Heritage Springs is a very nice Assisted living community, located on the West side of the Las Vegas Valley. For us, it's within a one mile radius of 5 generations of family and provides excellent overall care for my 97 year old Mother. The front office staff is extremely helpful with the paperwork detail. The Culinary Staff is not only pleasant and efficient, they prepare delicious meals (including dessert). The Individual care staff and med staff are very helpful, caring & Patient with residents. My mom got switched to Hospice, much earlier than anticipated, the process was seamless.

Heritage Springs is a beautiful community with a loving and caring staff. When I toured, I had so many questions about what my Mother needed. They were kind, patient and extremely helpful. My Mother moved in and has been enjoying her new home.

Staff is very friendly and residents are very happy. The activity program is wonderful, with a lot of different events for residents to choose from.

Lovely assisted living in an excellent location,. Heritage Springs is always spotless, or cleaned daily. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of resources to take advantage of.

We had a good tour experience. The staff were all courteous and we got to try some of the food during the tour. They did not offer a program that allows residents to go on state assistance after they run out of money, which was the main reason we did not choose this facility.

A buddy who lives at Sierra Place is usually in a good mood because of all of the wonderful activities available to them. The cuisine is excellent, and the staff actually cares about the residents. It's a fantastic location to be in. It was also recommended to my father, who lives at [name removed]

5 on all categories! We don't have a lot of places for seniors that need the quality and amount of care my mom needed towards the end of her life. Bridgewood was just what I prayed for. It was a beautiful home-like environment. They let me pick the perfect room for her and we got to bring things from home that made her room look and feel like home. I didn't have any worries about my mom being there. I could go home at night and sleep knowing she was in good hands. That was HUGE for me! The staff treated her like a friend or parent. Friends and family could come and visit her any time. Elderly care isn't inexpensive but it goes with getting older and fighting a terminal illness. My mom was to ill to do any of the activities but they all looked fun. Bridgewood was PERFECT!!! And I would recommend it to any friend or family!

I picked this community because, it offered the level of care that my loved one needed. They take good care of my loved one. They enjoy playing bingo, doing craft classes and the outings. The caregiver and nursing staff do a good job of caring for my loved one too.

We give Mountain Glen all 5's. They are very friendly and willing to accommodate. Welcoming to the point of allowing me to have my wedding there to make it easier for my dad. We love them!

I toured this facility and it was really nice. It was our second choice. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

This facility is great, it's like having an extended family. They've become an extended part of our village. My mom is so well cared for here. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful place so close to home and within our community for her. Communication with the family is great, cleanliness is great. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Our church even hosts the resident worship services here also, which is great.

I had a great tour experience at Regency Park. Unfortunately it was just too far from my home (time wise due to traffic), so we opted for a facility closer to home.
