I feel safe at Brookdale, that is my biggest concern. The staff is impeccable and I enjoy the Bible Study and eating with my friends.

The Brookdale Meridian community is very clean, and given the economy and inflation we think we are getting higher quality for what we are paying. The staff members are extremely nice - from top to bottom are just amazing. They are so friendly and kind it almost brings us to tears. The executive director especially is incredible and is more then willing to work with our family and is very approachable. The sales person we dealt with in the beginning was just okay, he was very much that typical sales persona and felt like a car salesmen. The dining service and the dining staff are incredible and really work their butts off. They are so sweet but when it comes to the quality of the meals - that could be improved. We ate a Thanksgiving meal there and we just did not like it at all. They do offer a lot of options, so we feel that if they just lesson the amount of options they have and focus on bettering the quality of the meals it will make a big difference. Our loved one has not participated in the activities but the ones we can see are very cool. When we first were touring we had residents coming up to us telling us how much our loved one would enjoy living here if we picked it - they even called it their home. On our loved ones birthday all of the staff members got our loved one a card and a small treat and even some of the resident's got him a gift which we were so shocked by.

We were impressed with the apartments we were shown. There are multiple options for very livable floor plans. We appreciated meeting staff who are knowledgeable and helpful.

We have experienced an extremely gracious and constructive introduction to the Meridian's staff and its facilities. We already feel embraced by a loving and dedicated staff that are great to be around.

Friendly atmosphere. I now have 3 couple friends. Staff is good. We liked the visit with the ambassador. We learned all of the basic things.

Our immediate impression of Brookdale during our first visit was great - very friendly and organized. Lobby and entrance patio was full of residents enjoying themselves.

Admittance and head of nursing, were especially helpful and caring. I'm glad they had respite care, it helped me a lot . My dad wasn't there long enough to identify improvements.

I loved it. It was awesome. They were good. It was a brand new, and clean facility. They educated, my sibling and I on the assisted living community.

With a caring and competent staff and a family atmosphere, Meridian has become my happy home.

I enjoy living here so much. I really love the social life and everyone is so polite and friendly! The staff is wonderful and I've made many valuable friends.

Very good tour experience. The facility is very big, overwhelming actually. Heard about turnover issues. Sales person was very friendly and we liked her a lot but turned me off with last minute hard sell at end of the month too. Also, just saw another facility and it seemed like a better fit.

They are good with my loved one. She is having a great time with Bingo. The kitchen staff is really friendly, and helpful. They cater to my loved ones needs, with the food options. They take the residents on trips to the store. They are really attentive towards my loved one.

We really like the socialization with other residents. The fun things they have for the residents on a daily basis. The food isn't what I had hoped for. However the resident that I am talking about has some esophagus issues with most meats. It would be nice if they included some non meat based proteins. She is very happy at Brookdale, and just has a little problem with some of the food. However, in fairness, she does like her sweets! She just has a hard time swallowing meat without it not getting stuck in her throat. Overall, she is very happy at Brookdale

the residents obviously love this place. They were so interactive and friendly. The community is beautiful and backs up to great walking trails

BMW is a beautiful community with many indoor/outdoor spaces and activities for residents with all interests. Staff is attentive, available and focused on the residents

Excellent facility, superb staff, beautiful rooms, small size, fascinating fellow residents, wonderful meals, interesting programs, altogether excellent!
