Excellent! The staff genuinely care about our mom. The number of daily activities and the staff's interaction with the residents is very positive.

I have been very pleased with the care my husband has been getting. Also the aides are very caring. He seems to have accepted where he is and the state he's in (Hospice), Not being able to walk or talk or feed himself must be frustrating for him. He has good food here and lots of activities (if he could do them).

Unfortunately no one will there when I arrived for a tour but one of the tenants showed me their 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. with a washer and dryer. Loved the place but be difficult with our two dogs as we would have to bring them out every time they needed to go potty.

My wife had dementia and a [illegible] for 2 years. During this time I visited on a daily basis. The staff provided loving care keeping my wife clean, fed her tasty food, administered medications, monitored her when ill, and controlled her when needed. I highly recommend the Fieldstone Memory Care In Kennewick, WA.

My parents came to Fieldstone in the Fall of 2018, Mom in Memory Care until she passed in March 2019 and Dad at Grandridge Independent Living. They moved in at a time when Mom needed some extra help and Dad wanted to be close to Mom. The bonus for him was not having to worry about meals and housekeeping. The facility transported Dad to the other building to visit Mom which was fantastic since he wasn’t very mobile and no longer drove. As Dads care needs are increasing, the staff, care attendants and nurses have been respectful, kind, thoughtful, dependable, helpful, and compassionate. My Dad is always treated with dignity and respect. I am grateful to the entire staff and healthcare providers who were there for my mom and are still there caring for my father.

Our mother has been at Fieldstone Grandridge for two and a half years. She came from another assisted living facility and the move was very positive for all of us. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and treat mom which loving care which is a blessing for us as Mom requires a lot of care. Our communication with caretakers, the RN and LPN in charge and the Executive Director has always gone very smoothly. They have been very approachable and always make sure our concerns are taken care of. The facility always smells fresh. is decorated beautifully, and during the day always has someone with a smile at the front desk! They provide many activities for the residents and their families to enjoy. I have nothing but positive comments to make regarding this facility and we feel so thankful that we were able to make this change for sweet loving mother.

Highly recommend Fieldstone! My mother was cared for with friendliness, compassion and patience. The staff genuinely cared and understood and were respectful and kind. Our wishes and concerns were met with with immediate action. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and everything is clean and smells good. There are amenities like laundry area, theater, library, beauty salon. The food is really good! Visitors are welcomed and accommodated. Can't say enough good things about Fieldstone!

Both of my parents have been at Fieldstone Grandridge for 2+ years. Over that time I have had weekly if not daily interaction with the staff and management at the facility. While no "place" is perfect - it is after all a seniors "right" to complain a little - the overall experience has been most excellent. The care is outstanding, and my Mother requires more than most. The food is very good and a nice variety. The RN on staff and his people have been excellent communicators and have worked around our needs. All and all a very high recommendation for this facility. Both my Mother and Mother -in-law are here. My mother is retired independant. She likes the activities, the foods, the staff, and her apartment! My Mother-in-law has assisted living. She needed to help getting her medications at the correct time. This has helped her alot. She also likes, the activities, the staff, and her apartment. When my mother-law-fell several different times she was helped very fast, checked out by the RN, and recommended to be checked out at the ER just in case. My family liked the newness of the facility, the restaurant style dining, the friendliness of the staff, the wide choice of activities, and the apartments.

The 24 unit assisted living portion of the facility is wonderful. Perfect size for that comfortable family feeling. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Having evaluation next week to see if we qualify for facility. :o)

Loved it. Dining rooms were beautiful, setting was beautiful, rooms were perfect, social activities were ideal. Staff was super lovely. #1 on my list.

Beautiful facility - [name removed] was very good at her job. The only drawback is no transitional help when loved one needs assisted living.

The compassion and true kindness that all employees exhibit is amazing. I am especially impressed with the assisted living employees. Fieldstone Memory Care Issaquah has been an unexpected gift! I was unhappy with my father’s care at an adult family home because he lacked any and all stimulation, which is so critical to the care of those with Parkinson’s Disease, and I was fearful of his disposition during my impending maternity leave so I began my search for an alternative. From my very first interaction with Fieldstone and it’s Staff, my father and I have been treated like family. [name removed], the face and outreach of the community, [name removed] and her wonderful team of medical staff, [name removed] the guru of activities, [name removed] the transportation expert, [name removed] the genius of all things engineering great and small, [name removed] the smile at the front desk and of course [name removed], have welcomed us, catered to our special needs and circumstances, addressed any and all concerns and have gone above and beyond in creating a healthy environment and continuity of care for my father. Having spent many hours at the facility with my father I can genuinely say they work hard to provide an individualized approach to care for each of their residents and continue to expand their offerings and activities to provide stimulation and enjoyment. The facility itself is always clean and kept and has been appointed with great thought to its residents needs. I have and continue to be grateful for all of their care and support of my father’s needs in my absence. I highly recommend Fieldstone in Issaquah for anyone looking for that next level of care.

Absolutely loved this place. It's just like the Atria in California, where my mother currently lives. My top pic of the day. It was also very close to my apt, which puts it on the plus side.

My friend LOVED this facility because it was bright and cheery with wonderfully warm and friendly people. [name removed] showed us around and is an amazingly caring individual. The price was the only reason my friend did not choose this facility.

I loved this place and thought it would be an excellent fit for my mother. Although she is still very much not interested, the next step would be to schedule a lunch with one of the residents.
