As it was close to home and held a few familiar faces, this was the leading facility in our search. Amenities provided by these sites are generally not too different, but the recent upgrade in decor, etc was notable. [Removed] was a great resource, and in hindsight Regency Park would have made an excellent initial stop on our tour.

I went on a tour here and it was a lovely place. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. They only had a shared room available for him at the time & we wanted him to have a private bathroom. We ate dinner here and it was wonderful. I would recommend families tour this community before making a choice.

We loved this place and have decided this is the one.

When we first walked into this facility, it looked like a 5 star hotel. They have beautiful artwork, the dining room is open, you can see outside and see the landscaping, and overall it just looks so nice. My Mom has been here for about 6-7 weeks and she’s settling in nicely. The staff is great and very helpful. I think the residents that are there are all pretty friendly and she’s been able to make some new friends. Our family has joined her at meal times quite often and I would say it’s pretty good. There are a couple of choices of soup every day and there’s even a salad bar and I think that’s a big plus. They offer a lot of activities and they give out schedules of what trips are available if anyone wants to participate. During the holidays they’ll have school groups come by to sing and entertain everyone as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

I toured here for my Uncle .It was nice and seemed clean. The staff was helpful and answered my questions. It was on the expensive side and not a good fit for my uncle. I would recommend other families to tour this community.

This is the best facility I’ve seen as far as cleanliness goes and all of the rooms have been recently updated. It is a smaller community and because of that, they do not have a lot of entertainment. What I really like is they have a bus service that takes you around town to various places to shop or eat. I really like to get out and that is very accommodating. The staff here was always good to me when I lived here. I would recommend this community to other families.

When I first toured this community, the person who was showing us around was wonderful. It’s such a beautiful place and it feels like home. Everything fell into place regarding my mom moving in. It was such a huge weight off my shoulders. My mom is just so happy and at home here. The caregivers are really sweet and caring. They’re good at what they do. I haven’t seen one person yet who isn’t 1st class. Everyone treats my mother very well. The move was a little difficult because my mom was getting a little confused but the staff has been really great with her. I cannot begin to explain how helpful and nice the staff is. For the food, my mother LOVES it. The dining room is lovely and the wait staff couldn’t be any nicer. The whole facility is just a beautiful place. Everything is very clean, her room is kept neat, and they make her bed often. Her room is rather small but it’s nice. She is very cozy and likes it a lot. A funny story is my mom blows her nose a lot and there could be 3 trashcans around, but she will just throw her Kleenex on the ground. Anytime I walk in to visit, there is not 1 Kleenex on the ground. For activities, they have people come in and play music and they like to bring her to the movies a lot. They have this calendar and it’s full every single day! This is the first time in 5 years that I’ve felt this huge weight being lifted off my shoulders because finally someone is looking out for my mother just like I would. The only smallest complaint is they said that there would be maintenance on staff every day of the week including the weekends. But unfortunately, that is not true. That small thing aside, I would definitely recommend this facility.

This facility has an overall approach of keeping the residents happy, whether it is adjustments to their individual menus or preferences for activities and off-grounds trips. It's also small enough for personal attention. The good relationship between staff and clients can also be seen in the active residents' council. I have experienced an inactive residents' council elsewhere, which was caused by a bad relationship between the council and the activities director. At Heritage, the activities director is an active and responsible participant with the residents.

We toured this community. The menu looked to be appealing. The community was small and they did not have a room for her to have alone. We did not want here sharing a room with two other residents. We would recommend that families tour this community to see if this is what they are looking for.

Great place to call home for a loving member of your family. They take great pride in loving each and every resident.

The care at this community is very good for my mom's care. The staff has been very helpful and kind to her needs. The community is clean with a nice environment. I like knowing that she is happy with the menu. They have alot of activiites that are enjoyed. We would recommend the care at this community for the care of a loved one.

I am exceptionally impressed overall with the cleanliness and upkeep of the community. The staff and caregivers are exceptionally friendly and communicate well with the residents. I have witnessed first hand the residents participating in activities. My loved one also enjoys participating in the activities. The food is satisfactory. There are snacks, coffee, and juice available for the residents. I feel he is in a safe and secure and homey environment.

I am very happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring and the community is very clean. I like knowing that my mom likes the menu of the variety of healthy meals that are served. They have a nice list of activities for her to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

They did a good job providing a tour.The staff were professional and courteous to me. Nothing was wrong with the place but I wanted a smaller home and they are a very big community. It was not the right fit.

Everything is going just fine there at Sierra del Sol! The staff are taking great care of my loved one! The layout of the facility is very nice, and it seems to be an overall great fit for my loved one. The facility also fit very well into our budget, as the pricing is very good. My loved one is very happy there!

Wonderful facility. From [Removed] who helped us initially, to [Removed] the head nurse (sorry Chris for butchering your real title) to the lovely and wonderful women staffing the reception area, we just love this place! I know I'm forgetting people who helped us (like the main engineer who was wonderful). Can't say enough good things about this facility.

I would recommend Royalton Place because my loved ones have been doing very well since they moved in. So far, everything has been wonderful, the meals are good and they have housekeeping to help maintain their apartment clean. In the beginning, there was a little miscommunication with the medication, but it was resolved and now everything is going very well.

I am so pleased with Royalton. All of the staff are courteous, helpful and just wonderful to communicate with. My mother really enjoys this place and everything about it. She is 92 and was moved here in mid-March. I was so concerned about the transition for her, but they have all done so much to make that easy for her. The residents are friendly as well. And actually fun to be around. A great place with wonderful care.

The only reason I did not choose Heritage Springs is because the community room was too small. It looked jammed and over crowded when they were starting an activity. I went over one time and everyone was together and taken care of it, that was nice to see. Another time I saw injured residents in the back. They were getting helped but it just bothered me. I would look and check them out again if I needed a Community.

I enjoy interacting with the staff and residents! I look forward to seeing the residents everyday.
