Awesome facility my Dad is happy and the family is happy. The staff is off the charts good! I want to live there, well not right away..

Very nice! I like it because they have private shower in the resident's room, unlike the other facilities that I have visited which has them in the hallway. They do not have opening!

I placed my father in Regency Park on a Respite Care basis. The staff was extremely helpful, caring and the Director Sean was quick to respond to any concern. They offered me a great deal for a daily rate. The room that my father was to stay was not furnished. Regency Park went out of their way to rent beautiful furniture and artwork for the room. When my father ended up returning to the hospital, Regency Park was quick to offer me a refund even though my father was residing their for over half a day. They chose not to charge me for that day. Regency Park is a beautiful facility. The food was wonderful and listening to a resident play the Grand Piano while eating, was a plus!

I am happy with the care that my mom has received from this community. The staff do as much as possible. The caregivers that my mom has during the day are wonderful help. My mom likes the meals she get here. Th community is very clean and nice. There has been some staff turn over so it seems my mom may need to go to the memory care but hopeful we can find a resolution. I really like the place overall.

From the first time I stepped into the Magnolia Grand, I knew my parents would love it! It is beautifully decorated and smelled nice! The staff were friendly, inviting and understanding. As many of you know, making the decision to move your parents to a location that will provide care is a difficult decision and should be researched and well thought out. I highly recommend the Magnolia Grand. Aside from the aforementioned qualities, the food is great! They provide restaurant style dining, with the menu changing from time to time. They welcome family visits and family meals. I cannot say enough about the care options available! Although care is not provided by the apartment management, they make suggestions for care services. They are wonderful and affordable! The amenities include a full service salon, laundry facilities, pool table, workout room, planned activities, etc. there is always something to do! Thank you Magnolia Grand and A Place for Mom. My mind is at ease knowing my parents are in a good place.

My mother seems very happy here. Excellent food with a great variety of foods to choose from for her. I had a meal with her and I was also pleased with the food. There are activities for her to do to keep herself active. A very clean community at all times. I highly recommend this for others who want great care for loved one.

The staff at this community are very caring, put the welfare of the residents first and do not hesitate to contact the family with any concerns. They have a calendar of events and they try to engage the residents. The food is sometimes bland but they offer good healthy choices. They are very careful about making sure the residents get the proper medication.

Very nice living area. Concerns over additional costs for care mom may need. Need place that provides more one-on-one care.

This community is a a good and clean place. The staff provide the care and safety, it has been good so far. As far as I know, my dad likes his meals. I would recommend this community.

Mom visited for respite and like it so much she decided to move in

My husband is in Memory Care at Heritage Springs. The caregivers make sure his well being is foremost in his care. He has no shortterm memory so he doesn't remember all the activities he engages in. But they have shown me video of him dancing and participating. Th hard part is my adjustment to the change in our lives. But I know he is well taken care of.

$3500 + $900 1 bd can't do; iv, tube feeding and trach care; hospice is ok for this type; includes cable, wifi, meals, events, activities, transport to drs appt, once a week laundry and housekeeping. level of care adds for services you receive $2k end of life care; ea yr increase 3% for budgeting purposes.

The overall friendliness of residents & staff tells a lot !

I am thankful for Sierra Del Sol as they make my mom feel like she is living in a resort. The food is fantastic, 5 stars. The staff is what makes this place amazing, they treat all the residents as if they were part of their family. They offer progressive care so this will be my mom's home for a long time. They also offer a lock down community for advanced Dementia residents.

Twelve months ago our families lives changed and we needed to educate ourselves quickly for our parents changing needs. We called a family meeting and listened to our parents needs, wishes and expectations that would help them to continue their beautiful lives. The large family home with fond memories was now to big and overwhelming to maintain safely, the decision was made to sell the home. My parents and I set out to find the perfect place for them to move, knowing that we might not find "the perfect new home". The wish list included, we actually carried the list with us during the Assisted Living visits. My parents expectations were extremely high and my father said that he was not going to leave the home that he designed and built on Spring Blvd. Over the next 2 months we visited 8 Assisted Living Facalities in Eugene and Springfield. Our list included, Family Friendly, Resident activities, New and modern, Onsite medical care, Transportation,2 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, lots of Windows, Safe, Natural park like setting, Dining room with white linens and flowers, A menu to choose from, Friendly staff, Involved owners or managers, My father has Lewy Body Dementia and over time may need additional care, Memory Care option, Exercise facility and trained staff, Onsite beauty salon for both parents, Housekeeping, Medication management this was a big problem for my parents when they were in their home, Peace of mind for our family, My mothers top bucket list item....FUN!, My mother also requested a meeting space for her women's group meetings. After 2 month of research and my parents 100% support, we decided on Waterford Grand! The list above was not only met, Waterford Grand has exceeded all of our expectations and more! My husband and I decided to rent out our house in Phoenix and rent an apartment across the street from Waterford Grand. I did not want to miss one single day away from this special time with my parents. I love visiting my parents at least twice a day and eat the delicious lunch or dinner with them several times a week. I count my blessings everyday, my parents live in the most amazing, safe, beautiful, friendly, FUN home on the river at Waterford Grand!

My mother really likes this community and she seems to have adjusted very well to it. The place is wonderful, everything is nice and clean. The staff is great they are very helpful and sweet. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. My mother is happy and comfortable at this community.

My cat and I enjoy living at The Willows. The food here is excellent and there is a wide variety to choose from daily. The staff are very nice and will answer your questions without hesitation. They have a lot of activities as well as exercise machines. They have buses to help with transportation and they even take us out to a couple of the casinos in the area. I would recommend this community.

Everything is going well for my mother at this community. She has adjusted very well. They keep everything very clean and nice at the community. The staff is very good, they are very helpful and kind. She is trying some new activities. They serve nice meals and the food is good. I would highly recommend this community.

My step mom has come around to staying at this community and now feels it was a great move. I had a chance to try the food and it was wonderful. The staff could not be friendlier or more willing to help they also keep us updated on her care. Royalton Place is very clean and while she is invited to many activities she only participates in some of them. We know that we made the right decision by moving her into this community .

I have nothing negative to say about Brookdale Grants Pass. Everything is good about it. They're great people, the food is good, there's quite a few activities. I'd tell others if they're looking for a place of this nature, that they can't go wrong with Brookdale.
