I remember the day I walked into Huntington Memory Care- exhausted, fearful for my Uncle and his well-being and completely unaware of what my next steps should be…and then I met [name removed] the RN and Todd the LPN. Their care and concern gave me immediate comfort and the facility calmed my deep fears on where my Uncle could be placed to ensure his safety and his health. I knew immediately that this was the place and they were going to help me “make it all right.”… Please continue your great work and please accept my heartfelt thank you. Your work and that of your staff is so greatly needed and our community is fortunate to have Huntington Place to meet those needs.

I know I have said this to the staff, but I wanted to say it again. I am so grateful to the management and staff at Huntington Place Assisted Living and Memory Care for the care you provide. Not just for my Dad, but for our entire family. I believe with my whole heart that God led me to make the decisions I made! And I will always remember how diligently and patiently you advocated for my Dad, and remained ever respectful of my Mother. I wish you every success in your business. My mother lived at Fieldstone Grandridge since it was built, up to [date removed] When I needed to unfortunately move her to Seattle to be closer to me, I very much did not want to move her. Although experiences differ, we were there for 5 years. Never did I have any issues with staff or the facility and mom was very happy. Mother needs care and is not independent, she has been in other places so for us I can compare and give the Fieldstone community a five star at least for our situation and if I would be living now in tri-cities and move mom back, I would re-apply to get her back into Fieldstone.

I have been very pleased with the care my mom is receiving at HarborChase of Long Grove. The facility is between my brother and I which is nice. I went to tour the facility and I liked that it was open and decorated nicely. There were plenty of spaces where you can visit and there was no weird smells either. The one thing presented to me that means a lot is the doctor on site really digs into the medicines, so right away he noticed mom was deficient in vitamin b12 and now she gets a monthly injection for that. They have been really good about presenting reasons that mom needs to move up in levels of care and they work their best with her. Overall I would highly recommend to others looking.

I am the daughter of a resident at Huntington Place . My mother in [date removed]and we are all delighted that she is in a caring and “top notch” facility. They have an amazing staff which is friendly, compassionate, and professional. Every time I visit my mother , I am impressed with how well everything is run..Today, as I had lunch with my mother, I noticed that [name removed] the Executive Director, was helping distribute the meals and see that all the residents were attended efficiently. IShe sets a great example of leadership, professionalism, and teamwork, and her staff responds in kind. Even though [name removed] is super busy, she always takes time to answer my questions and those of the residents that I see before me. She definitely takes her job to heart and sees that every operation within the facility runs smoothly. Her patience and compassion definitely add to the success of this facility. There is no doubt my mom and all the residents at Huntington are in good hands!

Fieldstone Grandridge was my top pick if the decision was up to me. It is located in a commercial area that is up and coming. It is within walking distance to many stores so if you are a more active senior this would be a great place. Since it is a growing area there is going to be a lot of traffic and construction so that was not as appealing to my mom. The staff were outstanding and the facility has a great reputation from a working and living standpoint.

It is a very attractive facility. It's upscale looking. The staff has been very kind and helpful with my loved one. It's overall a good situation.

Particularly with dementia, I have never such a caring group of people that want to honor the residents life and preserve their dignity. The staff were patient and kind, know what they are doing and how to handle all the variations of dementia. In my Dad's case, he had underlying health conditions, and finding the type of care we needed was tough. They saved his life and his brain. I cannot say it enough. This is such an underserved population. This place was an absolute godsend.

Mom is very happy at Huntington . When she presses her call button, someone responds very promptly. And with a smile! The food is amazing and her only complaint is “They give me too much!” Our family has much less stress and it’s great to visit and spend time with mom instead of taking care of chores that she no longer could do herself. We also know that if she needs help any time of day she doesn’t have to wait till one of her children can get there. The staff has been very responsive to any of our concerns. Our family and Mom highly recommend Huntington Place.”

