I have had the opportunity to work with the staff at Carriage Crossing in several situations and have been blown away by their commitment to the care of their residents. The staff are invested in their residents and consistently go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met and that they feel at home. I encourage families to tour the facility and get to know the staff. You won't be disappointed!

Carriage Crossing Senior Living Marietta is a very Beautiful Facility or a Hidden Jewel!!! Caring staff that go beyond the call of duty to make sure all Residents needs are met. The Directors are professional and friendly. Extraordinary place for my parents!

I cannot brag enough about Carriage Crossing. I went every day to visit my spouse. Everyone, from the receptionist to business staff to nurses and med techs. Always cheerful and caring. All the residents in memory care were clean, no smells and well looked after. I had some friends in Assisted Living and they are very happy. Every time I went I experienced peace and relief and such a coming atsomphere . This is certainly an excellent place to bring a love one into.

I work with Carriage Crossing and they are top notch??All the way to ownership to the front line staff. This is one of the most beautiful communities in Bloomington Normal. [name removed] represents Carriage Crossing excellent in the community.

From the moment I walked in the door at Carriage Crossing in Rochester I felt like it was home. Residents and staff were smiling and happy to share their experiences with us while we were touring. We'd visited several other places in the community and knew Carriage Crossing was the place for dad. He was reluctant to leave his home that he and mom had built in 1958, but I think he knew he was no longer safe and was needing a little extra help. Now dad has been at Carriage Crossing for several months and he couldn't be happier. We're so thankful to all the staff for making this transition so smooth for me, my brother and especially our dad! Best of the best!

Everyone finds their place. Other residents notice and make sure everyone has a special table if they want one. Many activities, just choose what is within their comfort zone. No one cares where you came from or if you have a handicap, you are part of the family. There is turnover of staff but not as many as places I have visited. Special about the three Carriage Crossing’s I have visited is that each staff member is willing to step in to help any others roles besides their own. That is why my husband is at Carriage Crossing in Bloomington, Illinois!

After my father passed away, I was nervous to find a place for my mother to live as it had become clear that living on her own was no longer an option. That nervousness was put to ease by the staff and facilities at Carriage Crossing in Marietta. Here my mother found a place to live that allowed her to maintain a sense of independence along with a community of her peers but was also able to get the support and help when she needs it. The staff treats all the residents with the compassion and kindness of an extended family. The facilities are top notch and when I talk to my mother I can her a vibrancy and happiness in her voice that has been missing for a while. If you are looking for a place for a loved one I strongly urge you to take a tour and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience with this business. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire place fun to work at. Staff was great, kind, and helpful. The residents had such a variety of personalities and it was great getting to know them. I loved being able to cook for them and bring them together during meal times. The remodel that was recently done absolutely looks amazing.

[name removed] does an excellent job at her job! She gets 10 stars! She’s got lots of new residents in the building since she has started at whispering chase. She always has a positive attitude and smile on her face. I enjoy living here, food is good most of the time. Only thing I would say they need to work on is cost!

Carriage Crossing Bloomington is a beautiful facility. The staff is really friendly and they genuinely care for their residents. Every single member of the staff is a true Angel. I highly recommend this facility to others, my Mom is really happy there.

It is one of the nicest assisted-living facilities we have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and helped us every step of the way with my dad. He loves it there. Carriage Crossing was also one of the more affordable options with our family's limited budget.

Nice place that isn't too big so you get lost and is just one floor so no elevator to get stuck in or break. People working here are nice and seem to know what they are doing. Going to move my dad in here when it's time to do so down the road maybe early next year.

I think the cost for Senior’s is TOO HIGH , because they don't Get that much Money from Social Security , it DOSEN'T't Leave them anything, unless they have a Pension to help pay them with the cost to live in these Assistants Living Places. I know if I had to go to one right NOW I could NOT AFFORD to Stay There. I only get Social Security!! It is SO SAD that SENIORS Don't Have Places that are Affordable for their Income.

The facility director is very accomodating and responds to problems quickly. Staff is kind and courteous. I like all the residents at the location. I visit every other day, also mom is in hospice and the staff takes good care of her meds.

They were an excellent facility! I highly recommend this place! It felt like home! The staff was such a blessing to us! Our loved one had loving care givers. The meals were not always visually appealing nor were they always as flavorful as he might have liked. Excellent price!

We like how small the memory care unit is at Carriage Crossing. They also have some really nice activities to like happy hours with live music, they have special holiday dinners/dancers - There is a Valentines Day ball, Mardi Gras dinner, etc.

The weekend help as far as nurses needs help...they are not as friendly and there is not enough help...overall I think they need more staff members. The room sizes and accommodations here are very nice.

The facility is clean every time I go to visit. My family member complains about the food, and he says he washes his own bedclothes before they get to it. But the food looks very good to me, and I think they do a good job overall. I appreciate that they are willing to reevaluate care needs and lower care level and cost when appropriate.

My mom has been a resident of Carriage Crossing for 6 months. The very first thing I noticed at CC that I did not see at other places we visited was that the Executive Director spoke to every resident that we met on our tour. They all knew her and she knew all of them by name. This didn’t change as we met other staff - they all are kind, compassionate and love the residents in their care. On days they are short handed, ALL of the staff steps up to answer room calls - the front desk receptionist, the activities director, and, (several times) the Executive Director. My mom has the beginnings of dementia but at all hours, they happily calm her, sit with her when she’s scared, hug her and get her whatever she needs. The facility is beautiful, the food is delicious and socializing is encouraged. I highly recommend this to all those looking for a place for their loved one. The loving, caring staff is unmatched.
