My mom lived here until her recent death. The staff at Regency Park was amazing from the moment she moved in. Her apartment was always clean as well as the entire building. The activities always had her engaged (even when she would choose not to go to something, she would have someone spending time with her).

She has thrived since being there. It's been really great, I have been able to get out and exercise. They are doing the best they can for people with Alzheimer's. They had the best financial deal as well. We are happy with their efforts. Any problems that I have brought up they have addressed.

They are doing as well as can be expected. It's a great facility, the staff is doing all they can to help. The transition has been rough on everyone. Natalie and the rest of the staff have been fantastic. I have been very pleased with the personal attention we have received.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Royalton Place, my loved one is really enjoying himself here! It's a great fit for him, as he requires assistance but is still very active and social. They've got all sorts of activities, and a large beautiful dining room that serves delicious food! We couldn't be happier with the place, and would definitely recommend it to others!

I don't get the chance to visit often myself as I am located out of state, but from what I have heard from my relatives Mom is absolutely thrilled with Parkland, and is really thriving here!

I wish that my loved one had gotten to spend more time here, he would have loved it here. I would recommend them to anybody. They took extraordinarily good care of him. The food was great. It is a good quality facility.

They've done a fantastic job at Regency Park so far! The care staff are phenomenal! They are friendly, responsive, and very dialed into the residents and their daily routines. It's a great looking facility, the rooms and services they provide are a fantastic value compared to some others we saw in the area. They are a bit more expensive, but you get so much more for what you pay.

They have done really well taking excellent care of mom. They have also been really good at listening to our feedback and implementing things to facilitate all our special requests. I live a couple of hours away from there, and if I call one of the managers of the units they set up a time to get mom and put her on the phone for me to talk with her. We are just very pleased with them.

The food at Emeritus at Lakeside and Lakeside Cottages is exceptionally well! They were very welcoming to my mom, introducing her around, and getting her included in the community right away. Mom is really happy there. This has exceeded our expectations by a thousand percent! We thought mom would not like it, but she loves it. We looked at a lot of places and definitely made the right choice in Emeritus at Lakeside and Lakeside Cottages.

My parents are living there at Heritage Springs. Everyone was just so accommodating when I moved them in and made the experience so easy that it was such a pleasure to work with them!

We are very happy with Skagit Valley Senior Village. Our Mom has only been in the memory care section since the end of September and thus far have no complaints. They do a nice job of decorating over the holidays to make it festive and cheery. They go on outings in the van and have activities for those who can participate. They have several options depending on your needs. Independent living, assisted living and memory care so you can stay within the village depending on your situation.

Everything is going well. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We don't have any concerns at this time. We are happy with them.

It's expensive, but we've been told assisted living is what we need. They have been very helpful, in trying to keep the bill lowered for us. They didn't tell us until after we moved in that there would be an extra charge to have meals pureed, being more up front with families about what the extra charges look like before they move in would be great. It's quite lovely, and kept very clean. We haven't had any complaints with the facility or the staff. The director Ann has been very gracious and helpful, but they have emphasized that as she gets older her needs will go up and the price as well.

I feel Arbor Village is doing a great job. I'm satisfied with the services, staff, care they provide, cleanliness of the facility, everything is good.

I think this is excellent. I moved my mother in four months ago and we have had no issues. My mother has not been happy since she moved there, because she never wanted to leave her home. Other than that my mother has had no complaints. My mother feels that she is paying too much for rent, but she does not understand how much it takes to allow someone to have assisted living.

Basically all of the above categories above are what I would want families to know. It’s clean and the staff is great. There are numerous activities. The food is great. There are outside areas that are accessible. One thing is that the layout seems a little confusing because the community is very large.

On a scale of one to five, I’d give them an eighty-seven. Everyone – the staff there- is all perky. The staff is just awesome. My mom loves the food. You can tell it’s about meal time because everyone congregates. They have an awesome patio.

We really like it and we really liked the staff. We have been really happy with them. We are using them again and we have used them a few times, for a respite stay. As soon as I went in there I was just comfortable, I didn't need to look any further. It's not too huge, it's homey feeling.

I know they kept my father’s room regularly and it was always spotless. It was a very positive experience for my father. They were able to accommodate even during a difficult process. The manager and the whole staff were just wonderful.
