Found this to be one of the nicest communities I have toured.

This was my first "tour" of a full-option facility and I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff at all levels. Kathy spent 2 hours giving us the full tour of options - from retirement living to assisted living to memory care. In all wings, the level of care was top notch. 4 different dining rooms! 24-hour nursing staff! and lots of activity options. They even allow pets. They have many room and care options with reasonable pricing. I am looking forward to taking my Dad there for lunch tomorrow.

It's very clean and very nicely decorated. They seem to be concerned about her specific needs. They accommodate all requests. They go out of their way, to make sure that she is ok. They have been able to reduce her medications. It is well located everything is close by transportation is free of charge and pretty accessible. The place is clean and pretty. The food menu is versatile and appetizing is pretty good. Cathy herself is in a wheelchair, and is familiar with the needs of accessability, she was really helpful in helping to pick out the room that would be the easiest for our loved one to navigate.

The food is yummy. I think their willingness to see if you're happy is what really stands out about them. They are clean and friendly and I am very happy with it.

Facility is great for assisted living. Not in our price range at this time and services. But extremely nice!

I was greeted with a professional staff. Their building is beautiful and their love and service for my Mom is great. I feel their prices are also great. For all they do it was the correct place for My Mom.

I have been very pleased with our experience so far! The whole staff is friendly, helpful and caring and the residents all seem friendly. One thing i've appreciate is that while the meals are structured time wise the facility also has accommodations for guest who need some flexibility due to appointments or other engagements. My mom has only been there for a month or so but so far the experience has been excellent!

We moved our parents into Alpine Way retirement apartments, and they have found a real home there. The staff is always smiling and helpful and they really take good care of my parents. The apartment is just the right size as far as what they can easily take care of, and once a week cleaning staff come in and vacuum and tidy up. Help is always a few steps away if there is a problem - like a fall or any other issues. I visit them several times a week, and feel like there is a real net of support. I highly recommend!

She is doing pretty well, although it was a tough adjustment at first. There is always a movie everyday. I've seen them do bingo, and they have lots of exercise programs. The do sing alongs and some seasonal events. I went on a day that they were having an Oktoberfest. My grandmother is in assisted living. She has her own apartment with a little kitchenette.

We did visit Sugarland in September and loved the facility, however, our circumstances have changed and we are now considering new options.

Excellent staff, food and facilities. Also a large numbers of activities for those who want to participate. Any issues are dealt with if communicated to the staff. It's a high-quality facility that is regarded highly by outside agencies and caregivers who have clients in residence. I recommend a tour for anyone who wants decorate their apartment with items from home, and have flexibility in their activities and making new friends.

I was one of two people that was looking for a place for my friend. I went there, met with Jane, who took me around for two hours; she communicated intensively with me, so from that perspective, they were fabulous. From that time on, since she's been there, I've only communicated with her niece so I don't know how they've been doing. It was the sensitivity of the people that work there, the cleanliness of the place, the compassion and understanding of what they know about dementia and Alzheimer's that made it seem like a good place. She's just had so many problems that what we were hoping to become a comfortable, loving place because of the disease, the challenges have been significant for both her, the family and the staff.

We have been here and we really like it the best.

Regency Grand has gone above and beyond for my grandma and truly cares about their residents. The Executive Director called my dad personaly to make sure she was alright after needing to have emergency surgery. She is a finicy and difficult women who has switch apartments 3 times from a studio to one bedroom and back to a studio. we had to pay a minimal fee inorder to move her, but the staff was great and helped us with the big furniture. My grandma also LOVES their dog Hoover she must take him for three walks a day. I am so glad they have house pets! I would recomend this place to everyone I truly think Regency grand has extended my grandmas life!!

It's working great for me! They got activities. I'm not able to go to all of them but I will. They go to restaurants and stuff like that. I'm in a powered wheelchair. I think maybe a bus with a wheelchair lift would be nice. I've missed out on a lot of things because of that. The people have treated me great around here! They've gone out of their way. The food is great. It's good here; I have no problems with it.

Newly updated, is very nice. They have one studio available which is very nice. I know the nurse! I think D would also like this one. It is slightly cheaper than Woodside. They didn't mention having activites nor did they give me an activity calendar. But I saw them playing Bingo when I was there so there must be some activities.

I am not sure how the entire community is this is just based off my experience with the memory care section of the community. They try to keep the residents engaged and active. They bring them out of the rooms to participate in activities and just keep them involved. Other communities we looked at just let them stay in their room and didn't engage them. That is the biggest thing that stands out in this community. I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

My dad is thriving there, the activities are great, he really looks forward to that and since my dad is physically in really good shape -usually when they take people on activities the men will go and then the women will go- he gets to go on both and he absolutely loves it. The only bad thing is that we're having this great summer and there's no place where he can be outside on his own. We have him in the Lodge in memory care, and there's no place that's actually fenced in so he can be outside; so I can and visit him at least 4 times a wekk and we go out for walks. This is a really great time for me and my dad and I don't have to scold him anymore for the way he's living, this has been the best thing that could have happened for him, he's gaining weight, his getting more cognisant and I couldn't ask for anything more.

Incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Only negative for us is the distance from our home city. Would be difficult to visit often.

It's only been a week since they've been there but it's great. They make the people are coming in feel like individuals. They don't treat their guests as if they're in a big group. They make an effort to find out what they need - they give great personal attention to each resident. We haven't found one staff person who hasn't done this. The general manager and those in charge are constantly present, and we've talked to everyone from management to aides. No one's just sitting behind a desk. I was very impressed that there's an RN on duty full-time in the memory care unit. My father-in-law came from a facility that had many, many, many activities but they were planned for a larger population. Here there are fewer residents but the activities are well-suited to the residents that they have. I was surprised by their administration of drugs to the memory care patients. You have to join their prescription group in order to buy their medications and their prices are much higher than what my in-laws were paying originally. There is an opt-out option though, and the staff was very accommodating when we chose to do so.
