Carriage Crossing Management

This community was nice it was just not what I was looking for for my loved one.

They do what they can with the activities, at the moment they do'nt have an activities director but they are working on hiring a new one. One thing that stood out to us was the size of the units, and we would recommend this community to others.

The friendliness of the staff members and their care services would get 6 stars, and the meals and dining would get 6 stars.

The cleanliness of the community is nice, but the community has been through a little bit of a shake up with the staff and going through a lot of changes. This has caused some hiccups but they are working well with us to fix it. At first the friendliness of the staff was a 5, then it went down to about a 3, and now its back up to a 4. Our loved one is not to keen on the meals, but we do think that is caused by the rapid changes this community is going through. The activities are still pretty limited, and we think this is because they just don't have the staff to get all of the residents, engaged. When it comes to the value for cost we do think it needs to be more inclusive to one price, and have the services match up more to the costs. One thing that really sold us on Cadence was the bathrooms, they are extremely spacious and easily accessible. They have a built in bench in the shower which we really liked. One thing that is very important to our family is the communication and transparency between the management and the residents, and the management and VP's with the families. They are checking in with our loved one more and more and were all on the same page which is critical.

We did not look at any others facility because we liked this one so much. It was newer and the community director person we spoke with we really liked. It also had all of the amenities that my mom was looking for. The apartments here are very nice. They do seem to be understaffed at the moment due to some issues. She is not a fan of the food, they could improve on the quality of the meals and they could provide more fresh vegetables. There are too many carbs and when she gets sandwiches the bread is dry. I think who you communicate with for different issues can be a little confusing at times.

Our family had an in person tour experience and our experience was really good. We decided to go with another community, but Cadence Marietta did have that warm and welcoming feeling to it.

They do offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The overall look of the community and rooms would be a five out of five. They are very patient with the residents there and very understanding. They do enjoy the residents.

My ratings are based on prior to COVID, and visits outside. They have bingo and other items for the residents to partake in. This community is better than the prior community my loved one was at. I would recommend this community to others.

Probably the most promising visit I've had so far. They have one BR units available and the pricing is all inclusive. The maze of pricing on an ala carte basis can be quite confusing. The community appeared to be the most energetic, most scenic and best kept of any I've visited so far.

This is a large community with an enclosed courtyard. The community seemed clean when I toured it. The people I met were nice. I thought this community was just a little to large for my loved one.

I needed to move my mom into a secure community that was locked. Recently my mom started wandering away from where she had been previously living so I had to make the difficult decision to move her. This place is the right choice for her. The staff is very nice and extremely honest they advised me not to visit quite as often to let her try and readjust to her new surroundings and as hard as it has been their suggestion seems to be helping mom. The community seems to be extremely clean and well maintained. The staff keeps the residents busy with things to do so they are not just sitting around. I think now that mom is in right place she will do much better here and now I don't have to worry about her getting out at night and something bad happening.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. The experience with well overall. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family. The community looked nice, and the staff was polite. Everything went well overall, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

We toured this community. The staff were nice and were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. They offer a nice menu and activities. The location was just further then what we were wanting. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

So far my mother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. The only issue she has is that it can take a while for the staff to respond when help is needed. Other than that issue the staff is kind, and friendly. There are nice activities, and good meals offered. They do a good with the cleanliness of the community. They need to be quicker with responding with help, but overall this is a community I would recommend.

My mom and dad seem to be really getting involved in all of the wonderful activities this community offers. My mom especially seems to be enjoying the great music program they have on campus. They also have been going on many field trips and outings with the other residents throughout the week. I am very pleased on how active my parents are staying and how much they are enjoying there new living environment.

I am pretty much happy with the care that is provided. There is room for improvements. However, The community is clean and my dad'd room is also. The meals seem to be good for my dad. They have activities available for the residents and my dad to participate.

Really enjoyed the tour nice people. Facility is a bit old but they said they bought the property 3 years ago and are upgrading it. Didn t like the coded locks on the door- felt Mom could feel trapped. We chose another facility for its location

She really likes it. She was able to set her room up like she likes. She's got her own furniture in, it's like a little bit of home.

I think it's great. I'm very pleased with them and their service. I like their set up for dining, they have a menu, and can order. They were the first ones that called me back. They admin service could be improved a little bit, they are a little slow with the paperwork. Other than that I am very pleased with them.

They were prompt getting back to me. They were able to send me information quickly. Very helpful and really listen to our needs and followed up as well. I would definitely refer them and will use their services again in future if needed.
