Carriage Crossing Management

Nice place that isn't too big so you get lost and is just one floor so no elevator to get stuck in or break. People working here are nice and seem to know what they are doing. Going to move my dad in here when it's time to do so down the road maybe early next year.

I think the cost for Senior’s is TOO HIGH , because they don't Get that much Money from Social Security , it DOSEN'T't Leave them anything, unless they have a Pension to help pay them with the cost to live in these Assistants Living Places. I know if I had to go to one right NOW I could NOT AFFORD to Stay There. I only get Social Security!! It is SO SAD that SENIORS Don't Have Places that are Affordable for their Income.

The facility director is very accomodating and responds to problems quickly. Staff is kind and courteous. I like all the residents at the location. I visit every other day, also mom is in hospice and the staff takes good care of her meds.

They were an excellent facility! I highly recommend this place! It felt like home! The staff was such a blessing to us! Our loved one had loving care givers. The meals were not always visually appealing nor were they always as flavorful as he might have liked. Excellent price!

We like how small the memory care unit is at Carriage Crossing. They also have some really nice activities to like happy hours with live music, they have special holiday dinners/dancers - There is a Valentines Day ball, Mardi Gras dinner, etc.

The weekend help as far as nurses needs help...they are not as friendly and there is not enough help...overall I think they need more staff members. The room sizes and accommodations here are very nice.

The facility is clean every time I go to visit. My family member complains about the food, and he says he washes his own bedclothes before they get to it. But the food looks very good to me, and I think they do a good job overall. I appreciate that they are willing to reevaluate care needs and lower care level and cost when appropriate.

My mom has been a resident of Carriage Crossing for 6 months. The very first thing I noticed at CC that I did not see at other places we visited was that the Executive Director spoke to every resident that we met on our tour. They all knew her and she knew all of them by name. This didn’t change as we met other staff - they all are kind, compassionate and love the residents in their care. On days they are short handed, ALL of the staff steps up to answer room calls - the front desk receptionist, the activities director, and, (several times) the Executive Director. My mom has the beginnings of dementia but at all hours, they happily calm her, sit with her when she’s scared, hug her and get her whatever she needs. The facility is beautiful, the food is delicious and socializing is encouraged. I highly recommend this to all those looking for a place for their loved one. The loving, caring staff is unmatched.

Cadence is a wonderful place to be. Staff is helpful. As for as the residents that they have there that I'm dealing with they have we their hands full. [Name removed] refuses to do anything they ask my loved one to do. My loved one goes to eat. But is refusing to shower. My loved one has not had one in several days. And I don't blame Cadence at all. All they can do is ask her. I've told them to force my loved one, but I know that they can't. Great over all experience. Cleanliness of my loved one's room could be better by the staff. I assume residents are to take care of their rooms but with a health condition it's hard to do. [Name removed] at the front desk is a sweetheart and very helpful. Care service and 5 staff they do the best they can. The meals good. I've eat there for lunch a couple of times. They provide lots of things for the residents to do and I'm pleased with that. Value is an issue I'm not familiar with, so I guess it is a reasonable amount.

I would recommend Cadence to others who need assistance for their loved ones. The staff is caring and seems as if they love the residents like family. The staff members are so very nice, and the Sales and Marketing team was very, very nice! The location is very well-kept and clean. I would recommend Cadence, it's a lovely, quiet facility.

I toured Carriage Crossing Bloomington and it was great! The friendliness/cleanliness/staff were all great, as well. Mom just felt like one of the other places that we'd toured felt more homey.

This is a wonderful community and I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community lends itself to really caring for the residents with memory care needs. The staff is really kind. My loved one is really happy here. The food is really good. There are three meals a day for the residents. There is a chef on site and if the resident doesn't care for the special of the day, then the chef will make another option for them. The staff know the residents and will bring the items they want for the meals.

What we really like about Cadence Marietta and what we believe has made it such a great experience so far is the staff team - they are so accommodating, very friendly and the community itself just feels like home. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service and based on our overall experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I love Carriage Crossing. It's fantastic. The staff truly care. They work with the families and are very accommodating. They bend where they can. Overall it has been a great experience for our family. And they made a difficult decision easy.

This has been a great experience for our family member. They are all really nice and helpful for all of the needs.

We had a wonderful experience. My husband really loved it even though he was apprehensive about going into a facility while I was gone. I feel like he was very well attended to, and all his needs were met, and like I said, he was very happy. The food was great. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

All staff is very helpful and employees offer to help if help is needed from the director to maintenence staff. you are not just a number. You are treated specially.

This facility is top notch. The rooms are good size. The staff is excellent - they are caring people. Complaints are dealt with any the concern raised is dealt with right away. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This facility is really good. At this point though, I feel like I was misled on some things. It feels like they tell you what you want to hear and don't always follow through. I will say my mom is happy here, so that's a good thing. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Working on moving my mom to carriage crossing, I've visited several times. The staff is very attentive and the residents seem very well cared for. The rooms are clean and private as needed. We ate lunch there today and was impressed with the quality. I believe my mom will be very happy there.
