So far we are very impressed. The staff has been great, very friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints about the care services. We also really like the feel of the community, it has a homey atmosphere, very warm and friendly. Also the food is very good.

So far so good we are very happy. Very clean. The cleanliness and look of the place really stood out. The food is excellent. Mom has yet to find the right bridge partner. I can't think of anything as of yet that could be improved.

We are very pleased with our choice to move Dad to Huntington for respite care! The staff has been exceptionally caring and accomodating. The staff is well trained in Alzheimer's care and are helping us learn how to best care for Dad too. The facility is very nice, secure, the food is wonderful, and the activities seem to be very good for Dad in helping him to be more social. We toured many places and Huntington was a shining star among them in overall quality and value. We'd highly recommend.

I like the cleanliness, the dining area, the personalization. They do call you if anything out of the ordinary happens. In the beginning I was bugging them all the time. They were very nice and they put up with me. They advised me and set me in the right direction. I think they need more men's activities. They have a lot of women's things there like needle craft. They're trying to get a men's card came going and trying to get more men together. To compensate in the meantime, dad plays poker with one of the aids. Everything works - they take of everything. It's 2 year private pay and you have to be under $26000 when you go on medicaid. Other wise they don't keep you. That rule I don't like but they have seminars there to talk about this. It was cool that they take the extra step. They bugged me to come and they had a law firm come and explain everything. It was really helpful. The nurses are good too. They all know me and him. real personal that way. We're really happy with this place.

I haven’t been there yet but I talked to him every day and I’ve talked to him every day for 12 years. His family visits him and they like it very much, he says he is very happy there, he’s having the New York Times delivered and had me sign him up for a book delivery service; he didn’t bring all of his books from his apartment and he should have. Another friend who talks to him at least 5 times a week and has been there and says it's very nice. He had a couple bad times with his heart the first month so he was in the hospital just over night, he’s settled down now and its perfectly fine, he hooked up to HBO in addition to regular TV, he’s done a couple of the things, they have a cocktail hour once a week, he’s not the most social person in the world, I told him to start his own book club but they may already have one there. He loves the linen service he says he’s spoiled. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a place.

We moved Mother at the beginning of 2013 from another senior living facility. She feels very at home and secure at Bella Vista. She enjoys the residents and activities and food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My mom receives much more at Bella Vista than I could ever describe. The management, hands on staff, the other people who live there, surround her with friendship and love. I moved her there to be closer to me from another community. I never knew the difference of communities would be this amazing. Bella Vista is wonderful, wonderful in every way. I'm so glad I found Bella Vista, My now forever smiling mom feels the same way as I do!

It's a beautiful place! It's a senior apartment building and it's really expensive but it's worth it. I'm busy all the time. I didn't realize that I could work so much in retirement. They take people on trips, shopping, everything! I'm truly amazed at it and I'm too busy playing golf. I haven't found anything yet to improve on. The experience right now, on a 1 to 10 basis, is a 10. I like the idea that I don't have to mow grass or wash windows or shovel snow.

We chose this community because it was conveniently located for our family. The Park is a new community that provides a very good environment. It is just lovely throughout the entire community. We really feel like it is the right fit for us.

(Activities Not Rated) We looked at several different places and my son said “This is the one for you.” I am absolutely delighted with Bella Vista. It has is a small footprint community so there is no acres and acres of land to get to the office everything is centrally located. It is an X shaped building that is serviced by elevators. The community has pools, walking paths, and good food. The apartments are being completely remodeled as they become available; new kitchens, new floors, and new bathrooms. They also have an assisted living community right next door so if you get sick or need more assistance that is an option. I am happy with them and would recommend them to just about anyone. The only place you will get care like this is living with your mother.

We chose this community because of the reputation of Huntington Place. When I visited the community I was very pleased with the reception I received and the quality of the staff and community. I was pleasantly surprised that it was within our budget and was really the best community in the area. I am very pleased with the overall community and quality of care. They have very good communication between our family and the care of our mother. We get called and told about what is going on rather then us trying to find out, so they really do include us in the care. We are very happy with Huntington Place and would recommend it to anyone.

We looked at 10 different facilities before chosing Bella Vista. 3 where in TX closer to family members, and the other 7 were in AZ closer to our doctors. The first thing that impressed us with Bella Vista was the friendliness from our intial visit. The friendliness is sincere and we continue to receive friendliness from the staff. To me the calendar of events is really fantastic, there is something to do everyday if you chose to participate. I definitely give them 5 stars for Activities from my experience.

After touring what seemed liked hundreds of facilities for mom and dad, we were referred to Bella Vista from a co-worker. Their mother has lived at Bella Vista for a couple of years and they couldnt say enought good things about. From the staff to the building and all of the offerings, everything that mom and dad need is present. They moved into the IL side and are comfortable that they can receive the help they need in their apartment and liked that the AL side was available should one of them need it. All in all, I wish we would have found this place sooner as it would have saved us lots of time!

Staff friendly. Very clean, like programs and the different stations, (clothes, jewelry, work bench,etc.).

Anytime dining. Fitness center with trainers. 4 day caregivers, 3 evening and 2 night caregivers. Tour went well. Signed agreement.

We found the facility to be very nice. There were stations in the hall to motivate the residents thinking. We saw the staff engage with the residents. The rooms were very nice as well. We were impressed.

Beautiful apartments. Going for a second visit.

Loved this place and [staff representative]! We had a very good feeling for WTSL. My mother has friends at Voorhees Senior Living so that may have some weight in where we finally go.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this facility except for one issue with the business office. They were hard to work with after dad passed. They charged us for 2 months after he passed and their reason was that policy was to give 30 day notice before leaving the facility. We were frustrated, but mom paid it and then contacted corporate. Corporate did apologize and said that shouldn't have happened. They are in the process of getting mom a refund for those 2 months. So beware of that possibility. Other than that, the facility had a really good atmosphere and was clean. There were times when dad wanted to go outside, but couldn't go alone and they didn't have anyone to go with him to take him outside. My elderly mom ended up going up there more often to be able to get him outside. Housekeeping was good and dad's room was kept clean. Communication was good. The food was good. I do think it's the best facility in the area and I would recommend them to friends and family.
