It's a lovely facility with friendly staff that are helpful and really care. I would recommend.

The 24 unit assisted living portion of the facility is wonderful. Perfect size for that comfortable family feeling. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Having evaluation next week to see if we qualify for facility. :o)

Beautiful facility - [name removed] was very good at her job. The only drawback is no transitional help when loved one needs assisted living.

The compassion and true kindness that all employees exhibit is amazing. I am especially impressed with the assisted living employees. [Name removed] and [Name removed] who work with more advanced care are simply wonderful. They have a great knowledge about medical and social concerns!! Very impressed.

Absolutely loved this place. It's just like the Atria in California, where my mother currently lives. My top pic of the day. It was also very close to my apt, which puts it on the plus side.

My friend LOVED this facility because it was bright and cheery with wonderfully warm and friendly people. [name removed] showed us around and is an amazingly caring individual. The price was the only reason my friend did not choose this facility.

I loved this place and thought it would be an excellent fit for my mother. Although she is still very much not interested, the next step would be to schedule a lunch with one of the residents.

My mother and I are very happy with everything at Bella Vista. The facility itself is very clean. I recently had a meal for Thanksgiving there and the food’s flavor was good. It was nice and I walked away satisfied. They have breakfast all day and they have a menu that changes a bit from time to time. I know my mother likes their salads. They also have an activities signup sheet and they have a bus for group trips. My mother definitely takes advantage of their care services for her doctor’s appointments. Typically they prefer them to book appointment on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

People at the residence are very friendly and concerned. My husband receives the help he needs and likes his caregivers . Place is well cared for and maintained The nursing staff is excellent and on top of his medications. The activities could be upgraded to meet more intellectual Challenge. However he enjoys His room . The dining room is very pleasant. Food is good and there is a large selection.. Overall I am pleased and relaxed my Husband is well care for.

My brother is very happy at Bella Vista. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The residents are nice to be around to share and enjoy calendar events. There is always sometime to do. They have a monthly Mass for Catholics as well as Holy Communion distribution once a week. The restaurant is open 7 AM-7 PM and offer a variety of entrees. Housekeeping is excellent and when there is a problem encountered, it is handled fairly quickly and professionally. [Removed] is very charming and pleasant to work with.

Big thanks to [name removed] for making my mother’s move in go so smoothly. The community is so welcoming and friendly. The are so many activities to keep residents engaged. Mom gives thumbs up for the delicious meals. I heartily reccomend Washington Township Senior Living to any family when a loved one needs assisted living.

We moved my brother into Bella Vista and he's been very happy and content. The room is lovely with a view balcony of the front yard - very inviting. My brother sits on his balcony in the early mornings when it is cooler and enjoys the birds singing. [Removed] has been wonderful to us as well as the other staff members. My brother loves the restaurant which is open 7 AM - 7 PM to accommodate everyone's needs. He likes exercise, which is 3x/week. Catholic Mass is also a plus as well as Holy Communion distributed each week. He's not been to the Man Cave nor the Library yet. We got him an extended package on his TV and that alone keeps him attentive. My brother's mobility is the prime concern for us but we got him a wheeled walker and he appears to be doing quite well. Kudos to Bella Vista.

My loved ones are loving it there at HarborChase of Shorewood. They are the friendliest people you would ever meet. I'm talking about everybody even the residents are friendly. I was just there and they were saying how much they love it there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a very clean and comfy home. I have had lunch there and the food is good. They offer variety and choices. They have a bistro bar where they also serve food. They just had a Packer party at the Bistro this past Sunday. They post a daily list of activities that they post everywhere. The staff takes them to do their exercise therapy. They were just telling me about the transportation they provide to take them to wherever they need to go. They went to the store, Dr. appointments and wherever else. They have a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a putting green. They provided glasses for when they had the solar eclipse. They moved into an apartment together. I decorated it with all of their beautiful things that they had in their home. It looks like a Better Homes In Garden Magazine model home. It is beautiful and they said it feels like home.

We are still settling into our new apt but things are all falling into place. We like our 2 bedrooms 2 baths and the staff has been great helping us with the little things like our TV. We enjoy going to the dining room which is beautiful there are table clothes on the tables and the staff is great as are the menu choices and there is also a cafe if you wanted something different. They have a really nice laundry room and lots of different activities, we've even been to one of their outdoor concerts in the beautiful garden area and brought a friend as well.

As we looked at many options for my parents we felt this community had a better atmosphere that we liked. So far the retirement part of community is providing what my parents need. The food is good for all the meals. Both the residents and staff are good.

I found Five Star to be exactly that and more. The staff couldn't be more friendly and caring if they were angels from heaven. The residents all seemed very happy to be there. Lovely surroundings, beautiful environment, every amenity you cold ask for.
