I liked this community during our tour.

This property is very different. This is a clinical environment for residents that are more independent. There are a lot of activities and it was a large facility. This place was excellent, it just was not for my loved one.

Our family was able to do an in person tour before the covid pandemic so we were able to see the entire community and everything they had to offer. The tour was great, it is a very nice and clean community. They had very nice apartments, and it was one of our top choices but in the end it just came down to the value for cost.

We had toured multiple communities before chosing Cadence for Mom. We loved it from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff and residents. We were greeted by the sweetest gentleman, who made us feel at home. He told us why he loved it there. The rooms are clean and spacious. They had a wonderful musical group playing. The food smelled amazing. We have been very pleased and most of all Mom is happy.

I would suggest you look into the community for your loved one. The staff are wonderful! The community is good at getting the residents out for activities. It would be nice to have a variety of activities at the same time for the residents to choose from and provide more communication with the residents on this.

The community is a great place. Stay engaged with your loved one. communication is great between the staff and our family, they kept us well informed and up to date. The executive director is just amazing and I would recommend this community to others.

We chose this Cadence Marietta because of the value for the money as well as I felt like I could trust them and was able to place my mother in their care. They are great with communication, they send us updates by email on a regular basis. From my point of view, the staff members are a great group of people and very kind and caring to their residents. I would recommend them to others looking.

Loved this place! It is clean, friendly, and brightly decorated. The rooms are larger than some of the other places and you have several options to choose from. Although the price might be a little higher, it might be worth it.
