I am very pleased with the service my Mother is receiving. [Name removed] is a very caring nurse on the floor my Mother resides in Assisted Living at Cedarhurst. I was having a hard time getting results from the hospital. [Name removed] persisted until she obtained the answers I needed and took time to even call me at home. Very caring Nurse and always has a smile!! Another person to commend is [name removed] (Life Enrichment). She makes my Mother feel so needed and cared about!! [name removed] is always happy, loving, and full of energy!! Love her as a person and as an activity director! Wonderful treatment of my beautiful Mother. I commend the work and care!!

The facility is very nice. I feel comfortable with Mom living there. The care is good and the staff are nice. They answer my questions and also give good feedback. They are more expensive, which I understand with the cost of running the facility. Unfortunately they don't take Medicaid, so we may have to move her to another facility,which is not good for someone with dementia.

Very impressed with the helpfulness, patience and compassion of all of the staff at Lynd Place. At a time of great stress during one of life's transitions, Lynd Place has really made the transition easy, and continues to. Thank you so much!

The customer service we have received here so far has been outstanding. We requested out of the blue 4 extra meals when our mom was checking in and they were happy to help. The meal was very good. We have been at several other facilities with other family members over the past 2 years and Lynd Place is at the top of our list. Great job!!

My mother has lived at Hamilton Place for 4 years and I have peace of mind that she is well cared for. The staff is top notch here and morale is the best I have seen. Because the facility is small, the employees get to know the residents and their families well. This place is a gem!

I am happy that our family decided to put our loved one here. The care is exceptional I can tell that the staff are here because they care and I like that it’s the same staff all the time. I loved listening to the music while visiting it was always a happy time and seeing the smiles on the residents faces. The DON offered her help when my loved one was declining and I will always be forever grateful for that. My loved one has passed now but I will always cherish the time I had and how Hamilton Place made us feel when we were there.

My aunt moved into The Waterford at Hidden Lake 3+ months ago. The staff is attentive and friendly. We are all pleased with her experience here. I would highly reccomend it.

My mom has been here a couple years I love that the staff is consistent and is friendly. It’s great for her because she has built so many friendships here. When I walk in every calls me by my name and smiles and it makes you feel so welcomed! I like the individual care she receives and staff take the time to talk to everyone. I have had meetings with management and they are always accommodating if I have a question. I highly recommend it!

My mom receives great care on the memory care floor. She is involved in many activities every day. The activitiy directors are fantastic!

Visiting my mother in law every 2 days for over 3 years I have witnessed all aspects of care and activities at Tesson Heights. It is great place with a good and caring staff and management. Great location and value. My Mom [name removed] and the residents seem very happy there.

My mother has been at York Place for a year now. She was pretty independent, but didn't remember to take her medication and needed help with meals and laundry. My mom is going to be able to age in place at York. My sister and brothers are extremely happy that she is living where she can be taken care of, she has made friends and has regained the will to live. We checked out other places who were cheaper, but you get what you pay for. York Place, we found out, is licensed by the state. We would recommend York Place to anyone who is looking for the best care for their family member.

This company gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother is well taken care of, she is with friends that are her same age and she has great companionship and we don't have to worry about her. She is around people with commonalities. She has an active social life. York Place and their staff gives her independence and value as she feels she can help others while aging in place. This community can take care of my mother like a nursing home does in a home-like atmosphere.

I really like the food at Lynd Place. I like how clean it is and everyone is so nice.

My husband & I have only lived here a few months but already I feel right at home and have from the start. Residents I’ve met are friendly & the staff are both friendly and helpful.

Autumn Hills was a clean community with friendly staff. The staff was knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning about not only the nursing services. but also about the activities and how they train their staff to interact with residents with Alzheimer's Disease. It gave me peace of mind knowing my mom could be cared for at one community until the end of life.

My father cares for his mother who suffers with dementia. I brought him to tour here because they only care for clients who have dementia. We toured and learned how my grandmother's life story will help staff determine how best to care for her! The residents here seemed happy and well cared for and that made our family feel at ease.
