This is an amazing place to stay. The girls go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! durning this pandemic they are making sure we have everything we need to make it through this without getting sick! I love it here!

I love living here at Cedarhurst the girls are womderful they help me with anything I need. They put away stuff when I can’t reach it. I can always depend on those girls to help.

Waterford at Oakwood is my home! It fills all my needs and provides me a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Since I've had no complaints I would be glad to recommend it. Everyone has been nice that are employed. And they are sociable and pleasant and as far willing to be helpful. Food is good in my opinion.

My mom was so against moving to an assisted living facility. She loves this place. She said it was so different from what she thought it would be. She’s made lots of friends and participated in all activities and really enjoys it. I am so happy we found the perfect place for her. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Our Mom absolutely loved the Waterford at Edison Lakes. From the moment she walked into the lobby, Mom felt welcomed and compassionately cared for. [Name removed] and her team at Waterford made the move for Mom as easy as possible - providing outstanding options for moving support and finding just the right apartment to fit Mom's needs. Mom told us, "When I walked into the apartment, it just felt like home!" She was greeted on her first day by the Welcoming Committee who helped introduce her to others and helped her to quickly develop friendships and become a part of the warm community there. Mom was an amazing cook and particular about where she dined - she really liked the food at the Waterford and the all-day availability of meals. She also enjoyed bingo and the many social activities and staff at the Waterford. Her days were filed with good conversation and enjoyable activities - such a wonderful transition away from the loneliness she had previously experienced living alone. We looked at a number of facilities in the South Bend-Mishawaka area for Mom, and found the Waterford offered the best, full-service, compassionate care for its residents. Our family highly recommends the Waterford for anyone looking for a warm, caring, safe facility for their loved one.

Nice community nestled in a limited traffic area. Clean facility with great assisted living services and friendly staff. Nice outdoor area for residents who want to enjoy the outdoors and watch deer coming out of the woods. We've known others who have lived in this community and they've been very happy with the community.

The Waterford at Oakwood is an extraordinarily warm and charming Licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care ranch style Community. When you enter the Community, you can feel the love and see how happy the residents and staff are to be a part of this wonderful Oakwood family. The staff are genuinely passionate about the care and well-being of the residents and the managers are always welcoming and available. My Momma lived at The Waterford at Oakwood for 2 years & got the best care and love from all of the care staff and management team! I truly loved how they treated her... like she was their Momma. I slept well knowing that she was loved so much. Now, my Uncle is needing assistance and I was happy to tell my cousin about this wonderful community!

Experience the BEST in Senior Living....The Waterford at Oakwood. The Community is warm and vibrant, the staff is wonderful and genuinely care about the residents and the management team is happy and cheerful and always available if you need to speak with someone. Excellent, lovely facility, [Name removed] was first rate in reception, tour and thorough explanation of facility. She had wonderful caring empathy for her residents and understanding of each individuals situation. Took time to get to understand the possible new resident by engaging me in conversation regarding who he is and his specific needs. A+

Lake City Place welcomed my Mom with open arms. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our family couldn't ask for a better facility for our Mother to be. It has only been 2 weeks and she feels so at home. Thank you all for your care and kindness.

York House welcomes all new residents with open arms. My husband's mother planned on coming here well before she actually became a resident. This was her choice and she has never regretted her decision. She was welcomed in by the activity director, [name removed], who made certain she was invited and included in all the activities. [Name removed] and I enjoy the family nights that are planned and the food they serve is always tasty. For the residents that are mobile they offer shopping days, restaurant outings, and always provide something for everyone to do. We are well pleased with the nursing staff and all other staff that care for my mom-in-law.

My mom moved here from West Virginia. The care is excellent and the food is very good. The activities are fantastic and they always try to get her to participate. The dinners are nice - familiy nights are wonderful. Family nights are once a month and they feed every family member and have entertainment.

York Place is an entirely different kind of elderly care in a WONDERFUL WAY! It feels and smells like a family home,,,with caring staff at ALL levels participating in the many varied activities. The hallways are like a nice hotel, not like a hospital corridor. The decor is always cheery, the staff friendly. More importantly though, there is never a time I've come (and I come at all hours) that my mother is not totally attended to. Initially, I was shocked at all the staff members who not only knew her name but quickly learned her likes and dislikes. Where I had her before, she would call for help and it might be an hour before someone came. I felt like I had to be there as often as I could. It was heartbreaking to see other residents call for help and have no one come too. When I visit my mother at York Place, I see the attention the staff gives to others who don't have visitors as well. the ratio of staff to patients seems more than adequate (something unusual in healthcare today). In every way, York Place is more than I ever dreamed existed. thankful for [name removed] and ALL the staff who make it such a special place for every resident. [Name removed]

My mom is very safe and secure at York Place. The care is wonderful. Mom has been very happy here and has been here 7 years. The activities keeps mom busy and the staff helps in every way possible.

Wonderful place! Excellent employees. It is like one big family. No worries about your family. Well taken care of.
