The people are super nice and very caring. It is very clean. The staff really cares about the people that are there. My mom was in memory care. The food always looked good and fresh. The layout of the community was nice, it makes people move around. They have outdoor space.

The times I've been there it's been very clean. The staff is very friendly. The care is very good. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been a lot of ups and downs and the community is on lock down. We felt at first they were a little slow to update us on the status of the community, but they have gotten better over time. My father loves the food. He doesn't partake much in the activities, but they do offer them for the residents. My father has his own room and needed some more care throughout the night so we needed to hire an additional aid with him. One aid in particular has been great with keeping up with him and letting us FaceTime us. We looked at a couple communities and brought my father up from Florida, and we were very happy up until this pandemic. We don't necessarily think it is the fault of the community, however, as this has been a very difficult time for everybody.

We have been really happy. My grandma loves it at Fieldstone Grandridge. It is one of the nicest communities in our area. The building is really pretty. The staff interactions have been really positive. My grandma loves the food, they have several menu options at each meal. They have different floor plans for the rooms. My grandma had been living with my mom which at times was stressful for my mom. Now that she is at Fieldstone Grandridge they manage all her medications and even order them for her which takes a lot of stress off my mom. Overall it has been a positive experience.

When I was originally looking for places for my parents , I looked at over 35 homes and communities,so, when it was time to find a place for my husband, I knew exactly what I was looking for. This community has been wonderful and the food is just excellent. I think the building is set up really nice. When you walk in it is a very friendly place. When they came out to evaluate my husband , they said they were able to met his needs in assisted living and didn't have to go to memory care yet. There are a lot of activities for the residents to be involved in as well. The staff go for walks with him outside when he asks to go.

For me, especially now with the quarantine and not being able to visit there, the staff have been really helpful. They set up visits for me to see him through the window. There are good at letting me know what's going on with him. I looked at several places but this place felt most like home and the staff were really friendly. He really likes it there, too. Since moving there, he has become more talkative and outgoing.

This place is beautiful and the staff is always helpful! Definitely would recommend it, always impressed how everyone is so sweet and kind. Always receive a warm welcome from the sales department and the executive director, we love her!

Very interesting place. I was told that it was a retirement home for nuns at one time. Every apartment was the same size and layout. Now that it is a retirement living center all of the one bedroom apartments are the same size, same layout. They do have two bedroom units where they have knocked out the wall between two one bedroom units. The remodel was done so well that you would not know that this was how they accomplished this. The place was clean, very well maintained. They have four floors with activity type rooms on three of the floors. One floor has a fitness center, craft room and theater, another a library, multi-purpose room and man cave, the ground floor has a coffee lounge and beauty/barber shop. What makes this place stand out in my opinion is their dining set-up. Their restaurant is open from 7 am to 7 pm and you can go in at any time and get something to eat or a snack. It is table service like in a regular restaurant, they have a wide menu selections, and you are not limited on how much or how frequently you can eat, and it is all included in your monthly rent. They had several activities going on while I was there and I was invited to join their line dancing class.

Super friendly and caring staff, everyone one from the great kitchen staff to the caregivers to the administration. Mom is very happy here. Her one bedroom apartment is very nicely laid out and decorated. They really encourage their residents to attend the activities that are offered, it has helped mom so much by getting her out and meeting people. The only negative is the price is higher than her last home, and it has gone up twice in the 4 months she has lived there.

Unfortunately no one will there when I arrived for a tour but one of the tenants showed me their 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. with a washer and dryer. Loved the place but be difficult with our two dogs as we would have to bring them out every time they needed to go potty.

My wife had dementia and a [illegible] for 2 years. During this time I visited on a daily basis. The staff provided loving care keeping my wife clean, fed her tasty food, administered medications, monitored her when ill, and controlled her when needed. I highly recommend the Fieldstone Memory Care In Kennewick, WA.

My parents came to Fieldstone in the Fall of 2018, Mom in Memory Care until she passed in March 2019 and Dad at Grandridge Independent Living. They moved in at a time when Mom needed some extra help and Dad wanted to be close to Mom. The bonus for him was not having to worry about meals and housekeeping. The facility transported Dad to the other building to visit Mom which was fantastic since he wasn’t very mobile and no longer drove. As Dads care needs are increasing, the staff, care attendants and nurses have been respectful, kind, thoughtful, dependable, helpful, and compassionate. My Dad is always treated with dignity and respect. I am grateful to the entire staff and healthcare providers who were there for my mom and are still there caring for my father.

Our mother has been at Fieldstone Grandridge for two and a half years. She came from another assisted living facility and the move was very positive for all of us. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and treat mom which loving care which is a blessing for us as Mom requires a lot of care. Our communication with caretakers, the RN and LPN in charge and the Executive Director has always gone very smoothly. They have been very approachable and always make sure our concerns are taken care of. The facility always smells fresh. is decorated beautifully, and during the day always has someone with a smile at the front desk! They provide many activities for the residents and their families to enjoy. I have nothing but positive comments to make regarding this facility and we feel so thankful that we were able to make this change for sweet loving mother.

Highly recommend Fieldstone! My mother was cared for with friendliness, compassion and patience. The staff genuinely cared and understood and were respectful and kind. Our wishes and concerns were met with with immediate action. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and everything is clean and smells good. There are amenities like laundry area, theater, library, beauty salon. The food is really good! Visitors are welcomed and accommodated. Can't say enough good things about Fieldstone!

Both of my parents have been at Fieldstone Grandridge for 2+ years. Over that time I have had weekly if not daily interaction with the staff and management at the facility. While no "place" is perfect - it is after all a seniors "right" to complain a little - the overall experience has been most excellent. The care is outstanding, and my Mother requires more than most. The food is very good and a nice variety. The RN on staff and his people have been excellent communicators and have worked around our needs. All and all a very high recommendation for this facility. Both my Mother and Mother -in-law are here. My mother is retired independant. She likes the activities, the foods, the staff, and her apartment! My Mother-in-law has assisted living. She needed to help getting her medications at the correct time. This has helped her alot. She also likes, the activities, the staff, and her apartment. When my mother-law-fell several different times she was helped very fast, checked out by the RN, and recommended to be checked out at the ER just in case. My family liked the newness of the facility, the restaurant style dining, the friendliness of the staff, the wide choice of activities, and the apartments.

The 24 unit assisted living portion of the facility is wonderful. Perfect size for that comfortable family feeling. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Having evaluation next week to see if we qualify for facility. :o)

Loved it. Dining rooms were beautiful, setting was beautiful, rooms were perfect, social activities were ideal. Staff was super lovely. #1 on my list.
