Carriage Crossing Management

Probably the most promising visit I've had so far. They have one BR units available and the pricing is all inclusive. The maze of pricing on an ala carte basis can be quite confusing. The community appeared to be the most energetic, most scenic and best kept of any I've visited so far.

This is a large community with an enclosed courtyard. The community seemed clean when I toured it. The people I met were nice. I thought this community was just a little to large for my loved one.

I needed to move my mom into a secure community that was locked. Recently my mom started wandering away from where she had been previously living so I had to make the difficult decision to move her. This place is the right choice for her. The staff is very nice and extremely honest they advised me not to visit quite as often to let her try and readjust to her new surroundings and as hard as it has been their suggestion seems to be helping mom. The community seems to be extremely clean and well maintained. The staff keeps the residents busy with things to do so they are not just sitting around. I think now that mom is in right place she will do much better here and now I don't have to worry about her getting out at night and something bad happening.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. The experience with well overall. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family. The community looked nice, and the staff was polite. Everything went well overall, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

We toured this community. The staff were nice and were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. They offer a nice menu and activities. The location was just further then what we were wanting. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

So far my mother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. The only issue she has is that it can take a while for the staff to respond when help is needed. Other than that issue the staff is kind, and friendly. There are nice activities, and good meals offered. They do a good with the cleanliness of the community. They need to be quicker with responding with help, but overall this is a community I would recommend.

My mom and dad seem to be really getting involved in all of the wonderful activities this community offers. My mom especially seems to be enjoying the great music program they have on campus. They also have been going on many field trips and outings with the other residents throughout the week. I am very pleased on how active my parents are staying and how much they are enjoying there new living environment.

I am pretty much happy with the care that is provided. There is room for improvements. However, The community is clean and my dad'd room is also. The meals seem to be good for my dad. They have activities available for the residents and my dad to participate.

Really enjoyed the tour nice people. Facility is a bit old but they said they bought the property 3 years ago and are upgrading it. Didn t like the coded locks on the door- felt Mom could feel trapped. We chose another facility for its location

She really likes it. She was able to set her room up like she likes. She's got her own furniture in, it's like a little bit of home.

I think it's great. I'm very pleased with them and their service. I like their set up for dining, they have a menu, and can order. They were the first ones that called me back. They admin service could be improved a little bit, they are a little slow with the paperwork. Other than that I am very pleased with them.

They were prompt getting back to me. They were able to send me information quickly. Very helpful and really listen to our needs and followed up as well. I would definitely refer them and will use their services again in future if needed.

My mother loves Elmcroft of Milford Chase. She is like a social butterfly. She loves the activities, loves to go places. My dad doesn't have anything that he likes to do. But that is just him. The people there are very very nice. I did have some incidents that they didn't call me about. My father fell in the courtyard and in his room and they never informed me. They called the ambulance and I didn't know about it until 4 hours later when the ER called. I made sure that they would call me first thing if that ever happened again. The next time he fell at 4 am they called me immediately. Mom and dad love the food there. I've gone several times at different hours and the food looks very good. I do wish that they had a facility animal. The facility that they were at before had some facility animals. They do allow people to bring animals in. A lot of seniors love animals and it really seems to help. I would love to see them get a facility animal.

Right off the bat I can tell you that this is a great place. We love the staff. This is a family environment and the care is excellent. We are glad that we chose this facility.

I have only resided at the Elmcroft of Twin Hills for a short while, but the environment is fairly clean and friendless is okay the care services are great, overall I would say satisfied.

I'm very picky and opinionatef. Yet I really like this place . They care about their clients and also listen to me and help with my concerns. This is the only place I visited that gives choices in the menu even in the memory unit.

Community had a homey feel, however could not provide a staff to resident ratio goal or what the current ratio was. Only quoted the state requirements.

Great option for and independent status person, however, may be challenging for an assisted status. Rooms are lovely and staff is outgoing.

It’s a growing community- so that’s a great thing, but it needs more active residents – or residents that want to stay active. The food is good and the parking fine. The grounds are very pretty. The rooms are nice. I think for us, it’s just the level of activity is not as high as we’d like it to be. We’re working on getting some more things. There aren’t a lot of residents there yet.

Nice community. Encourages sharing a room with another senior. My Dad's not interested in sharing a room.
