Carriage Crossing Management

This is one of the best senior communities I have toured. It looks like a boutique hotel. Great attentive staff and food is 5 star.

I helped my parents select the community best fit for my grandmother. The sales gal we spoke to (I think her name was [name removed]?) was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions without skipping a beat and made sure we were confident in the care being provided to my grandma. I was very impressed by her professionalism and her positive attitude. She really turned something that was scary for us into a better experience for all of us. I am happy with our selection.

The Staff at Carriage Crossing are top notch! They go above and beyond to make sure the Resident's feel like this is the next best thing to home. There are great activities to keep them engaged and lots of opportunities to make new friends! The Community is in a great location with the feel of the "country" but just on the outskirts of the city. I cannot say enough good things about Carriage Crossing!

Our elderly parent lives in the AL area and we appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Very neat and clean facility. My stress has been greatly reduced because I know my elderly parent is in good hands. Very satisfied with this facility!

Our parents were in the first 10 residents to sign up at Carriage Crossing. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The staff has taken very good care of our parents. Our father passed away in November and we couldn't of asked for any better care or support from the staff. Our family would highly recommend this facility.

My mother lived at Carriage Crossing Rochester for a little over a year and a half. She started out in the assisted living center and ended in the memory care side. I couldn't ask for a better place for my mother to spend her last couple of years. It is beautifully decorated throughout the seasons and clean. The kitchen staff prepared excellent meals and desserts and the kitchen help took the time to get to know each resident and their likes and dislikes. There were always activities to keep them busy and they took outside excursions whenever they were able to. The staff truly loved my mother and I never doubted that she was being taken care of there. The nursing staff was amazing as well! After my mother passed away, the director, director of nursing and another one of the staff members drove 2 hours to her visitation after working all day--that is truly loving their residents! I would highly recommend Carriage Crossing Rochester for your loved ones.

The staff at CC has been so wonderful to both our dad (now deceased) and mom. Truly kind people who go out of their way to help. The facility is clean, always decorated for holidays, and offers activities almost every day. I have recommended the facility to friends and colleagues.

Mom (and Dad) are at Carriage Crossing Senior Living in Rochester, IL. Although it was hard to give up their home, it has been one of the best decisions we/they could have made at this stage of their lives. They started off in assisted living in 2021 where they were able to live independently mostly with the facility providing meals, cleaning and light help (meds dispensed). Also, there were many scheduled activities for them to do if they wanted. In 2023, as time progressed and a health scare happened, they transitioned to memory care where they get significantly more help. Nurses/aides help with dressing for the day, toileting, bathing, cleaning the apartment, dispensing meds, etc. All of this is done with a caring and compassionate staff. We see time after time the level of care and compassion given to them both. And, if and when there are issues that arise, management is always on top of it, and we get resolutions quickly. They actually listen! Very happy with this fine facility!

It took a while for our cottage to get completed however once we got in we were thrilled!! I like the colors of my cottage. The people at Carriage Crossing are extremely friendly and accommodating. We love the amount of space we have in our independent living home.

My mom has lived at Carriage Crossing since April 2023. The care that she has received has been exceptional. Her Alzheimer's was progressing quickly when she was living alone. When she moved into Carriage Crossing, I have noticed that she is much calmer and engaged. She has friends to talk with and so many activities. Daily activities as well as outings. This has helped her tremendously. When I am at Carriage Crossing with her the staff always make an effort to talk with me and are quick to tell me how fond they are of my mom. This means so much to me. The family activities are over the top fun. Also, the food is amazing, and the chefs are so accommodating to the resident's needs. I am so grateful that Carriage Crossing has become a part of my family.

I have been at CCR for over two years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the community. It is clean, homey, and overall classy. You will always see a smiling face when you walk in this building. The residents and the staff are happy here!!

Mom has been at Carriage Crossing going on three years now. Everyone and everything is good. It’s not home but it’s close. Everyone is caring and her apartment is very nice. She feels safe, warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Carriage Crossing.

When you walk into Carriage Cross of Rochester- you feel like you are home. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are warm and friendly. The staff truly care about the residents. The residents seem happy and are very active in the numerous activities/events that are offered at Carriage Crossing. I highly recommend this senior living community.

The staff is awesome. Residents are happy and content. Very clean and there are activities for all. Grounds are kept up nicely. Dining is well attended and no complaints. I would recommend Carriage Crossings of Rochester for anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

We visited Carriage Crossing for the holiday walk. It was a beautiful and active building. There was great food, and everyone we met was very kind. The staff was very knowledgeable and ready to help. It is in a great location too.

I had begun a personal quest for independent living in mid-2023. I am 76 and was very healthy, but had a lot of physical work required where I currently live. I was astonished as I began my search that so many places had waiting lists that were years long. My first "drive around" the facility caused me to schedule an interview with marketing staff. My first meeting with them and seeing the model caused me to be excited about the idea of moving. Then I found out that the new units being built were almost gone, and I jumped on the last one available in the floor plan of my choice. Staff in marketing, and in the common area have toured me around and told me about things that are available to the "cottagers". I wanted to be near Springfield, where I lived for 30 years during my working career, but not in Springfield. This fits the bill perfectly. I have been very isolated in my current living arrangement, and look forward to having people to get to know and do things with.

Witnessing the care, comradery and extra personalized services of assisted living and memory care residents warms my heart. Engaging in conversation, offering support to those who are new to the space or having a challenging day. It adds an element of personal relationship making the whole place much more of a community than just a "facility". I have witnessed caregivers be extra supportive and encouraging by communicating with the residents' capabilities and possibilities, Keeping them engaged in choice, movement, and socialization for example. Holding a hand to walk, offering hugs to those who like them, offering to sit with someone experiencing something new or attending an activity for the first time, listening and offering dialogue to the stories shared. Carriage Crossing is a beautiful facility with kind staff and top-notch offerings. The admin team seems to go the extra effort to demonstrate tenderness, safety and encouragement to residents and the staff alike.

The staff at Carriage Crossing in Rochester is fabulous. They genuinely care about their residents and the resident's family members. The community is beautiful especially the independent living cottages.

Everytime I visit CC, I am greeted by friendly staff and a warm environment. It is always clean and well-maintained. The food is surprisingly good, too! At CC, there are always a lot of activities for the residents to do, including on and off campus. I would recommend CC to any of my friends who are looking for short-term or long-term care for a loved one!
