I was impressed with the staff and their knowledge. They provided more care than what my loved one needed at the time.

This facility is great, it's like having an extended family. They've become an extended part of our village. My mom is so well cared for here. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful place so close to home and within our community for her. Communication with the family is great, cleanliness is great. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Our church even hosts the resident worship services here also, which is great.

It was a nice place. They were caring and made sure our loved one received everything needed.

I had a great tour experience at Regency Park. Unfortunately it was just too far from my home (time wise due to traffic), so we opted for a facility closer to home.

I toured this community and was very impressed. It's very clean and staff was very friendly. They seem to be very organized. I was very impressed with how they run things, the executive director is personally involved in all areas.

My loved one likes the food. We picked this community because, of the close location from my house, and it was recommended to us.

Wonderful sales & marketing director. Very helpful and responsive. Cottage became available and they worked with our family to help make the transition smooth. Caring staff. Grounds and exteriors could use some upkeep and maintenance.

Desert Hills Memory Care Center is professional and timely with communication. But more than that, the facility is warm and inviting. The staff are caring and kind no matter who you encounter!

I have been personally working in the industry for 5+ years. I have been thankful that this community offers an education and connection group for families with loved ones who suffer with Alzheimer’s and dementia. I regularly refer my personal clients and families to this facility for the support group. Not only does it give them the opportunity to build relationships in the community and see there are other people with the same and or similar situation in their own home.

As a hospice provider in the Hemet area, we get to see hands first the compassionate care Desert Hills employees provide to our hospice patients and to their residents. It truly is comforting knowing our hospice patients are being taken care with such knowledge, compassion, empathy and love! Desert Hills Memory Care not only cares for their residents but the leaders care for their staff! The staff are always welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. And that’s exactly what the residents need; Happy people taking care of them. So thankful we have Desert Hills in the Hemet community to help serve the dementia/Alzheimer’s population!

We had a great tour experience with Waterford Grand. This facility was our second choice out of the ones that we looked into.

When it comes to the overall value for money we do think it is worth it with everything they have to offer. We really appreciate all the time and effort they put into the different activities. There have a beautiful rose garden, they have live music every Tuesday, and they do different outings so the activities are really cool. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the meals, he says it is pretty bland and tasteless. However based on our experience so far we would recommend the Royalton Place to other families.

The staff at Desert Hills Memory Care, whether it be the Executive Director, or individual caregivers, food service, maintenance, or nursing staff, they are all, every one of them, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Care plans are thorough, activities are varied and all residents are included. The community is clean, well staffed and organized.

I have been very happy here and made some really good close lifelong friends.

Everything at Mountain Glen was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff, Nursing staff and everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure my mom had a fantastic stay. Facility was very clean and well kept, very beautiful all around. Would highly recommend.

So I work for Norco medical in Salem and every time I come to Cascades of stayton the staff is extremely helpful the front desk is awesome but the one thing I've noticed about this facility every resident is so happy I go to a lot of facilities every day but everybody says hi to me and you don't get that from every facility so I would like to thank Cascade of Stayton for just making my day happy and I would like to thank Alma for everything that you do to make this facility great

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable., We had several unexpected obstacles arise and they worked diligently to help us get through them. They were very supportive and helped with all of the unexpected changes that arose after our first visit until eventually getting my parents moved in and there were several. They have been very helpful and and clear about what is going on at the facility. We had originally applied for assisted living but after the changes to my parents health prior to them moving, in they ended up in memory care. Which was probably a better choice. They treat my parents with respect and dignity. They have a friendly staff and wonderful activities for the residents.

I had a great tour experience with Sierra del Sol. I would have gone with this facility in a heartbeat but they did not have availability in the space that we wanted. The set up was very similar to the place that we ended up choosing. I would have been happy with either facility that it came down between.

Your loved one would be in very good hands at Cascades of Grass Valley. They are very nurturing and supportive. They attend to all of your needs. They go out of their way to make you happy and to make you feel comfortable. I really like them.

I think the staff is present when I am there, they are always doing things. They are very involved with the residents and also approachable. I talk to them quite a bit and they have been easy to get a hold of. I would recommend Regency Park to others.
