I would recommend Spring Valley. what stands out to me the most is the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. we visit frequently during the week, so we run into people there who communicate with us about my mom and her care.

This facility is one of the best assisted living and memory care facilities I've ever been to. It is exceptionally clean and cozy, but the staff is what makes this place so special. The staff members really care for all of their residents and their needs and it comes across through their work. One of the most caring and compassionate facilities I've ever been to. I would absolutely recommend Cascades to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for a family member or loved one.

Royalton Place is really good. We're really happy with them. It's a very caring place. The staff is great, and they seem to be adequately staffed. The décor is very nice, and the facility always seems to be very clean. So far so good - I have no complaints whatsoever. And my loved one is settling in and happy there!

Magnolia Grand is very efficient and it is a nice place to stay. The staff are very helpful. Games, bingo, and more are some of the activities for the the residents to choose from. They have instacart to be able to order groceries from and have them delivered. The food is good. There is transpiration for the residents to use for doctor appointments and going to the store.

In memory care and what I've seen on the outside of the community, someone has taken some great thought about bringing nature indoors. They have a pleasant environment for the residents, and successfully keeping staff happy here. The community is helping with dressing and undressing, hygiene assistance, and more. There are meals and entertainment provided to the residents. The residents will also receive snacks along with meals. They even provide a refrigerator for the residents to pull snacks from. The staff is long term and this tells me that they are happy, well paid for, and more. It appears they have a good work culture. The staff are friendly. Some of the activities they have are puzzles, games, a locked courtyard with seating for residents to use, and more for the residents to choose from. The bedrooms are locked and the residents are not allowed to be unsupervised in their room. They have to be in a group with other residents socializing. The staff to resident ratio is roughly 1 staff member per 7 residents. This allows proper cleaning of doorknobs and more due to the pandemic. There is a resident's dog allowed in the community, and birds in birdcages to allow beautiful sounds of nature for the residents to hear. There are murals on the walls, and helps the resident navigate the hallways. This is so thoughtful and bright. This is a very secure area for the residents.

Great place to work I really enjoy the company and I feel we have a great team that really care about the residents and they go above and beyond anything to make them happy and well cared for.

Every activity that my loved one does she likes but there are not many outside activities for the residents. I would say to go have a look at this community. My loved one is enjoying it and did not expect to. She was not willing to go initially but now she is enjoying it and even making friends. The staff have all been great for me and my loved one.

I'm always hearing good things about this place. The food is good, the neighborhood and surrounding areas are good and most importantly the people are good.

Not the right location.

The staff are great and they really care about the residents. The memory care area only had one activity that I am aware of.

I would recommend this community. They do care and my mother is doing very well living in this community. They have activities like work outs, arts and craft and more for the residents to do. They also have someone that comes and plays the piano and my loved one really likes this. The staff are very caring, sometimes they can be overworked but other than this they are very good.

This is a comfortable, and friendly place. The food is good and they just got a new cook. They have lots of activities for entertainment for the residents.

This is a safe place for your loved one. They are also very friendly. Right now they are on lock down due to covid so that activities and everything is shut down. But right now this is the same for a lot of places.

We liked this community a lot when we were checking them out but it was too expensive for what we were looking for for our loved one. Good tour

We love it here. We chose Sierra Del Sol because of the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff members. The staff have all been very attentive, my mother in law feels very supported by them. They have been super accommodating and helpful to our family as well. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

They are doing the best that they can but they are currently understaffed at this time. They seem to have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. This is a pretty decent community for your loved one.

We did a virtual tour for this community and it was a good experience. The whole process was good and with a lot of communication.

The staff were all extremely friendly, but after talking to their kitchen staff they were not able to accommodate my mothers gluten free diet.
