I would say that the care was lacking, most of the time they were short staffed, when my mom would hit her alarm for help , she'd wait about 45 minutes before someone would assist her. That was very frustrating to my mom and I. I probably would recommend them, only for assisted living residents. The problem was that my moms dementia was getting worse and she was just getting care for assisted living not memory care.

My loved one was previously a resident at Ciel Senior Living of Tri-Cities Memory Care, but we took him out and he is much happier being at home. This facility just kept getting more expensive and I couldn't see that they did that much more for him.

Only complaint is quality of food. Kind staff, clean facilities.

I am happy with the facility. But most of all, my Mom is happy. Now she is safe and cared for by a very good staff. The staff is very supportive and good to the residents. The activity director is excellent. They decorate for all holidays, which makes it like home. The move was effortless and made my Mom feel welcome. The food is not what I would like it to be. They switched companies and the residents are very unhappy. The food is not what 80 and 90 years old's are used to. The Chef is very good and he also loves the residents, but his hands are tied re: what is on the menu. I would recommend Washington Township Senior Living. It's not the most glamorous, but it is homey and pleasant. I just wish the food was better. That is the biggest drawback and, like I said, the Chef's hands are tied.

Great caring staff. I would recommend Voorhees Senior Living to anyone. They are taking good care of my mother.

Love the location. Happy they are updating again this year. There have been several changes in staff lately. It will get better leadership and some things will improve. They also just implemented very large rent increase beginning of 2024.

I think Five Star Premier Residences of Yonkers is very good. The staff is very helpful. The move in process was seamless. The meals are good. I would recommend Five Star Premier Residences to others.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The activities are varied and keep residents active and engaged. The only thing we had an issue with was that sometimes weekend staff wasn't communicating smoothly with weekday staff on certain things and I would get a call about something that we had already discussed. I would definitely recommend HarborChase for assisted living care.

Staff is really pretty friendly. However, one needs to look up from their phone to see what's happening around them. My daughter passed them several times and they never looked up to see what was going on. Housekeeping is pretty good. The place is clean. If you see something that needs attention, they are quick to respond. Communication with the family is pretty good-no complaints. The move in process was fairly simple-have a checklist! They need to get the Life Loop app working. This was a selling point as though it was already available and it wasn't. Also, they desperately need a welcome packet. I would recommend Ciel. They are overall very responsive and dedicated to helping the transition with the resident and their families.

Our main negative feedback so far is their responsiveness. They appear a bit understaffed and care workers take too long to respond to requests. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, but depends a bit on the situation. I'd have concerns with folks that require a higher level of care given the staffing.

I would recommend to others. The staff is going through a major changeover so that's why that is a 3. Nursing on the 3rd floor [name removed] are excellent. Meals and dining seem a little boring and repetitive.

My mom is currently a resident at Washington Township Senior Living and her experience has been very good overall. The staff is amazing! The food is mediocre. Housekeeping does a great job. The price is really high and seems to be increasing each month. The other residents are very nice and kind. My mom seems comfortable, I wouldn't say happy, because she wants to go home but physically cannot. The Activities Director does a nice job.

We cannot rate the value for cost because we are trying to get the billing straightened out currently. They started with a bill before our loved one initially moved in. However based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Huntington Place to other families.

My mom is in memory care building, and for several months, they had what seemed to be limited activities. They hired a new staff person who has activities as part of her job, so that has gotten much better. We really like Huntington Place, and I would recommend them to other families that have someone in need of out of home placement.

I picked this community because of the price, and it's in a very nice part of town. Other places we looked at didn't accept Medicaid. It's nice and residents are friendly. My mom has made a lot of good friends there.

What we really like about this community is the location, it is great. Based on the experience we have had so far with Huntington Place, we would definitely recommend the community to other families looking for a community for their loved one.

The system of communication between staff is poor. They do not seem to have a way of sharing information or relaying messages. There is no receptionist on duty to take messages. There are times when no one answers. If a person is independent, I would absolutely recommend Huntington Place. It's a great facility, but as my family members health declined, the communication/coordination problems began. If that was better, I would have zero complaints.
