They did a good job providing a tour.The staff were professional and courteous to me. Nothing was wrong with the place but I wanted a smaller home and they are a very big community. It was not the right fit.

Everything is going just fine there at Sierra del Sol! The staff are taking great care of my loved one! The layout of the facility is very nice, and it seems to be an overall great fit for my loved one. The facility also fit very well into our budget, as the pricing is very good. My loved one is very happy there!

Wonderful facility. From [Removed] who helped us initially, to [Removed] the head nurse (sorry Chris for butchering your real title) to the lovely and wonderful women staffing the reception area, we just love this place! I know I'm forgetting people who helped us (like the main engineer who was wonderful). Can't say enough good things about this facility.

I would recommend Royalton Place because my loved ones have been doing very well since they moved in. So far, everything has been wonderful, the meals are good and they have housekeeping to help maintain their apartment clean. In the beginning, there was a little miscommunication with the medication, but it was resolved and now everything is going very well.

I am so pleased with Royalton. All of the staff are courteous, helpful and just wonderful to communicate with. My mother really enjoys this place and everything about it. She is 92 and was moved here in mid-March. I was so concerned about the transition for her, but they have all done so much to make that easy for her. The residents are friendly as well. And actually fun to be around. A great place with wonderful care.

The only reason I did not choose Heritage Springs is because the community room was too small. It looked jammed and over crowded when they were starting an activity. I went over one time and everyone was together and taken care of it, that was nice to see. Another time I saw injured residents in the back. They were getting helped but it just bothered me. I would look and check them out again if I needed a Community.

I enjoy interacting with the staff and residents! I look forward to seeing the residents everyday.

I did not see anything wrong when I was having a tour. the facility is a lot bigger and also further away from the family. The representative showed us everything and 3 rooms to look at. I enjoyed the professional and really friendly experience. I also got a follow up call after the tour.

met with [Removed] about a place for my aunt. what a place!! met some of the residents and their pets! the dining room and staff were so friendly and answered all questions and concerns. got to meet the chef and go over my aunt's special diet. the floor plan and rooms are fantastic. seems like one big, happy family. the residents seem to happy to be there. the place was so clean. the activity board is great. I hope they are around when I need a place to live.

Things have been so wonderful here! When I moved in they gave me a "blessing jar".They told me every time something good happens to me to write it down on a piece of paper and put it in my jar. My jar is filling up since that day.For example, one of the residents crocheted a poncho for me and gave to me as a gift. She then said the poncho looked so good on me she gave me a Shaw too. The people here are kind and generous. The administrator really listens to the residents. I asked if we could go to see a movie, by that afternoon they had a piece of paper going around asking who else wanted to join. They have plans to add a business center in the library for the residents. So we can have access to computers and a fax machine. They offer so many activities as well! I am so happy with my decision to be here. I was at another community before this and it was like night and day!

I find it is a great place for my wife.I guess the price is o k but expensive but better than most.

This place is a dream come true, if you can afford it. It is a privately owned facility so doesn't accept Medicaid. Private pay only. But if it is affordable for you it is literally the PERFECT place!

My mother in law recently moved into an apt here. After 52 years in the same home suffice it to say, I never thought I'd see this day come. After a hip fracture and rehab, she used a respite apt at Regency as a 60 day trial. In addition to her many physical issues, our primary concerns about her returning home were her dementia, her growing sense of isolation and loneliness. By the end of her respite period we were astonished by her improvements. While she does not attend all the social activities, she enjoys her meals in a social setting, loves bingo, and the entertainment for happy hour, not to mention the popcorn. I've seen her laugh more in the last few months than in the previous several years. Also, the nursing care is excellent. They've helped us line up a wonderful NP (Cara Cooper) with gerontology expertise making life easier for all of us.

Schelduled to move in 1/31 seems like a perfect fit for mom. Happy residents and bright rooms. Very pet friendly, that finialized our decision. Someone will even walk your dog if mom can't.

This community was really pretty and very clean. I was taken on the tour and the person that took me answered all my questions and was very helpful. This just was not the place for me. I would recommend it though.

Overall I am very happy with them, and I know my mother is too. That is the most important thing. I don't have any complaints. I would definitely give them a five.

This facility is top notch in every aspect of care, staff, and cleanliness.. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing to have a loved one in assisted living.

We were happy with this community. It was close to our home. The staff was excellent and answered all of our questions. The community was very nice and clean and well taken care of. I would of been happy for my father to stay here.

It was a wonderful respite stay. She enjoyed the time here and made her feel comfortable. I asked for exercising and they did it 3 times a day like Zumba and dancing. They make pretty good meals. The staff have been easy to talk with when checking on my friend. They were able to handle her medication, wrote times for dispense on lids. Everything was good and she would return again if needed. I have told people about this place and I would recommend them to others.

I feel that my mother has wonderful staff looking after her making sure that she is safe at all times. The whole layout of the community is just wonderful everything is nice and tidy. The communication that the staff has with me regarding my mother's care is wonderful. At the moment i don't really appreciate that the staff doesn't really try for my mother to engage in activities and i would really like for them to try a little harder.
