Ashley Garden of Bremerton is going okay. My son has adjusted pretty well. I don't understand why he has to pay $25 a month for rubber gloves. It seems like a family plan because it's a smaller facility. Some staff are friendlier than others. I think the care is good. I took in a case of pop and I didn't like the idea of them taking it to his room. Of course he drank more than he should. When they found out they said they could keep it in the laundry room. But the personal I initially dealt with didn't suggest that. There are just some inconsistencies with some of the staff. It seems to depend on who you get.

My loved one was very pleased with the staff, and it was a difficult transition for him into the Inland Pointe. They were so supportive of not only my father's needs, but my needs and the family's needs as well.

Our 90 year old father lives in the memory care unit. He was becoming very withdrawn at his assisted living facility and was eating only a small amount of food in his room. It was time to find an option tailored to individuals with significant memory issues and some agitation. He has blossomed in this warm, caring facility. He is no longer isolated and always eats In the family atmosphere of the dining room. The facility is very inviting and well maintained. The staff is uniformly kind, cheerful, and communicative with us as a family. The weekly bus tours have been an added bonus.

Everything is great at Bend Villa Retirement. The people worked with her financially. The prices were outrageous and they worked with her. She has made a lot of friends real fast. Everyone is really friend there. It has been a good experience at this facility.

At Alpine Way Continuing Care Community they seem to resolve any issues very quickly to her cater to her needs. She has settled in really well there. I have no complaints. It was been a good experience at this facility.

We toured a number of facilities in the Eugene area. We chose Waterford Grand because of the gorgeous facility, good food, pleasant and helpful staff. The transition has gone better than I anticipated. Staff and residents have invited my mother to activities and made her feel welcome. She is able to exercise everyday which she had not been able to since she gave up driving. There is something happening everyday that captures her interest.

The place is really beautiful. The people are nice and friendly. My father really likes it and is in the memory care facility.

The Heritage Springs has had a recent turnover in staffing and that has made me unhappy, But otherwise other than that all of the staff members are really friendly and my loved one is happy being there.

I like the place. It is really nice and clean. It is a little pricey.

Everyone at the Willows has been nice, friendly and thoughtful. My Mother is slowly becoming used to the new apartment and living style. She has been treated with gentleness and kindness by all the staff. They make a real effort to remember her name and use it when they are talking to her. They try to do everything in their power to make all the residents comfortable and happy.

We are really happy with Royalton Place. His mom isn't that happy, she just wants to be home. That isn't any reflection on the facility though, that's just how it is. The staff has just been wonderful. They make sure she is fed, they clean her room and do her laundry. Truthfully this facility was cheapest one we found. We are really pleased.

They have met and exceeded all expectations. I have referred. They keep everything clean, the place is spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and they are on top of everything. They are very, very good. They aren't formal or stiff, they know all the residents names.

If there could be a six rating I would give them that. I toured many facilities and looked online and the willows was far and above the rest. It was up to date, it was clean, the staff was more than friendly. The reason I chose it was because not only would I live there myself, but all the residents were happy and communicative and enjoying each other's company.

They have been an amazing staff. Very compassionate and hopeful. They really take the time to understand family dynamics and to get to know the residents to improve their quality of life and go above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable. They have been incredibly patient and respectful in their care towards her.

Everything with Ashley Gardens Memory Care has been great. The initial process of getting my father in there and acclimated was handled very well. They had a greeter at the door, and they were very professional. I do not have anything bad to say about them. The treatment for medications have been well handled, and they have gotten him involved in the activities. He is doing well and they have been great. When we were checking out different facilities it came down to Ashley Gardens and one other place, and we made the right choice going with Ashley Gardens.

I think they've done very well. My mom loves it there, she's real happy. I think they do a good job.

The friendliness at The Willows Retirement Living is just overwhelming. All the people that work here are extremely nice and thoughtful. Everybody is always smiling.

I first met with Katherine L. two years ago, looking for a place for my Mother-in-Law. I had checked out 4 other properties in the MacMinville area. I talked it over with the family, and when the time came, we placed her in a cottage just until her dementia progresses to the point when Mom can no longer take care of herself. I researched and personally inspected a lot of assisted living communities and memory care units in an exhaustive search throughout the area and the Regency Grand at West Covina stood out head and shoulders above all others. The staff is highly professional, well trained and motivated to provide residents with a meaningful life. The prices are competitive and the facility looks more like a hotel than a senior residence. But it is the staff that makes this an exceptional place.
