Mom is doing really well at Emeritus at the Springs Campus. She loves the food. She is a very social person and enjoys being there. She seems to be really happy with the place. It is a beautiful place, and she has been able to decorate it the way she wants. We are very pleased with Emeritus at the Springs Campus and would recommend them.

I am happy with this place. My mom loves it here and is excited about being here. The food is good and have a few activities. Even though my mom is only been here a month she she fallin in love with this place. It is a great atmosphere and staff.

I can't say enough good things about the experience my family received at Emeritis Pantano. We were all treated with the utmost respect and everyone was extremely friendly. We have placed my father in Pantano and now are breathing a sigh of relief that he is in good hands. You have a wonderful facility and I would recommend it to anyone.

We didn't really have any concerns at all. We were very pleased with Regency Park, both with the facility, and the staff. They were very caring, and I would rate them very highly.

My mother is in memory care and is very content. She is given attention and love. The cost for her care is expensive, but she is well worth it!

Excellent small community for independent living for my parents who moved from a rural setting. The residents are very proud of their cottages and add very colorful landscape plants in addition to the supplied maintenance. The age difference spans 20-30 years difference which adds a nice diversity. The 3 meals a day provided is wonderful even with the nice full kitchens in each cottage. My parents rave about the quality of the food! The staff is friendly, helpful, and very ready to assist in any request. I am comforted that this facility offers a long term situation for my parents who some day will need assisted living and won't need to change facilities. They moved 2,000 miles to be close to me and they were delighted with this choice! It is not often that a move that distance can be met with great satisfaction when you are 90 years old and change is always hard.

We are happy with them so far. Our experiences so far have been a five. We chose them for the combination of the feel of the place and the people that we dealt with. We liked the room, and the value seemed good. I liked that they would keep them until end of life, so we wouldn't have to move her again.

When my mother was ready for assisted living, we were lucky to find Royalton Place. The staff here, from the executive director on down the line, were all caring and attentive to my mother's needs. The facility is beautiful and meals are delicious. Residents are given a chance to engage in various projects, exercise programs, and off-site activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be valued and respected.

Waterford is like a resort. It is a beautiful setting in which to live and the people working there are warm and friendly. There are activities available to participate in and a meal menu with choices available to select from. My mother, living in the memory care, has mentioned how beautiful her new home is and how caring the aides are. The cost to live there is the only drawback.

Things have worked out very well with Regency Grand, we're very pleased with it. The facility itself is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here.

My mom lived here until her recent death. The staff at Regency Park was amazing from the moment she moved in. Her apartment was always clean as well as the entire building. The activities always had her engaged (even when she would choose not to go to something, she would have someone spending time with her).

She has thrived since being there. It's been really great, I have been able to get out and exercise. They are doing the best they can for people with Alzheimer's. They had the best financial deal as well. We are happy with their efforts. Any problems that I have brought up they have addressed.

They are doing as well as can be expected. It's a great facility, the staff is doing all they can to help. The transition has been rough on everyone. Natalie and the rest of the staff have been fantastic. I have been very pleased with the personal attention we have received.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Royalton Place, my loved one is really enjoying himself here! It's a great fit for him, as he requires assistance but is still very active and social. They've got all sorts of activities, and a large beautiful dining room that serves delicious food! We couldn't be happier with the place, and would definitely recommend it to others!

I don't get the chance to visit often myself as I am located out of state, but from what I have heard from my relatives Mom is absolutely thrilled with Parkland, and is really thriving here!

I wish that my loved one had gotten to spend more time here, he would have loved it here. I would recommend them to anybody. They took extraordinarily good care of him. The food was great. It is a good quality facility.

They've done a fantastic job at Regency Park so far! The care staff are phenomenal! They are friendly, responsive, and very dialed into the residents and their daily routines. It's a great looking facility, the rooms and services they provide are a fantastic value compared to some others we saw in the area. They are a bit more expensive, but you get so much more for what you pay.

They have done really well taking excellent care of mom. They have also been really good at listening to our feedback and implementing things to facilitate all our special requests. I live a couple of hours away from there, and if I call one of the managers of the units they set up a time to get mom and put her on the phone for me to talk with her. We are just very pleased with them.

The food at Emeritus at Lakeside and Lakeside Cottages is exceptionally well! They were very welcoming to my mom, introducing her around, and getting her included in the community right away. Mom is really happy there. This has exceeded our expectations by a thousand percent! We thought mom would not like it, but she loves it. We looked at a lot of places and definitely made the right choice in Emeritus at Lakeside and Lakeside Cottages.

My parents are living there at Heritage Springs. Everyone was just so accommodating when I moved them in and made the experience so easy that it was such a pleasure to work with them!
