Love it. Very clean and nice.

I would highly recommend the Royalton.I am here at least once a week and there are many weeks I am there more often. I also have another family member that comes at least once a week to have dinner with my aunt. The Staff: All of the staff at the Royalton have been very nice and helpful, they really make feel as though they care. For example the lady who does the billing one day I was there and she had stepped out of her office to give a paper to the guy at the desk and a resident came along who was having an issue she couldn't find the event that was in the library the lady was very kind and offered to take her to the library. This lady's job is billing but that didn't matter she was there for the resident. I have witnessed things like this from several different staff members like [name removed] guy at the front desk,one day I was there signing in and the phones were ringing off the hook the front desk was very busy and here came a resident who was distressed because she needed to reach her son even though [name removed] was busy at the front desk he was still very kind and patient with her and reassured her and told her he would help her to get ahold of her son. [Name removed] who's there to show you the place and to help find people to move into the apartments. I even mentioned to another family member will [name removed] be as nice and helpful after we've signed on the dotted line? She was there after we moved in helping us solve our emotional issues we were dealing with, and there were numerous occasions where I would see her helping the residence with different things in a kind respectful way. Caregivers: All the caregivers have been kind and easy to work with my Aunt seem to like them. [removed] Royalton is also clean I visited 4 different assisted living places before choosing this one. One of the things that struck me was how clean it was the gal who cleans the apartments does a really good job of trying to get everything clean and she is also very friendly and will help the resident if needed I do appreciate all that she does. Activities: We have been at the Royalton for 5 months the activities director is great. My great-aunt who is the one who lives in the Royalton feels like she is her friend she comes and gets her to go to activities. She does a lot of activities with the residence when I was looking for an assisted living I actually did not think that my great-aunt would attend any activities so that was not even something on my list that I was looking at but [name removed] has done a great job of getting my aunt out and engaging her in the activities. My aunt really looks forward to it and enjoy all of them now . She is doing a great job. Food: The food at the Royalton is good portion sizes very appropriate. The cook has meetings where they take suggestions and they try to cook food that people will enjoy it smells good and everything looks good. I personally have not tasted a lot of the food as I am gluten free but I have seen several meals there sitting with my great-aunt and I am pleased with the portion and the balance and size. Medication: when we moved into the Royalton we had a lot of issues with medication and they have made a huge effort to try to resolve all of the issues, part of our issues had absolutely nothing to do with the Royalton themselves but part of the issues had to do with follow through. They've hired a new gal who is trying her best to ensure that there is better follow through she is there working hard and I see her working long hours, so I really do feel as though when I brought her a problem she tries her best to to solve it, and really that is all I can ask for. I'm very glad that I chose the Royalton for my great-aunt. I would not say that the Royalton is perfect but I would say that when there is an issue they do try to resolve it. They really are trying to provide a good living environment with caring people.

Loved the place. It looks secured and clean. The staff are friendly and hands on for the residence. This one is in the running if I were to place him.

We have been very satisfied with the Ashley Gardens Memory Care Facility, a part of the Cascade Living Group. We chose the building that houses only women, and Mom feels very comfortable in this setting. The staff and nurses are pleasant, well-trained, and knowledgeable. They have even taught us how to best communicate with Mom so that we all have a nice visit. There is an enrichment and activities program that Mom loves and is thriving as a result! She loves to sing along with the music and enjoys doing the art projects. She says she isn’t bored, lonely, or tired, and that there is always something to do. She also tells us the food is good and satisfying. We live close by, so we drop in whenever, and often, and are quite comfortable hanging out with mom. We sleep well at night knowing that she is safe. We are so glad that we chose Ashley Gardens at the Cascade Living Group.

Royalton Place is a great place everyone works together and communicates the building is beautiful and so welcoming the food is also great if you really want good care for your family this is the place they have assisted living and memory care i can never ask for a better place

I go by Sierra Del Sol on a regular basis, and each and every time I come the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is good. I would highly recommend Sierra Del Sol to anyone that needs a place for their loved one!

This is a very caring place for my parents. Everyone is very helpful. They made my parents feel special. I highly recommend The Waterford Grand.

This community is beautiful and the food is inviting and delicious. We had lunch and were given the options the residents have for the meal. [Name removed] was cheerful, fun and very knowledgeable. However, this is not an Assisted Living community. We really enjoyed the tour.

Quiet lots of things for mom to do - liked the grounds and the people.

Waterford Grand Exceeded all my expectations. My father moved in 2 years ago and he loved living there. The staff was wonderful to my father and helpful with all his needs. This was very important to me because I live so far away. The facility is clean, safe, great food, scenic location, exercise room, pool, special events, entertainment, and most of all…. the staff is kind. I highly recommend this facility.

I would not live anywhere else The move-in process went very smooth. Everyone has been very kind and thoughtful. Before I decided on Regency Park I visited 8 other communities, Regency Park was like a magnet to me it drew me in. I am glad it did as it has become home!

The Waterford Grand is a truly exceptional community. I have experienced first hand their commitment to their residents and the steps they take to make this a special place for their residents to call home. Thank you for the care you gave my husband’s grandmother and many others.

Beautiful boutique senior living, only place to consider for your loved one.

This facility is AMAZING. immaculately clean, excellent food and activities happening all the time. The residents I spoke with had high praise for the staff and the meals. The only down fall was they do not accept Medicaid for those that require this type of financial aid. Had it not been for that I was totally prepared to move my mother into this facility knowing she would love it and be well cared for.