There is a genuine overall commitment to customer service and medical care @ VSL. As a Medical Doctor I sleep well at night knowing that my Mom’s meds, PT, & emergencies have been professionally managed well x 5 yrs. VSL was great during the pandemic. In light of current vaccinations of the staff & residents, one should not be hesitant to have your loved one’s physical, nutritional, social, emotional & spiritual needs met by the VSL caregivers & become part of the “VSL Family.” My mom is 95 y/o & she never wants to leave! She loves the crafts, BINGO, singing, piano playing, local Olympic events, celebration of holidays & the monthly MD visit in her room. The driver of the van is great for taking my Mom to medical specialty & dental appointments when I am out of state. Do take a tour like I did 5 years ago & talk to the very friendly & amazing staff, especially the admin director and director of nursing. Then, admit your loved one, sleep well at night & visit as often as you can!

The staff at Five Star Premier are terrific and based on our experience so far we would without a doubt recommend this community to other families. We love the special attention and things they do for the residents. There is live music performances twice a week and even sometimes three times a week. The other day when we came to visit they even had an aromatherapy session for the residents. They have excellent medical care from the staff, psychiatrist and nutritionist.

My Dad, who has Alzheimer’s and lives in the moment, has lived at Huntington Place since October. The other day we took him out for lunch. As we were driving him back he asked us if he was going home. He meant Huntington Place! That is what it is – a home. It looks and feels like a home! As Dad walks through the hallways he looks at each painting and describes the story in it. [name removed] is driven by her love for the residents and her passion for excellent care. It sounds corny, but when you meet her and everyone (RNs, caregivers, activity Executive director, BTR director, etc) you know it right away! They read him his devotions he loves every day, provide him with opportunities to do what he loves. Bottom line, they love him like he is their own Dad and he knows it – and I know it! After these 5 months I am still amazed at how wonderful Huntington Place and this awesome family of caring people are for Dad! Carol

I have worked along side Huntington Place staff for over a year working with hospice patients. This facility is by far the BEST facility I have ever been to!! All staff truly care about their residents and they provide the best care. I have never seen staff that treat residents as if they were family, but here they do. Home cooked meals, they provide dignity and support to patients, staff is very experienced. I can not recommend a place more highly. Amazing place. Take a tour and meet the staff. They are fantastic! The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care. Megan K.

I would recommend you look into having you loved one come to the community. Harborchase checked all the boxes for us. The nice thing is that my loved one can be moved to memory care when needed as the community has both assisted living and memory care options.

My mom has lived at Fieldstone for almost four years. It is a wonderful place! It is a place of love and compassion. My mom's caregivers have been the same 2-4 people the entire time which is amazing!! They have become my mom's family. I also appreciate the variety of activities my mom can participate in, she has a ball!

We moved our parents into Fieldstone Grandridge summer of 2021. The staff could not have been more wonderful with helping us arrange the move and getting settled in the fastest possible time. Everyone was very friendly, and understanding of all challenges that presented themselves. Now that Mom & Dad are settled, they are enjoying the daily activities and the restaurant dining experience. Lifeloop is very useful to see what activities are coming up, as well as knowing what they've participated in so that we can talk about it! The housekeeping and care staff couldn't be more kind and thoughtful - it has been lovely to interact with them. And the relationship Fieldstone has with local medical resources has made a huge difference, as we moved Mom & Dad a significant distance from where their doctors were - so all new doctors, but it has been a very positive experience!

This community is well run and friendly and professional. They have activities like sing a longs, and veteran day programs and even a thanksgiving dinner and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

We spent a lot of time researching other facilities. The tour of Fieldstone Grandridge really stuck out to us as well the accessibility to staff and residents during that tour. The apartment sizes are average and they have a variety of different sizes you can choose from, they offer assisted living and independent living spaces. It is a well managed facility with a great culture, the staff and residents all seem happy. It is a family run business which I feel operates better compared to corporate run. I would absolutely recommend them to other families looking.

HarborChase gave us a great tour and the facility was beautiful. It was just too far away from my dads church and all of his friends.
