This was a good community but it was just not what we were looking for our loved one.

The lock down goes on for ever. When I try to call to inquire about my mom, no one answers the phone. The phone system does not let you leave a message. It’s almost scary not knowing what’s going on inside.

They have changed ownership, and everything has been a little messy since then. Other than that it's been okay. I would urge families to wait to move loved ones in until after things have settled down with the change in ownership. And then it's always a good idea to keep in close contact with the management and staff there to make sure that things that need to be addressed get addressed. The overall building is quite nice and decorated well. They have a nice library. They offer pretty standard activities like bingo, trivia, movies. I think they could do more to encourage the residents to attend them, or to find out what the residents want to do that hey would like to participate in.

The facility was small and the outdoor space for memory care was even smaller. The staff to residents ratio was not good at all.

They were really trying to sell us. They were only showing us the high life side of the facility and we did not get a good feel.

I would advise to be patient with this community and hopefully things will improved staffing is the biggest issue.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and at the time there was construction in the area but the tour was still nice. However, the first thing we mentioned to the community was that our loved one needed a two-person lift out of her wheelchair and they were not able to accommodate that.

I do believe it's a good facility. I just think they're understaffed. I think their heart is in the right place and that they do care about the residents. I just don't think they can always do an efficient job because they're having to take care of too many residents at a time.

We chose The Social at the time because it was the best one for the cost at the time we were looking. I do think they need to have healthier options for the residents here. It is a small facility. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, and the staff communicate with family well. It is a pretty nice facility, and things are going good here for us.

Our family did a virtual tour with The Cottages and it was good but just not something we were interested in. The cottages were smaller, and we just thought our loved one would wont something a little bigger and more stimulating environment.

We were able to do an in person tour and the community seemed really good, but it was an older establishment. It was did not really feel upbeat, and we noticed on the tour it did not have a big stimulating environment.

We had a virtual tour, but I wished we could have gone in person. Because of the virtual tour, we didn’t get to see too much of it, but from what we did see, I didn’t like it. It seemed kind of dark and dingy, and the room was gray. The main reason we didn’t like it was our loved one would have had to share a bathroom. What interested me in them in the first place was I liked their network of doctors and had a good experience with them before.

The Linden was more of a pressure sale than the community I chose.

They do not communicate well. As of now, we haven't signed a lease agreement because they keep sending us a blank one. So my loved ones don't know the community expectations, etc. It's been well over six months since they moved in. The residents are friendly, and so is the maintenance guy. But the office staff has not been very helpful. At first the food was being delivered to the rooms due to Covid. It was always cold, and there's not a lot of variety. The dining room has since opened.. My loved ones were supposed to get Continental breakfast their first week there and never got it. On top of that, the staff argued it wasn't supposed to be included. I would not recommend this community.

Fox Hollow seemed like a very caring place. The residents seemed happy. The director was very helpful and knowledgeable. The building was going through updates (new paint, carpeting, etc.) during our visit. With these positive remarks, however, we are continuing to look for a place that better meets our criteria.

[name removed] was nice and helpful. Due to the pandemic it made it difficult to see our loved one. The did a good job, and I would recommend this community to others. The communication was good with the staff.

We had issues with the pharmacy they had and it was a chore to get this resolved. I would not recommend this community to others.

I've had to get private care givers for my loved one. I am not pleased with this community. I am thinking I might be taking my loved one out of the community due to me having to pay for private care at this community. I wish they would have told me about the symptoms of the memory care that my loved has. I am only able to see my loved one for 30 minutes every 5 days.

The staff was very good at this community, the rooms were pleasant and well kept. Some activities they had were bingo, board games and entertainment groups come in to sing, and would have a happy hour, either once a week or once a month. They had different meal shifts for the residents to eat at, but if you were on the third and last shift there wouldn't be any specialty food left.

It is a nice facility. The staff is helpful. You need to stay in constant contact with the administration. It is hard to get information in a timely manner. Room sizes are nice.Mostly private rooms, very clean. Staff is very attentive. They have started Facetiming with the families. Management just changed.
