This is a very caring place for my parents. Everyone is very helpful. They made my parents feel special. I highly recommend The Waterford Grand.

This community is beautiful and the food is inviting and delicious. We had lunch and were given the options the residents have for the meal. [Name removed] was cheerful, fun and very knowledgeable. However, this is not an Assisted Living community. We really enjoyed the tour.

Quiet lots of things for mom to do - liked the grounds and the people.

Waterford Grand Exceeded all my expectations. My father moved in 2 years ago and he loved living there. The staff was wonderful to my father and helpful with all his needs. This was very important to me because I live so far away. The facility is clean, safe, great food, scenic location, exercise room, pool, special events, entertainment, and most of all…. the staff is kind. I highly recommend this facility.

I would not live anywhere else The move-in process went very smooth. Everyone has been very kind and thoughtful. Before I decided on Regency Park I visited 8 other communities, Regency Park was like a magnet to me it drew me in. I am glad it did as it has become home!

The Waterford Grand is a truly exceptional community. I have experienced first hand their commitment to their residents and the steps they take to make this a special place for their residents to call home. Thank you for the care you gave my husband’s grandmother and many others.

Beautiful boutique senior living, only place to consider for your loved one.

This facility is AMAZING. immaculately clean, excellent food and activities happening all the time. The residents I spoke with had high praise for the staff and the meals. The only down fall was they do not accept Medicaid for those that require this type of financial aid. Had it not been for that I was totally prepared to move my mother into this facility knowing she would love it and be well cared for.

As it was close to home and held a few familiar faces, this was the leading facility in our search. Amenities provided by these sites are generally not too different, but the recent upgrade in decor, etc was notable. [Removed] was a great resource, and in hindsight Regency Park would have made an excellent initial stop on our tour.

I went on a tour here and it was a lovely place. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. They only had a shared room available for him at the time & we wanted him to have a private bathroom. We ate dinner here and it was wonderful. I would recommend families tour this community before making a choice.

When we first walked into this facility, it looked like a 5 star hotel. They have beautiful artwork, the dining room is open, you can see outside and see the landscaping, and overall it just looks so nice. My Mom has been here for about 6-7 weeks and she’s settling in nicely. The staff is great and very helpful. I think the residents that are there are all pretty friendly and she’s been able to make some new friends. Our family has joined her at meal times quite often and I would say it’s pretty good. There are a couple of choices of soup every day and there’s even a salad bar and I think that’s a big plus. They offer a lot of activities and they give out schedules of what trips are available if anyone wants to participate. During the holidays they’ll have school groups come by to sing and entertain everyone as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

I toured here for my Uncle .It was nice and seemed clean. The staff was helpful and answered my questions. It was on the expensive side and not a good fit for my uncle. I would recommend other families to tour this community.

This is the best facility I’ve seen as far as cleanliness goes and all of the rooms have been recently updated. It is a smaller community and because of that, they do not have a lot of entertainment. What I really like is they have a bus service that takes you around town to various places to shop or eat. I really like to get out and that is very accommodating. The staff here was always good to me when I lived here. I would recommend this community to other families.
