I think she's doing well there. I haven't had any complaints about any of the staff, or about food. So far it's working out well. I think we chose this one because they were a little more reasonably priced than some of the others we considered.

It has been an absolute blessing from God. I can sleep at night knowing my father has the best care possible. The staff is friendly, professional, and sincere. My father came from New York and has adjusted very well.

Any concerns I've had thus far, they've addressed those issues fairly quickly. Someone is usually around to answer my questions. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Very beautiful and clean facility. Amy, Community Relations Director, who gave me the tour, was very professional and informative. The property seems very well managed and I really liked that all rooms had bathrooms with walk-in showers and built in seats. Well organized with a variety of activities and outings.

My 86 year old step mom moved in last month. The staff and managers have been friendly, attentive, supportive and professional. It has been a great choice for our family. My stepmom is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. She feels a good sense of independence while being cared for in the assisted living environment. As her caregiver, having her here has been a big relief

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far were very pleased with how things have gone! The place is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly. The residents seem happy and well cared for.

So far I think things have gone very well with Elmcroft of Mt Zion! I feel like they really try their best to accommodate both the residents as well as their family members. It a beautiful, well kept facility, and everyone has been very friendly. I'm really relieved knowing that my loved one is somewhere safe!

I'm so comfortable with Elmcroft of Twin Hills in Madison, TN that I don't feel the need to check in on dad everyday. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure dad is safe and comfortable. He can't see or remember how to turn on his tv. They turn it on for him in the mornings. I've had to call and ask them to help him change the channel to the football game. I'm taking a 5 day vacation soon and I will have no worries. Thank you Liz Maxwell at A Place for Mom! I couldn't have done this without your help.

I was totally at a loss when my sister needed more care than my mother could provide. She was also suffering with her health. My sister had a stroke and was still recovering. I called A Place for Mom and they were able to help my find Elmcroft and I have been very happy with the decision.

Very nice and comforting environment. Shannon was very detailed about the residents activities and how they keep them actively involved with day-to-day life. Very clean and lovely environment.

They've done everything they can to make my loved one happy, and he seems to be comfortable here. They've really gone the extra mile to work with him, as he can be difficult. The staff here is just great, and I really hope we're able to continue to work with them for a long time.

There is some tiny thing they can do that would make it better. But our love one is better off here then she was at home. Since being here she now looks great and seems pretty happy. The people here seem to be happier then at the other communities we looked at.

My favorite if I had been able to afford it. It was just more than we had.

We really liked the Elmcroft when we toured. The lady that took us around was informative and positive. The facility itself was very nice and well maintained.

This is a nice community, and my mother is doing pretty well since her move here. She has gotten involved in a few of the activities they have available. I know she is safe, and in a good place. They have lovely staff, they are kind and very friendly. The meals are decent, but overall well balanced. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. Everything has worked out well so far, and I would recommend this community.

This is a clean community and the people that conducted the tour were friendly and knowledgeable. The building looked well taken care of. They were a little more expensive than the community we chose.
