful. Some of the activities that are available are library, outside performers, book club, cards and games, fitness classes, movies, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from in the independent living area. The bonus is that if there are additions such as medication distribution there is a fee, but can would be a cost in the independent living area. There is a laundry room available to do laundry. There is dry cleaners available. There is a taxi service that is added onto the monthly bill, if used.

Our family has had no complaints at all regarding how clean the community is and the staff have been very friendly. We are just now starting to be able to visit more then once a week. On some days around mid afternoon they will bring desserts around for the residents, and one day we visited they brought him a root beef float which was great. Once the residents and staff were fully vaccinated, the residents were able to gather in the front lobby and mingle with each other. It is a little on the pricey side, but considering everything they have to do we cannot complain. There is a base level of case and the a point service, so extra level of care is based on the point services.

HarborChase community has been great, they are very accommodating to our loved one, and have been very helpful in regards to our loved ones health. We have noticed from a far that there really isn't on person to get a hold of for answers, you kind of have to go through multiple people. However, they are still very kind when we speak with them and the community is bright and cheerful.

I toured Bella VIsta and it was a very nice facility, one thing I really liked was that they have shuttered windows in the apartments. I also think that you are also able to transition to assisted living but stay in the same apartment. I did not choose the facility because it was too expensive.

We chose HarborChase of Long Grove because of the fact that they had no covid incidences and also he needed 2 person assist which is hard to find in the area. The room sizes here were good. The food was really good, they were chef prepared meals. They provided a lot of activities for residents to participate in. I would recommend them to others looking.

The staff is very friendly and does a great job. The environment is good and they are quick to take care of any maintenance issues. Communication between the staff and our family is very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend this community, this will will be a good fit for most people. My loved one seems satisfied with everything. The staff checks on my loved one each day. The food is enjoyed by loved one. The communication with the staff is very good, and they keep us informed on what is going on.

We have been very pleased with our experience so far with Five Star Premier Residences. My dad said the staff members are nice and the food is great. It is a lot nicer than his previous facility, it is more home-like rather than institutional. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking, he is happy here.

Overall I think that Bella Vista was a good facility and the staff members were very nice and easy to work with. We did have some issues, but they seemed to want to help and get things resolved quickly. I would recommend to others who are looking.

the community has a secure building and we feel like mom is protected there. It is clean, the staff and the other residence are very friendly and helpful. The room sizes are great, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and 2 bedrooms. I would recommend this community to others.

This community has very friendly staff. They have tried hard to keep activities going. The facility is very nice, and the room sizes comparable to other facilities. The food was good in the beginning but is not as good now. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Looking forward to the returns of the routine we had at the end of last year. I like the activities. Pleased with the meals even if I don't always pronounce it. Appreciate having the PT staff on site, as needed by a lot of people. They go a long way to make us safe from the virus, maybe farther than necessary but good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I would like more information about the company. We have different sight and organizational structures. Nice place for a couple because they would be busy and perfect when separation will occur later on! Enjoying the music of all provided by a 92 year old, there is still time for all of us.
