This property is very different. This is a clinical environment for residents that are more independent. There are a lot of activities and it was a large facility. This place was excellent, it just was not for my loved one.

Our family was able to do an in person tour before the covid pandemic so we were able to see the entire community and everything they had to offer. The tour was great, it is a very nice and clean community. They had very nice apartments, and it was one of our top choices but in the end it just came down to the value for cost.

We had toured multiple communities before chosing Cadence for Mom. We loved it from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff and residents. We were greeted by the sweetest gentleman, who made us feel at home. He told us why he loved it there. The rooms are clean and spacious. They had a wonderful musical group playing. The food smelled amazing. We have been very pleased and most of all Mom is happy.

I would suggest you look into the community for your loved one. The staff are wonderful! The community is good at getting the residents out for activities. It would be nice to have a variety of activities at the same time for the residents to choose from and provide more communication with the residents on this.

The community is a great place. Stay engaged with your loved one. communication is great between the staff and our family, they kept us well informed and up to date. The executive director is just amazing and I would recommend this community to others.

I love the place. [name removed] and the staff was very friendly. I love the size of the room and the amenities- bathroom, microwave and little refrigerator in the rooms.

Beautiful and inviting from the front door throughout. Friendly, polite staff. Toured for MIL and will be back when she's ready. Wonderful feel from start to finish!

We chose this Cadence Marietta because of the value for the money as well as I felt like I could trust them and was able to place my mother in their care. They are great with communication, they send us updates by email on a regular basis. From my point of view, the staff members are a great group of people and very kind and caring to their residents. I would recommend them to others looking.

Loved this place! It is clean, friendly, and brightly decorated. The rooms are larger than some of the other places and you have several options to choose from. Although the price might be a little higher, it might be worth it.

We chose Cadence Marietta because of the price and it seemed like it would be a good fit. It has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend.

The facility and staff were absolutely amazing and affordable.

I would recommend this community to others who need assistance for their loved ones. The staff does a great job at caring for the residents. They are even willing to love the residents like family. Our loved one has their own room and a shared living room with one other residents.

This is such a wonderful community! They accommodate and coordinate with the families to see their loved ones daily!! I don’t know what I would do during Covid if I couldn’t see my parents. Would highly recommend them to care for your loved ones!

Cadence has a newly remodeled community. They provide a safe and secure environment for staff and all the Residents in their care. **They have remained COVID FREE!** We have been allowed to visit our loved ones on-site in a designated area which has help both them and us. Their activities keep everyone engaged and they even do outdoor bible studies and take them to the park for picnic (brown bag lunch) and to feed the ducks! (Social distancing and masks) They have a full menu selection and Social dine as well! I would highly recommend them!!!! Five Star

I love this community. They have a great team of people that care about everyone. The residents love getting involved with activities and the weekly van outings. I would highly recommend them for your loved ones!

Memory care unit has been awesome even during COVID. They allow us to face time when we want, Activities for regular assisted living, would include knitting classes, and bingo.For memory care the activities include coloring, reading cards, and memory games. The administrative staff stood out the most to us, they made special arrangements to come in on a Sunday so we could visit. We have a great relationship with the staff, they made my grandmothers 93rd birthday special. Great communication is key! Would recommend this to another family.

Cadence Marietta is a nice facility. It appeared to be well maintained and they offer a lot of on-site services which is very helpful.

Very nice facility and location. Highly trained and skilled personnel. My loved one is a veteran so dependent medical transport will need to change to area doctors.
