I think the biggest thing is how friendly both the staff and the residents are. It made mom feel welcome. And that it feels like a community rather than an institution.

When we decided to move my mother-in-law from the facility where she had been living, we found a wonderful new home for her at Carriage Crossing. Her apartment here feels so much more like home and she loves it! All of the on site staff are so kind and helpful. Family and visitors are always greeted with a welcome and a smile as soon as we come in the front door! There are numerous activities planned to encourage the residents to socialize and form community ties. [name removed] is great to work with and I highly recommend looking into Carriage Crossing!

From my perspective as a family member I would give them a 5 in all areas. They were very kind and attentive to my aunt who became very difficult to deal with when we moved her from St Louis. They made many attempts to get her involved outside her apartment and as assisted me in many decisions that were not popular with her but were in her best interest.

The experience was amazing. The staff loving, caring, supportive, and family oriented. The residents and staff became family, the community was full of joy and happiness. My mom enjoyed her stay, still independent and having her own space was spectacular. I will tell the world how great Carriage Crossing of Mt. Zion was to my mother.

Recently visited a loved one and was really surprised with the level of care and concern I witnessed from all the staff I encountered. Great community. Staff had activities and good meals planned for residents.

Carriage crossing senior living located in Marietta GA is a great place to live and work every one is like family. Residents enjoy great food, activities, and outings. It is a great community for our seniors to age in place and takes away the worry from family members who care for them.

Carriage Crossing Marietta is an absolute amazing facility!! I’ve been searching for a facility for my mother for several months now and when I tell you from the beginning to the end I felt like this is where my mother belongs. The staff were absolutely incredible. All of my questions were answered, the facility was extremely clean and the residents that lives there seemed very well taken care of and looked very happy to be there. I’ll be most definitely having my mother to become a resident here for I know that they will take great care of him and that alone will put my mind and heart at ease.

Was looking for a nice place for my mom and a friend recommended this place. I was a little skeptical at first because my search so far was disappointing. But I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was and how nice and clean the environment was. It helped ease a lot of the guilt I was feeling about having to find my mom a place away from her home she lived in for so long and I felt the need to leave this review. So to the staff and the director, keep up the great work!

I’ve enjoyed having my loved one here. They truly care about their residents. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. My loved one has mentioned that they are happy here and that’s all I could ask for.

My mom and dad moved into a one bedroom apartment at Carriage Crossing recently. The staff at Carriage Crossing have been great in helping us to get our parents moved and very welcoming once they arrived. The care and service has been excellent.

The base rate is quickly raised as various levels of care are added in. Take that into account when evaluating overall cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Carriage Crossing to other families.

Mom loves it there! She enjoys the many activities and trips to the mall. She still has her “independence”, but she has a team that keeps her on track with her meds or anything else she may need! We appreciate the fact that they have a physician to visit the facilities as opposed to the families having to take time off. There are many conveniences that help alleviate a lot of stress. The staff is remarkable! Thank you for being so amazing and supportive.

I am very satisfied with the recommendation that I received from aPlaceforMom. Carriage Crossing has been a godsend so far with my wife. The building and her room is always clean and the staff are great with her. The food looks good and it always smells awesome when I visit around lunch.

My Overall Experience of Carriage Crossing is, I like the way they Take care of the People that Lives. They have a Heart and very Caring. The place is kept Clean, the Staff is Caring, Very Helpful They have a Good Heart , and they Take Good Care of All the People who lived their, They Meals are Very Good, my Brother loved the Food, The Dinning Room is Kept Very Clean, the staff comes around to everybody's Room when it is Time for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to get them ready to come out to Eat. They take Good Care of them. I'm Very Pleased and Happy that my Brother is getting to Adjust , because he never been out of New Orleans for over 85years, that's the only Place he has Lived, Sometimes he Would ask me were am I?. Is this New Orleans, because some of the places here do remind you of New Orleans. So he is Doing Better. Thank you for Asking About the place , the Staff , where he is Living and how he is Doing. Activities They have Everyday. Daily Devotion, Gym Club, Board Game,& Cards, Residents Council Meeting,, Happy Hour. Walking Club, Crafts, Chair Zumba , Bible Study,, Trivia ,Movie and Popcorn, Catholic Communion, Making Jewelry, Manicures & Music, Live Streaming Church, Evening Snack and Chat, They DO SO Much with Them, They can't get Bored, They keep them Busy Everyday. They Have an AWESOME ACTIVITY Program Here. That's what I Love about This Place . The COST Is Going UP , But that's t ALL These Assistant Living Places , and Some of them are NOT Giving the People What they should be Doing and Giving for the Cost they are PAYING!! Senior Citizens Don't get Enough to Live in some of these Places, if they Don't Have a Retirement and Social Security Every Month. They could NOT Even Live in Some of these Places , They Social Security Could Never PAY for them , because they don't Get enough to Stay there. I Know My Security I get , I could NOT Be able to Stay , at These Places. they COST TOO MUCH!! Something Needs to BE DONE to HELP these Senior Citizens ,To be able to GO to A Nice Assistant Living Place when there is NO Other Place to GO, if their Family can't HELP Them, and They DO Have an Income Every Month to Take care of Themselves. The Government Needs to Build Affordable Places or Have Places for Senior Citizens That Can't Afford to Live in some of these Expensive Assistant Living .

Carriage Crossing at Rivergate is a great place! My mom loves it there. Staff really seems to care about the residents. They stay busy all the time but take the time to care for individuals who need more attention. Room sizes are more than adequate. Have different sizes of rooms to meet everyone's needs. Try to keep residents busy with different activities. They even have a happy hour once a week .
