Carriage Crossing Management

All staff is very helpful and employees offer to help if help is needed from the director to maintenence staff. you are not just a number. You are treated specially.

This facility is top notch. The rooms are good size. The staff is excellent - they are caring people. Complaints are dealt with any the concern raised is dealt with right away. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This facility is really good. At this point though, I feel like I was misled on some things. It feels like they tell you what you want to hear and don't always follow through. I will say my mom is happy here, so that's a good thing. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Working on moving my mom to carriage crossing, I've visited several times. The staff is very attentive and the residents seem very well cared for. The rooms are clean and private as needed. We ate lunch there today and was impressed with the quality. I believe my mom will be very happy there.

We had a great tour with Cadence at Mt. Zion, led by the property manager. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate my mom. The tour was very thorough.

Our first impression and first thought we had about Cadence at Rivergate was just how beautiful the community it. The staff there are just wonderful and really have gone above and beyond. When our loved one came to move in they had a big welcome sign for her and we really appreciated that because that was something they did not have to do. We have not had the meals their ourselves but our loved one has gained weight so we assume they have to be good. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

It is great interaction with the staff. I would like to see more of a variety of food options. My loved one is very happy with care that is given. One of the reasons why I picked Cadence, is because it felt like home. It's like a breathe of fesh air, and they have pretty gardens with beautiful flowers. Overall, it's a great place.

I have always enjoyed my visits at Carriage Crossing. I have seen them grow both with the facility and with the staff. On this particular day I was about to eat lunch with them. I had the meatloaf meal, It was fantastic and all homemade. I would highly recommend carriage Crossing to anyone looking for a place with assisted living and memory care.

The facility is very nice. The services were very good. I had no issues whatsoever with the facility, personnel, or services.

Carriage Crossing has a wonderful staff, always going above & beyond, the facility is always clean, safe & welcoming, and the nurses & caregivers are always available! They offer lots of activities and special services, always with a smile. Great community!

They always have great specials & if you don't care for the special, they have a menu of items that they will gladly make just for YOU!!

All the staff at Cadence seem to genuinely care for the residents. It is clean and well maintained and I felt very comfortable about him being there.

We do believe they have new management but we aren't sure - but the staff that we have had the chance to get to know they are super friendly. Compared to other communities that we looked at, this was the best price for everything we needed. We have not had a meal there ourselves, but when we speak with our loved one she does not complain. She enjoys the activities especially the dancing and music, and they have even gone out to go bowling. Based on our overall experience so far with Cadence at Rivergate we would recommend this community to other families.

Carriage Crossing is a wonderful community a lot of hands on, personal attention by the staff to the residents. The staff go above and beyond to care for the residents. The communication with the staff is good. This is just where my loved one needs to be. The food is very good and there are lots of choices for the residents. They have a lot of daily activities for the residents to choose from, as well.

They have all been great and we are very happy that we chose Cadence Marietta for our loved one. The staff are super responsive to any questions, concern, or issues that we have had come up. I would recommend the facility to other families looking.

We have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the community, everyone has done a good job keeping it well maintained. We have been very pleased with the staff and their care services. We really enjoying working with them. They are very sweet towards our loved one and keep us informed with any updated. They are always willing to help out and are very involved with the residents. The activities are good and we appreciate that they encourage our loved one to get involved and she does which is surprising to us. It seems like the staff really do care about their residents.

The staff are extremely friendly, everyone from the executive director to house keeping is wonderful. We have hospice that comes in and we were told they are the best and we just cannot express enough how good they are. It really is a wonderful place. No matter how big or small of an update they have regarding our loved one they always give us a call. We get pictures all the time of our loved one doing different activities. We would recommend this community to any family.
