I have lived here for several months now. I like that I can have my cat here with me. All the staff are kind as I get turned around sometimes. The staff make sure that I get to meals and encourage me to come to the activities. I have met some wonderful people here that also help me along as I forget. I like going on walks with [name removed], as well as just walking around myself. I feel I get good exercise around here and I love watching the critters play out back in the wooded area.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and we have no regrets moving here. The staff bend over backwards for the residents and will do everything possible to make sure things are how residents like within reason of course. I love that I have so many friends here as well as in the Arvada area. It is so convenient to get them or to have them come to me. I love that I can host my Bridge club here and that there is opportunity to have new players as new residents move in. The food here is excellent. Housekeeping does a great job. [Name removed] makes sure there is a little something for everyone to do. Everyone is great!

I have lived here for 2 months now and things are going very well. I am amazed at how all the staff knows all of the resident names. I go to exercise here on Tuesday and Thursday and take the Brookdale van to the YMCA for my aquacise class. The van is reliable and the drivers are personable. My housekeeper cleans my apartment how I like it and maintenance fixed my toilet when it needed attention. The good here is quite good, I am a late eater and usually close the dining room at dinner. I never feel rushed to finish my dinner and leave so the dining staff can clean and go home. So far, so good.

For me, especially now with the quarantine and not being able to visit there, the staff have been really helpful. They set up visits for me to see him through the window. There are good at letting me know what's going on with him. I looked at several places but this place felt most like home and the staff were really friendly. He really likes it there, too. Since moving there, he has become more talkative and outgoing.

The staff at Brookdale is wonderful. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. The rainforest is so fresh and nice. I enjoy the outings and going to lunch. Brookdale is very pleasant and comfortable. The entertainment they provide is very enjoyable and fun. I am limited with walking, and I am able to do everything I want to do here. They also have a bus that takes you to appointments or out to go shopping. I recommend living at Brookdale.

This place is beautiful and the staff is always helpful! Definitely would recommend it, always impressed how everyone is so sweet and kind. Always receive a warm welcome from the sales department and the executive director, we love her!

I love it here — everything is nice! The people are always helpful, I love people —always so nice. I love the potatoes, they remind me of home! I was falling previously, but now I am doing well.

The staff is very friendly, they try to meet all of our needs, in terms of activities and they are willing to listen. Our activities team is super! I am still pretty independent so I don't have much to do with the caregivers but they are always nice and talk to me when I do engage with them. Our Executive Director always has an open door, which is good!

The staff has been great. Everyone here is always so ready and willing to help. Sometimes you walk into a place like this and they will help sure, because it's their job, but here it's like they'll go out of the way to help. The girl who usually comes to walk me upstairs for dinner saw me on my way up the other night and said "(she) was just coming to get me." I told her "well I've been getting around so I'm not paying for escorts and more." She said "Oh, I know- I was still going to because I enjoy our walks" which made me feel good. It's a genuine level of care.

It's clean, the food is good. The help is very good. My appointment was very good - when my husband was dying they couldn't have done any more. Everyone was there to help him and to help me.

Happy. I'm never bored, there are always activities! When I originally moved here I was very upset - angry with my kids for moving me but I'm now really happy being here.

When I moved into Brookdale Lowry 2 years ago, I was having trouble getting my feet under me because I was so sick. One of the ambassadors (volunteers in helping residents) helped me immediately to get used to living here and finding my way. Two years later I have good friends here, no longer sick and I enjoy the activities here. The staff tells me they are here to help me and make my life better. Their actions confirm they were sincere about that help.

My only concern is that dad did not move here when he 1st looked at it in 2015. Everyone, CNA's, NP's Admin, maintenance and dining have all been so nice to my dad (and rest of the family). And the compassion and help I have received since my dad passed was much more than expected and is very much appreciated and will not be forgotten. Sincerely - [name removed]

My wife had dementia and a [illegible] for 2 years. During this time I visited on a daily basis. The staff provided loving care keeping my wife clean, fed her tasty food, administered medications, monitored her when ill, and controlled her when needed. I highly recommend the Fieldstone Memory Care In Kennewick, WA.

Good looking grounds and building, balconies for fresh air. Lots of things to do and staff goes beyond job specs. Not all staff do but I've learned who the problematic staff is and can avoid them. I was without AC for 9 days even though an AC specialist worked on my AC unit every day. I was frustrated but not as upset as our maintenance and our executive director.

Brookdale Lowry has been my home for 5 years off and on. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also I enjoy meeting and helping since I am able. I would not choose to live anywhere else.

The staff truly care about all the members. Very responsive to any requests. The staff and members are positive and helpful. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone thinking about assisted living. Great location, active community.
