Everything is going well!Though we are running into some issues with having long term care set up, everything else is going just fine. The facility is all inclusive, so they don't charge extra for anything. My loved one has made a few friends, and the staff are nice. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

This is a very nice community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. The staff is very kind, and helpful. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this community. They serve good meals, and have plenty of activities available for the residents. Everything is working out well for my family at this community, and I would recommend it.

This review is fairly new since my relative has only been a resident for two weeks. However, I have been very satisfied so far. The facility is extremely nice, well organized, and the staff are friendly and caring. One of the most attractive features of the facility is it's all in one pricing. The extra services that they provide, such as bus transportation, outings for the residents, physician services, rehab, hair and nail services, are a tremendous time saver for caregivers.

I haven't been here that long (almost a year) and have truly enjoyed my stay so far. I have felt very happy here and there is always something for us to do! Activities and food are wonderful.

I thank God I am here and I'm alive. I have 2 sons and one lives in Fayetteville so this is a great location for him to visit. People are kind and understanding here.

My father is doing very well at the Elmcroft of MT Zion. The staff has been very good to him and he has made quite a few friends. The community is maintained well inside and out, it has been a good experience for him.

I am very happy with the care that my grandmother is receiving. She is very happy with the food and likes everyone. They have offered her a lot of activities, She does like the being here and has made friends in this community. We like that the community is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the care and value for a loved one.

My sister is doing great here at this community. She has adjusted well to it, and we are very pleased. I like the staff, they have been very attentive to her and her needs. I know she is in good hands, and she is safe. It has been a great experience for our family with this community. This is a community I would recommend, it is a great place.

The staff here is doing a wonderful job with my friend. The transition has been hard, but with the caring staff and willing to help it has gotten better. The community is always kept clean and neat and my friend has not complained about any problems with the food. I would recommend them.

This is a great place for excellent care. The food is is excellent. The staff is wonderful and caring. The activies are offered everyone. We would highly recommend to anyone needing good care.

Not only was the decision maker impressed with this facility and the care given, the great grandchildren also were pleased. From day one of entering and visiting this facility, we have been pleased. If we had a question, all we had to do was ask. If we weren't sure how we need to proceed on doing something since we were new to the assisted living world, either we asked someone or a quick email to learn how to do what we needed to do. Communication and relationship is important to our family. Elmcroft Milford Chase has proved to be good in both categories. We are so thankful to find this facility.

My friend is doing well living at this community. They keep the community clean and well maintained. The staff are nice and available. They offer a variety of activities.

My mother will be moving to the memory care portion of this community soon. My mother so far is doing well. She is being cared for well here. I love the staff, they are taking good care of her and her needs. They offer many activities in the memory unit, which is very impressive.The community looks great, they keep everything well maintained. So far everything is working out well. This is a community I would recommend, it is lovely.

The staff in this facility is amazing. They are commited to their residents feeling confident and happy at any age. The layout is great too!

This is a very good community and my mother is very happy here. I am pleased with everything they have done for us. The community looks great,it is all one level,and they keep the place very nice and clean. The have really embraced her into the community. She is trying some new activities and there many activities for her to choose from. She is happy with the food and they are caring for her very well. I like the fact the residents get very involved with the residents. I would recommend it.

Deb really sold me on this community. She was very thorough and informative about the services offered at this community. They offered all of the services on my must-have check list for my mother. The community is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The decor was modern and welcoming. It had a welcoming feel to it when you entered the secured building. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great sizes and had large bathrooms to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. It did not look or feel like a nursing home. It was priced within my budget.

Everyone was extremely helpful! This can be a very stressful and overwhelming experience. I didn't realize there were so many factors involved. I didn't even know where to begin or even what questions to ask. Everyone I talked to was so caring and helpful, they just took charge, jumped in and offered suggestions and solutions and followed up with me to make sure we were getting taken care of . I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone genuinely care. Thank you!! I Highly recommend them !!!!

I have been very pleased so far with Elmcroft of Mt Zion. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. My great aunt said the food is excellent. It is a pretty secure facility too. You have to have a code and after 7 pm they have to let you in. I really appreciate that. They have physical therapy for the residents on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My great aunt says everyone has been nice and kind. That is really helping her to adjust. That really gives me peace in my heart.

I am very pleased with the service Elmcroft at Twin Hills is giving my aunt. She enjoys the beautiful surroundings as well as the kind staff.
