Always pleasant staff and atmosphere. Everyone very helpful.

My wife is a resident of the memory care unit at The Waterford at Hidden Lake. She has been there for almost a year now. Our daughter and I both miss seeing her now due to the virus. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. When we could visit, I would just drop in when it was convenient for me and the facility was always clean and well run.

I have been here for only six months. I have enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff here has been friendly and very helpful in helping me get adjusted. I hope financially I will be able to live here a very long time.

I am a home health physical therapist who has been coming into this community for 15 years. I have recommended this community to families in the area many times. This community has caring and knowledgeable staff and they take great care of their residents.

Thank you for all you are doing! Imagine you are working longer, harder, and under more stress than ever before. This is much appreciated. In addition, I hope that this fact is not overlooked by all of the various families with loved ones at Hidden Lake, you have maintained a safe environment. We have all heard, seen, and read of COVID-19 outbreaks among the elderly and assisted living facilities and the like. Thank you there as well. My mom has been at Hidden Lake since May 2014, shortly after opening. In my opinion, and given my experiences, each of you are the best to have ever held your positions!

New Director: [name removed] is excellent, handled the COVID virus very well. [name removed], Concierge - performs above pay grade. Excellent telephone skills. And courtesy as well as "can do" attitude. [name removed], Asst. Wellness/Driver - great job over and above required duties. [name removed], Wellness Director, great job. Recently had a situation that could have been explosive on my part. She handles professionally and fairly. [name removed], night Med-Tech - always affectionate and courteous. [name removed], my favorite employee LPN. Short but large in kindness and caring. [name removed], Nurse Coordinator. New but helpful! Good attitude. I have expanded on "Ask" but feel good - excellent employees should be noted. I was a 35-year Senior Manager at banks/credit unions and am a harsh reviewer, so those mentioned performed well.

My father and mother both live here. My father passed away in February this year. Mom is content staying here. Dad had Alzheimer's and mom has Dementia. When we toured the facility, [names removed] is the reason we chose it. She's a terrific PR person. I just got the sad news that she's no longer there.

My mom, [name removed], absolutely loves Waterford at Oakwood. She wishes she would have moved there sooner. She is actually doing better there than she was at home. She has friends, both residents, and staff and is treated with love and respect. The food is delicious. Her room is clean. Her clothes always look freshly washed. We have no complaints.

I am happy here.

I work as a hospice nurse and make frequent visits here and absolutely love this place and all the staff are just wonderful!

It is a very reliable place that offers good care. The rooms and the layout of the community are good. My mom does not care for the food. They have a lot of outdoor space for residents to use. The staff is good.

The overall atmosphere and staff at The Waterford at Edison Lakes are incomparable. The food is good. The room sizes and layout of the community are adequate. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.

The care my mother received at Cedarhurst was excellent. The admission process was so smooth, no problems. I first met with [name removed], Community Relations Director. [name removed] was so nice and patient with me because I had a lot of questions and probably kept repeating them to her until I understood the complete picture. She also gave me a tour of the facility which is just beautiful (very clean). She was very accommodating setting up the move in of mom's furniture. [name removed], Community Relations Director was very informative when I first met with her to go over all the paperwork and answered all my questions. She gave me a list of names of staff I needed to talk to regarding the care of mom (nurses, therapist, etc.) The therapist are AMAZING people ([names removed]). They kept in contact with me during the COVID-19, always communicating to and with me about my mom's well-being. [name removed] Assistant Executive Director and [name removed], Executive Director were always available if I needed to talk with them about any issues I might have or billing questions. Always sent out updates during the COVID-19 crisis keeping families informed of what is happening. All in all, the care my mom received at Cedarhurst was above and beyond what I expected. If you are thinking of placing a loved one in assisted living, I would highly recommend Cedarhurst Of Naperville. By the way, the food was very good. The kitchen staff and servers are very nice and accommodating to my mom's needs.

Lynd place is a very nice facility. There are plenty of activities for residents to do so that they are not just sitting in their room alone. I love the the layout of personal space. Residents can have the feel of home and that is very important. I would recommend this facility to others.

When you walk in it smells good, it smells like home. It really felt like right when I walked in. My mom is in Assisted Living. The staff really knows my mom well, they understand her and meet her needs. The food is good, and they have a lot of variety. The community is beautiful and the layout is simple.

This community was wonderful. They've got it going right in every direction. They kept the community clean and the staff were very friendly. The activities director, front desk, and kitchen staff were all great. Definitely a good value for the price. The staff is very willing to work with you to accommodate for your family' specific needs. They are in a beautiful location; we were very pleased here! The care that my parent's were receiving here was much better than at their previous community.
