The thing that sticks out most about Spring Valley would be the people there. The staff really treats you like family, they are great. The food is fine , but it could be better. the facility is very nice and clean. The people are awesome! I would definitely recommend Spring Valley to others looking.

Our family and loved one had a great experience with Heritage Springs. They have compassion and caring staff, from the front desk to the porters. Everyone is friendly here. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Village and we really liked the tour experience as well as the community itself. It is just that the community we picked for our loved one was 1 mile away from our home.

They are very friendly and everyone makes a point to learn your name. The food is generally good, often very good. Lots of activities provided, had a 50's party and an Elvis Impersonator yesterday. Bingo and root beer floats today. All apartments have an outside window, balconies on upper floors.

The staff is very caring and even came to Grandma's service when she passed. The activities director is full of energy and so sweet. They have tons of activities and have monthly calendars for residents which I really appreciated. I just like that they take the time to get to know everybody and it never felt like a" home". It always felt like I was going to Grandma's apartment to visit her within a community of caring people.

What we really like about Mountain Glen is how professional their operation is. This is the 4th facility we have experience and by far the best Based on our experience we would recommend this community for current families.

We toured Magnolia Grand and it was definitely great! The ladies were nice, asked our loved one personal questions and interacted with him. The facility was clean, updated, and they offered multiple meals for the residents to choose from. They had a weight room, but no pool. We would have chosen this location if it was closer to home.

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Village and this was our second choice. It was a great tour experience, we thought everything was great but there was another community that a better atmosphere for our loved one.

I'm extremely satisfied with the care my husband received while at Regency Park. The facility itself, staff, and care were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to meet my husband's care needs. I am extremely grateful he was in a decent place at the end of his life. I would highly recommend Regency Park for anyone seeking that level of care for themselves or a family member.

We toured with Cascades of the Sierra and it was nice, but it was to big for our mom. We felt that she would get turned around in there. Also we felt it was more for people that did not need as much help/care.

I toured Heritage Springs and it was a great tour! We considered this facility for our loved one. The cleanliness was good. The units were nice. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was super attentive and responsive to all of our needs for mom. They offered activities/amenities such as; Library, puzzle room, bistro, exercise activities, road trips, shuttle service, movie theater, trivia and music entertainment, and housekeeping.

I am greatly satisfied with the way Cascades handled my client's transition into their memory care facility Ashley Gardens. They worked with me to allow the client's small dog to stay with her. Her medical needs were also addressed well. The client has settled in well.

I've been very impressed with Creekside- however, we may not be the average resident family to ask, as I also employ 2 private caregivers for my mom daily to take her to activities & encourage active participation. Otherwise, when they are not in attendance, the normal staff in memory care is very loving & attentive as well. I was so impressed with the more than ample time the marketing rep. spent with me at two different times, including tours, meeting staff, understanding their plan of care etc- Totally presented exactly what I envisioned as the best placement for Mom.

I would tell others that the staff are very attentive and always quick to get back to me if I need anything. They have been very helpful and supportive. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend Royalton Place to others.

Parkland Village is a very friendly place. And my dad likes it there. He enjoys eating meals in the dining room. I think the care is adequate. I've had a few questions / concerns, but they've e been resolved.

I really liked the community and the tour guide kept in contact with us after the tour. It seemed to have bigger ceilings and be more modern that we wanted, and it was too far from family.

The staff is just super friendly and they treat everyone with kindness and compassion. My dad was a smoker when we first toured, this facility was very willing to accommodate his smoking and able to walk him outside. They have been great with encouraging him to quit smoking and make sure he gets his nicotine patches and what not so that has been great, he has recently quit. I would definitely recommend Regency Park to others looking.

Meadow Creek is a smaller community which we really like it, it feels more personalized. The staff members are very friendly, we did have one issues a little bit ago but other than that, we have appreciated all their support and communication. Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals we have not heard of any complaints. The social coordinator [name removed] is absolutely fantastic. It is a very clean community and we would recommend to other families based on our experience.

I thought the Cascades was great, friendly, competent staff, and clean. I found [name removed] to be exceptional she cares about where she works, putting her best foot forward and she truly cares about her clients she went above and beyond several times for me.
