What our family likes the most about the Heritage Springs community is the overall cleanliness as well as the people who are working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Heritage Springs to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Maintenance keeps it clean, but always room to improve. Staff is all friendly, from house keeping, kitchen staff to the front office with an open door policy. They appear to offer excellent care, I am independent so I can not offer opinion. The Executive Chef had worked in hotels in Chicago and was the culinary instructor at the local college. Most food is sourced locally and made from scratch. They have a movie every night, Bingo 3 times a week, Cardio Drumming, Zumba card games weekly and corn hole and art expression and trivia. One would have to make a conscious choice to isolate to not find an activity. Overall is is expensive compared to living independently in an apartment, but when you factor in free cable internet and meals, the cost is only a few hundred more. Parking does become an issue. There is an inadequate amount of spaces to accommodate residents, staff and visitors. Having mobility issues, this can be a challenge at times.

My loved one is a resident at Heritage Springs and the experience has been great. The staff and the communication with the family are both excellent, especially when managing my loved one's care from Las Vegas AND Portland! The move in process was easy and the community and residents could not be more welcoming! I would highly recommend Heritage Springs to others! We're really happy with them.

I toured five facilities before making my decision on Mountain Glen. First of all, the staff is exceptional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is a very clean and cozy environment. The best thing was when I walked in the front doors, it instantly felt inviting and friendly. I met several of the residents and every one of them seemed happy and comfortable. The chef is amazing, my loved one loves the food as well. The move in process was very easy and the paperwork flawless. Everything was just super easy. They really went above and beyond for my loved one. I would highly recommend Mountain Glen to others. And for someone like my loved one who has been somewhat of a recluse for 30 years to tell me that she's happy there and that her dog has new friends as well, you can't beat that. Mountain Glen is a great place! I only rated the value for cost a little lower because my loved one's apartment could use a little updating, but it's still a great apartment!

I would say that they are friendly and I have never experienced anything negative with the community. They all seem to know my mom and always greet her when they see her in the halls.

My loved one was previously a resident at Regency Park and his experience at this facility was great! The facility was clean. It was expensive, but it was worth it. The staff was overworked, but they were extremely kind. Regency Park was a caring and peaceful facility. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Overall we are very satisfied with our choice. Dad has made new friends, the staff has been very helpful and respectful. We enjoy going to visit and always feel welcome. He says that the food is pretty good. He is not participating in any of the activities provided. It seems expensive, but other places we considered were just as expensive and not as nice as Cascades.

We toured with Cascades of Bremerton and it was a wonderful facility. We would have chosen them, but unfortunately they did not have an option for a Medicaid pay down contract, so we had to look elsewhere.

They helped my loved ones get a lot healthier. They have great activities. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We have felt very comfortable that our love dones are fully cared for. We picked this community, because of the location, and the people were so helpful and friendly.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The staff are patient, kind, and caring. Everyone is friendly. The staff are able to answer the family's questions and provide us updates on our loved one. There are meals and activities provided for the residents to engage with each other. Overall it is a community we would recommend to others.

My step dad says the food is great, the place is very clean, and he has been happy with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. And it feels like home to him.

The residents already had a meeting on food improvements. They have a new manager and maybe a new cook. So that should help with the food score. All of the staff have been great! They are very friendly and accommodating. I would encourage others to let their parents tour and stay as a guest, my Mom stayed as a guest beforehand which gave her a real experience.

It is a very warm setting with kind staff who listen to the needs of their residents and try hard to accommodate. The setting is very welcoming.

Overall we are pleased with the care for our mom, although we have had two cases where the staff called an ambulance to take her into the ER instead of calling us. We liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, although some struggle to speak and understand English. The meals are very good and the Chef is open to suggestions. Care for my husband on the Assisted Living side is kindly given and adequate, although response time can be slow due to small staff and his need for two people to do transfers - bed to chair and chair to bed - with a lift. The only reason I give activities a 4 rather than a 5 is that the facility is small enough that it doesn't have the variety of larger communities and fewer residents to participate. The staff is friendly and receptive to suggestions and do their best to get folks involved. I recommend Arbor Village to people who are looking for friendly care at a smaller facility set on a pretty piece of property.

Our family has had an excellent experience except with the value - the prices quoted were less than what the real price was. The cleanliness of the community is excellent as well as the friendliness of the staff. The meals prepared and the dining services is excellent. The activities are good, but they could have better bingo prizes/cash. Something better than baby candy bars. The overall value again is good, but pricy

We (my siblings and I) toured this facility when searching for Assisted Living for our father. We really appreciate the time and patience given to us from the staff, [name removed] in particular. Everyone we have been in contact with has been so kind and responsive to all of our questions. The facility is very inviting and we can see our Dad being happy there. We could also see all of us spending family time there with him. All that being said, if it was only my siblings and my decision, my Dad would already be moved in. But my Dad is of sound mind so he hasn't fully committed to going yet.

They do very good job making sure their client have what they need medically and nutritionally. Also they provide a wide array of activities throughout the day and evening the organization is impressive.

It has been a wonderful experience so far. We feel that[name removed] is being well cared for. We picked this community, because of a recommendation from DAV. Sales person was very reassuring. And the cost was the least expensive.
