The Heritage Springs has had a recent turnover in staffing and that has made me unhappy, But otherwise other than that all of the staff members are really friendly and my loved one is happy being there.

I like the place. It is really nice and clean. It is a little pricey.

Everyone at the Willows has been nice, friendly and thoughtful. My Mother is slowly becoming used to the new apartment and living style. She has been treated with gentleness and kindness by all the staff. They make a real effort to remember her name and use it when they are talking to her. They try to do everything in their power to make all the residents comfortable and happy.

We are really happy with Royalton Place. His mom isn't that happy, she just wants to be home. That isn't any reflection on the facility though, that's just how it is. The staff has just been wonderful. They make sure she is fed, they clean her room and do her laundry. Truthfully this facility was cheapest one we found. We are really pleased.

They have met and exceeded all expectations. I have referred. They keep everything clean, the place is spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and they are on top of everything. They are very, very good. They aren't formal or stiff, they know all the residents names.

If there could be a six rating I would give them that. I toured many facilities and looked online and the willows was far and above the rest. It was up to date, it was clean, the staff was more than friendly. The reason I chose it was because not only would I live there myself, but all the residents were happy and communicative and enjoying each other's company.

They have been an amazing staff. Very compassionate and hopeful. They really take the time to understand family dynamics and to get to know the residents to improve their quality of life and go above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable. They have been incredibly patient and respectful in their care towards her.

Everything with Ashley Gardens Memory Care has been great. The initial process of getting my father in there and acclimated was handled very well. They had a greeter at the door, and they were very professional. I do not have anything bad to say about them. The treatment for medications have been well handled, and they have gotten him involved in the activities. He is doing well and they have been great. When we were checking out different facilities it came down to Ashley Gardens and one other place, and we made the right choice going with Ashley Gardens.

The friendliness at The Willows Retirement Living is just overwhelming. All the people that work here are extremely nice and thoughtful. Everybody is always smiling.

I first met with Katherine L. two years ago, looking for a place for my Mother-in-Law. I had checked out 4 other properties in the MacMinville area. I talked it over with the family, and when the time came, we placed her in a cottage just until her dementia progresses to the point when Mom can no longer take care of herself. I researched and personally inspected a lot of assisted living communities and memory care units in an exhaustive search throughout the area and the Regency Grand at West Covina stood out head and shoulders above all others. The staff is highly professional, well trained and motivated to provide residents with a meaningful life. The prices are competitive and the facility looks more like a hotel than a senior residence. But it is the staff that makes this an exceptional place.

After having worked in two Independent Senior Living communities in Florida, I had very specific qualities in mind when I looked for a place for my own Mother to live. The facility is clean and homey without being too "fancy" for her taste. The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of common areas, both inside and outside. The apartments are spacious and cleaned once a week. Lunch and dinner are served in a restaurant atmosphere, using menus and flexible dining hours. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and they have an optional system to check on the welfare of residents daily. Transportation to shopping, appointments, and day trips is provided, and activities range from tai chi to wii bowling, to exercise classes to trips to the casino. All of this for an extremely reasonable price and a month to month contract. No huge "buy in" fees, just an initial Community fee that goes toward general upkeep of the facilities. My Mom signed up on the spot and is happily settling into her new home. She is quite shy about meeting new people, and the staff have gone out of their way to make her feel comfortable. The Willows is a great place, and we were very lucky to find it. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Willows Retirement Living is a nice community. I felt very welcomed and warm here. The staff just made me feel at home. This is my home now. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. The value is pretty good. The care services are great. They offer a variety of activities to the residents. This place is great.

They did a really good job. When they say "assisted living" they really mean "assisted living" as they go above and beyond assisting with everything they can. They have done a really great job coaching my mother, paying close attention to her needs, and proactively keeping me informed each step of the way. It has been a very positive experience and I highly recommend Regency Park.

The people that were providing the care were exceptional. They were really great. The head nurse was very patient with my mom. All the folks were outstanding. The fact that they had a respite care is amazing and saved us a couple of times. They were very flexible with us to meet our needs and accommodate our schedule. Mother felt very well treated at Regency Park.

Mom is doing really well at Emeritus at the Springs Campus. She loves the food. She is a very social person and enjoys being there. She seems to be really happy with the place. It is a beautiful place, and she has been able to decorate it the way she wants. We are very pleased with Emeritus at the Springs Campus and would recommend them.

I am happy with this place. My mom loves it here and is excited about being here. The food is good and have a few activities. Even though my mom is only been here a month she she fallin in love with this place. It is a great atmosphere and staff.

I can't say enough good things about the experience my family received at Emeritis Pantano. We were all treated with the utmost respect and everyone was extremely friendly. We have placed my father in Pantano and now are breathing a sigh of relief that he is in good hands. You have a wonderful facility and I would recommend it to anyone.
