I visited Cadence Living today and I really like the facility and the staff. I called them this morning and was able to schedule a meet and greet for this afternoon…on short notice! I got there about 10-minutes before my scheduled appointment and there was a personalized sign posted at the reception desk welcoming me! The staff members I met were so very nice and friendly. [Name removed], the Sales and Marketing Director was very, very nice! She gave me a tour of the facility including the studio my mom would stay in. I am moving forward with the admissions process and my mom will be staying at Cadence Mt. Zion for Respite Care [dates removed]. Thank you for recommending!

Cadence saved our lives, with the support of the entire staff, they helped us take care of mom for over three years now. From the front office to the kitchen everyone has treated her with the upmost kindness. We are so blessed and great full to have them ALL.

Professional staff with a personal touch

My parents had to move to Elmcroft in order for my mom to rehab from her hip replacement surgery. It was very difficult for them to transition from a house into this small apartment. However, the staff and caretakers were so good to them. Plus, the staff was very understanding about my concerns and were available to talk when I had questions. Overall, it is a place where they take good care of the residents.

I was very impressed with [name removed] the Community Services Director and the staff there. I brought my 95 year old grandfather and 80 year old grandmother there they felt comfortable and welcomed. We did the tour and stayed for lunch. This is a big decision for our family... and the experience at Elmcroft made it so much easier...

another beautiful facility. All of the staff was very friendly. Even met a resident who has only been there for 2 months. He was a joy to talk to. Loved that it was all on 1 level. They too have everything that my mother-in-law would need. The only down side was that the only thing available right now is a two bedroom suite that would require furniture upon move in.

Elmcroft of Milford Chase is all that could be expected. My mother has dementia so she isn't too active but they provide plenty of activities to participate in. The staff is nice as well and my mother seems to enjoy the food. I would Recommend Elmcroft for other families and their loved ones for sure.

I love this community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. She has adjusted well to this community, and fitting in very well. They have a wonderful staff, and they are very attentive too the residents, and their needs. The community is very well-kept, and they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents. The staff in this community genuinely care about the residents. This is a community I would recommend, it is a lovely facility.

Everything is going well!Though we are running into some issues with having long term care set up, everything else is going just fine. The facility is all inclusive, so they don't charge extra for anything. My loved one has made a few friends, and the staff are nice. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

This is a very nice community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. The staff is very kind, and helpful. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this community. They serve good meals, and have plenty of activities available for the residents. Everything is working out well for my family at this community, and I would recommend it.

This review is fairly new since my relative has only been a resident for two weeks. However, I have been very satisfied so far. The facility is extremely nice, well organized, and the staff are friendly and caring. One of the most attractive features of the facility is it's all in one pricing. The extra services that they provide, such as bus transportation, outings for the residents, physician services, rehab, hair and nail services, are a tremendous time saver for caregivers.

I haven't been here that long (almost a year) and have truly enjoyed my stay so far. I have felt very happy here and there is always something for us to do! Activities and food are wonderful.

I thank God I am here and I'm alive. I have 2 sons and one lives in Fayetteville so this is a great location for him to visit. People are kind and understanding here.

My father is doing very well at the Elmcroft of MT Zion. The staff has been very good to him and he has made quite a few friends. The community is maintained well inside and out, it has been a good experience for him.

I am very happy with the care that my grandmother is receiving. She is very happy with the food and likes everyone. They have offered her a lot of activities, She does like the being here and has made friends in this community. We like that the community is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the care and value for a loved one.

My sister is doing great here at this community. She has adjusted well to it, and we are very pleased. I like the staff, they have been very attentive to her and her needs. I know she is in good hands, and she is safe. It has been a great experience for our family with this community. This is a community I would recommend, it is a great place.

The staff here is doing a wonderful job with my friend. The transition has been hard, but with the caring staff and willing to help it has gotten better. The community is always kept clean and neat and my friend has not complained about any problems with the food. I would recommend them.
