HarborChase was not even open yet when we went for a tour and they really bent over backwards for us. The facility itself is beautiful. I really loved the managers philosophy, it was along the lines of "let her be our responsibility that way you can just enjoy her" and that really struck a cord with me. It ended up just not being the right fit.

When we message the staff through their app, they always respond in a timely manner. If anything comes up regarding our loved ones they always calls so we feel that the staff members have great communication between their team and the residents families

The staff have been awesome. My loved one is really happy with the activities when they are able to do something. Due to covid they have not been able to do much but when they do she enjoys it. I would recommend this facility and would not be afraid to send a love one here.

We have not really been able to see the entire community, but our loved one tells us it is quite clean. She cooks for herself in her apartment so we do not have feedback over the meals. It is a little pricey but after everything they have to offer it is totally worth it. She is beyond happy right now, she enjoys all the extra curricular activities like bible study, bingo, road trips to the casino and to different restaurants. She even enjoys when they have ice cream sundaes and root beer floats.

HarborChase has been a great experience so far, we have been very impressed with everything. The staff members are extremely nice, and their onsite physician has just been wonderful. We do think the value for cost is amazing, and the rooms there are exceptionally nice. According to our loved one the meals are not so good, they are coming around to like it and they good thing is they can order other things if they don't like what they are serving. However we ate there a couple times ourselves and we thought it was nice food and good portions for seniors.

We chose HarborChase of Long Grove because they had availability quickly when we were needing it and when they contacted me I was just really pleased with them. The room sizes are great as well as the value for the money, it is excellent. I would tell others the staff are amazing, they are always more than willing to help. I did see the food yesterday and it looked really good. I would recommend to others looking.

Five Star just seemed very well run and organized, professional, and really quite nice. It was a great place, my loved one's 2nd choice in fact. They had a lot more going on activities-wise, but the apartment wasn’t as nice as the place he ended up.

The community is very nice and the meals look wonderful. They have a lot of really cool activities, our loved one does not always participate in them but we can see the other residents enjoying themselves in all the activities they have to offer.

On the tour we liked what we saw, and we do know our loved one likes it there but with the covid restrictions we just aren't able to see our loved one that much. It is a nice place, she has a suite with a refrigerator, bathroom and a bedroom.

The community takes care of things better than other places. Their communication is great and there is peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this community to others. Everything they promised they have delivered on.

My experience was limited due to my loved one's quick decline. The care the community gave was fantastic.

We went with Voorhees Senior Living because of the value for the money and friendliness of the staff members. During covid, they have been doing window visits with our loved ones. If cases were low we were able to do outside/inside visits. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others looking.

When it comes to the care services we have been very happy, we have also been very happy with the staff members. They rooms at the community are very nice, and we would recommend Fieldstone Grandridge to others.

they seem very attentive to all the residents, and they are very easy to communicate with. The facility was always clean and neat. The room sizes are great with a little kitchenette, and the food is good. I would recommend this facility to others.

Really nice way of doing things, always good to me. As I was here longer and got to know people I have become happier.

I find living here is very good.
